To all the people who spouted nonsense about bad customer service, you yourself was most likely the problem LOL. The customer service here was impeccable. I came in wanting some pre workout, after a months hiatus from the gym, and walked out with more than I thought. Jason was freaking awesome. He didn't let me buy a bunch of random things I didn't need, like who does that for customers. Instead he pointed out what I need for the results I'm looking for. He even gave me some advice for my thyroid problem. Now I'm even more excited to head out to the gym and finally getting the results I want ! What a strange way of doing business ... I've been visiting this location for the last 2 months. Usually weekly on Sundays and the employee that day is always super sweet, knowledgeable and nice. But ... today was such an awkward experience... I won't ever go back. Baby Lummox with the black Cadillac opened 5min late... yes we were waiting. My purchase history was pulled up and I felt belittled when he said I wasn't eligible to use the body analysis machine (inbody test) because I was $30 short of my "vip" membership. The inbody test I've been using for the past month. I was more then ready to spend some money and asked for some recommendations but Mr Lummox was so busy with his rant discrediting my personal trainer that I never had a chance. This day and age online is king. Thanks Baby Lummox.... I'll go back to buying my supps online and not feel shitty driving home. read more

Jake has been the biggest help ever with my nutrition needs. He told me what I needed based on the body scale that they have and even though I didn't get everything he recommended it has helped me gain some gains. Whenever I go, he's always helping out someone. If they don't have it at this location, he calls the Summerlin location to check. They can have that delivered to this location so you can pick up at a different day. I've asked a few questions throughout my journey and he's been able to answer all of my questions. Their pricing might be higher than online prices, but it's nice to have an expert to actual talk to about it. For example, I didn't know anything about BCAA's and he told me this one was good. He even mixed me up a sample to try which was great so I knew what I was getting myself into. Overall, if you don't know where to start with your nutrition come here! read more
