I used to frequent this place a lot, but now that it's automated, they have lost me as a customer. The fact that this is mostly for exterior washes now should be better marked. I paid $17 for the silver package and would have gladly paid a little more for interior, had I known when I arrived. I also used to recommend this place to other people, which I will not do anymore. Why are y'all paying $30 and expecting your car to be detailed? If you want them to take more time vacuuming and cleaning out your console, pay the $160 elsewhere for your car to be detailed. I went today and got the basic car wash and they did a great job! Keep in mind they have a constant stream of cars coming in and these very hard workers are doing the best they can to provide the service you pay for in the time provided. I have known this car wash for 20 years. Have seen it slowly decrease in quality. Recently, everything is automated and you stay in the car. Previously the best wash included inside cleaning. Now if you want inside cleaning it's almost double the price!! $40 for good wash plus inside and the job wasn't even very good. They have lost me as a two decade customer. read more

Upon inspection, there were multiple dirty spots on my vehicle. I asked them if they could please take a look and clean these spots. I was told that it was my fault that there was still tree sap on my car, and that they did their job. I did not take this for an answer and they ultimately did clean it. I now want to focus on one person who moved me so much at your location and his name is Sam! This man is a senior citizen working here! After getting my car washed I went to the self-vacuuming station and as I was cleaning the inside of my car I see someone looking around my car and he started cleaning scuff marks off my car paint and showed my little girl how to clean the car. I paid $30 to get my car vacuum and regular wash. There were still crumbs on the seats and carpet. Not to mention they recommended to use nail polish remover on my Benz to remove tree wax... worst mistake ! Be mindful and look at your receipt. They tried to sneak an additional charge to my wash. I purchased a Silver wash and added a Tire shine which was advertised for additional $3 . They rang me up at the price of the highest wash. The cashier tried to tell me the tire shine was $5. I told him it was advertised at $3 and he got very defensive and said he couldn't do anything about it since the system was programmed that way since after COVID. Don't waste your money or time. I got the "gold" package for $29 and saw 4 people working on the car. However the inside was absolutely unacceptable. They did a very artificial (almost virtual) cleaning. The center console was basically untouched, the leather around the stick-shift was not touched. The place was not busy at all. This is the WORST Carwash! Don't spend your money here! I paid for a super wash which included vacuuming on the interior for $25. When I walked up to inspect my car there was a significant amount of dirt on the floor of my car. The attendant told me I had to get my floors shampooed. It's dirt not stains. He proceeded to do a half ass job and when I went to the "manager" told me there was nothing he could do and the extra about I paid was for the tire shine and to have the car towel dried. He also told me that he doesn't have the code to give a partial refund. If you're the manager shouldn't you know how to process one? Not to mention he was smoking a cigarette in my face! For 30$ I was expecting much more! My car needed a good wash to start spring with and since I live nearby I went here. I pulled in and rolled my window down for the employee who thrust a pricing sheet in front of me. I was taken aback so I asked for a wash that had rain-x. He said ok and circled something on the ticket then someone in front of me waved for me to pull forward. I did and exited my vehicle. I went inside the pay shop and perused their greeting cards and cute car freshener section. I chose a small freshener and a Mothers Day card and took them with my ticket to pay. (Don't judge/ my mother loves cards). I about lost my seat when I was told the wash was 30$! Ok fine but for that my car should sparkle right ? Not so! When my car came round for me come get it - it looked more like a 4$ wash at a pull through. The inside wasn't touched. The outside still had winter muck. The rims did not even look touched. Basically I paid 30$ plus more for card and all for a half butt job. I mean for that I could have had VIP parking at Montgomery mall and had a whistle clean car. If I ever go back it will only be if I can't see out my windows enough to go farther for a good wash. Decent carwash, friendly staff. Not very thorough. I had to request a second vacuum, but they happily did it. Getting back in the car, I noticed they missed a big spot on the dash and didn't dry one of the Windows (spots), and I can still see the windshield wiper pattern from leftover dirt on the windshield. Ok... when I got home and checked my car, I realized that the carwash left scratches ALL OVER it...these are scratches in the paint, they cant be wiped off. Not sure how this could be fixed without going to a body shop! Ugh... I tried to save time by not doing myself (What I usually do). Big mistake. The worst experience today with Robert. He may be the owner or manager. My windshield wiper came undone while going through the car wash. Robert became frustrated and visibly angry with ME when he was having difficulty trying to put it together. Which was not done well. Then pointed to signs posted supposedly telling customers to turn the automatic wipers off, after I went chasing after him because he ignored my polite calls to ask him more questions. Needless to say, I will never return and wish I had read the many horrible reviews here. I'll tell everyone about this experience. I have many family members and friends in the area. Been using this wash for all of my family's cars (3 or 4 washes every 2 weeks, waxes . . . .) since they first opened in Gaithersburg, then at Shady Grove, every bit of 15 years. Had more than $1000 worth of coupons bought over the years. I was told by the owner that they weren't being honored anymore and that they "notified people". I was never notified despite having received numerous emails from them over the last several months. She told me to bring them in and she would "do something about it". She gave me a $100 gift card!!!! A decent person would have honored them since they did receive the money but all I received was a $100 gift card. 50 cents on the dollar would have been acceptable. Total rip-off. Once the gift card is used up I will never use them again. People like that don't deserve anyone's business. At very least, don't be a sucker and buy a "deal" that won't be honored. This is in reference to the last wash I received, it was absolutely horrible, and I'm most likely not going to return. They barely vacuumed the back of my car and I asked them to throw away the papers and trash that were in the floor, the guy that was going to vacuum nodded his head....but it didn't get done. They did not wipe down the dash board either. They also left the stick in my windshield, and I didn't bother to drive back and give it to them because I was pissed!...ugh, I wasted $30. I waited in line for over 20+ minutes, which I was willing to wait because I assumed they were diligently cleaning each car- I was wrong! After paying $20, my all-weather mats were hosed down and put back in my car sopping wet, my dashboard was not wiped, there's still dirt in my cup holders and under my ebrake, and there's drip marks all over my car, despite the "towel dry".
