The staff at Total Med Solutions are amazing. My husband and I initially went to Total Med for weight loss solutions and now use them for hormone therapy, fillers, and skin care treatments. I first found TMS through Groupon for fairly-priced photofacials years ago. Then the facility themselves offered a 3 for $149 deal that I took advantage of. I've been returning to the Allen location due to their continued fair pricing and knowledgeable cosmetologist Amanda. She's who always does my procedures and is very informative of other products and services. The only reason I deducted a star is due to the inconsistency of information from the front office staff. Most recently, I called 4-5 times before my appointment attempting to get pricing information and each call resulted in a different given price which got to be a little frustrating. I come here JUST to see Kelsi. she is incredible at her work!!! she did my botox/dysport and my lip fillers (and more in the future) and they look EXACTLY how I wanted it and more! Her hands are SO INCREDIBLY delicate, I'm usually super sensitive to needles but she knows exactly where to poke to make you feel comfortable. (you'll still feel some pain, but I've seen MANY different nurses and I haven't met anyone with hands like hers!) She also takes her time, some people may not like that, but she does it to make sure EVERYTHING is perfect and pays attention to detail. Out was my first time doing anything and I felt like they just wanted my money and it didn't matter of I had good service or treatment. I was very pleased with my overall experience. I inquired about a Groupon special before I purchased it. The receptionist was very nice and informative throughout the conversation. I decided to set my appt. with the Allen location. I was greeted and check in was pleasant. My service was perfect and I was never pressured to do more than what I came in to do. Total Med Solutions at the Plano location is the best one yet. It is never crowded and the staff is extremely nice! Sonia is the head nurse. She is very caring, honest and accommodating. What I love about this place is that it is completely open and honest. They won't try to over sell you or get you to try something you don't need. Great staff that really cares! I honestly have had such a great experience with this team of caregivers at Total Med in Allen. They are super knowledgable about every aspect that I went in to see them for. (Testosterone therapy) Everyone is super friendly and so prompt to call you back with inquiries or test results. The staff is extremely nice and friendly. When you walk in, it's like Cheers - they know your name and they're happy to see you. I'm very happy with the results of my procedures and I am confident in the staff and their knowledge of the products and services.
