I could not be more thankful to Spooner Scotsdale and its employees. It's a long story, but something I feel worth telling incase any one else has the same hesitance or is scared. I'm a young man, and I'm not very open to physical therapy with the preconceived notion that it's only for old people, and isn't for debilitating issues like I have, more for stretching and general pain. I was extremely self conscious about coming in, and I am not comfortable with people touching me at all. I also delayed coming in for far too long, which I regret, because it was honestly, I feel, the only thing that can and did help me. I herniated a disk, and couldn't move after lifting something far too heavy. I couldn't move, I couldn't lay down, I couldn't sit or do anything without complete agony in my lower back and leg. I was unable to put on my socks, or do any normal daily tasks. This continued for about 3 days not getting better until my partner forced me to go to Spooner Scotsdale. I was very, very scared that they might tell me it's unfixable, because at the time, I didn't know what the issue was. The drive up was incredibly painful, but so worth it. I came in for an initial evaluation with Geoff, and cried pretty much the second he started talking because the pain was just unbearable, and also worried that this is something I will have to live with for the rest of my life, but Geoff was incredibly reassuring. He closed the curtain to give me some privacy, and calmed me down. He evaluated me, and after some movements and assessing, he explained what's happened. He had some spine models he pulled out to show me what's happened and helped me visualize the issue, and he kept talking to me until I fully understood what was wrong and how it happened. That was incredibly valuable to me, since up until this point, I didn't know anything except I couldn't walk or do anything really. He then helped me do some stretches and exercises, which before his explanation seemed incredibly counterintuitive to me since it just aggravated the issue more, but he explained it in such a way that I could see how it would help and was incredibly appreciative for showing me. I then explained that my schedule is very fluctuating due to work, and it would be very difficult to schedule additional follow ups, which was another big fear for me since I always thought you needed to come in consistently for a month for physical therapy, but he was extremely accommodating and showed me some home exercises and stretches to do, and printed out a sheet to take with me incase I forgot. I am genuinely impressed, that only after an hour with him, that the pain had been relived that much to the point I was able to get a ride home without much issue. Which is saying something, because before my only solution was to take enough ibuprofen to make a pharmacist queasy, which didn't even help the issue, just lessens the symptoms temporarily. I cannot put into words how phenomenal he, and every single person in that clinic was, at every step of the way. I am genuinely thankful to everyone in that clinic, and I will be every single time in the future I'm able to bend over without gritting my teeth. I will be recommending Spooner to all of my coworkers and friends. Thank you:)

Rochelle had an excellent blend of building trust with my daughter but also challenging her. Rochelle is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. And that they would give me a phone call when something opened up. Still waiting... How the heck are you people in business? What a joke. We've been in speech therapy at MORE THAN WORDS in north phoenix for weeks now and I highly recommend them. They have been respectful, timely, and helpful for my daughter. I guess I could thank Kidzspot for the evaluation but that goes to the student who did it, not even the therapist herself. You guys are the worst experience I've ever had in pediatrician care. The OWNER even called me after his surgery because she was so worried about him. They should open places like this all over the country. I can truly tell that she cares so much about what she does. She worked with Henry for his first few visits, and even noticed some other things he needed help with that our doctor didn't notice! She is amazing. When he first started here, he was barely speaking and also had some issues with his muscle tone. He speaks so much now and is so much stronger! All of the therapists here are wonderful. I can't say enough good things about them. He usually sees Miss Malia and Miss Cass, and he always is so happy to go play with them. They always tell me what they did with them, and what I can do at home with him. I am so glad our doc recommended them. I highly recommend them!

As someone with a high-risk pregnancy, I wanted the best, and drove 45 min+ to Dr. Francois, past many other OBGYN/perinatal offices; it was 100% worth it and I'd do it again. We saw her at over 90% of our scheduled visits and was able to be seen by the fabulous nurse practitioner at her practice when I needed a same day appointment for some various hormone-induced worries I had about the pregnancy :). Dr. F and her team are also very responsive when you call with a concern. All but one of my appointments happened on time, no waiting around to be seen (and even that one they called me and I just rescheduled for later that day...and this is only one out of dozens of appointments I had). She delivered my babies and visited me / checked in on me each day I was in the hospital. During my labor she was very present, worked well with the nurses and really did everything we had talked about during all those prenatal appointments. I didn't love Shea Scottsdale (where I delivered) for a variety of reasons, but it was ok, and I would do it all over again because of how fantastic Dr. F. was. After having a less than favorable experience with another OBGYN I was refereed to Dr. Francois by a couple of my clients and I had to check her out. From day one she educated me on every step along the way and always made sure my questions were answered. If there was any question about my health or the babies health tests and office visits were made easily and quickly. If I ever had a concern at any time of the day she would reach me in a timely manor. She was great with providing nutritional needs information and I attribute my twins birth weight to all the protein she had me eat (my boys were 6.12 lbs and 6.5 lbs at 36+2) During my c-section she was amazing at distracting me knowing I have anxiety and was nervous about having my first surgery. I felt nothing during the procedure and it was QUICK! She or Dr. Harris came to check on my daily during my hospital stay and were always so pleasant and warm. Both follow up appts post baby were great and I wish I could have kept her as my GYN. Thank you again for all your amazing care!!!
