I went to get my car washed there because my 8 week old puppy had sat on the back seat and left some mud residue on the leather seat and my 6 year old son had put his foot marks on the back portion of the front passenger seat. You just can't beat $49.99 for an express wash and detail. I've taken my car here twice for this service and I'll keep bringing it back because this is such a deal. They do a good job and the wait isn't long (1/2 hour or so) depending upon how busy they are. Save yourself time and call ahead. I use to go at least twice a month, sometimes weekly, but now they no longer vacuum and wipe down the interior like they use to. It's now a separate $20 for the interior! ! And you have to drive to a separate area as well as drive through the wash. Basically a huge price increase for much less service. Absolute crap service and attitude. I would leave less that a star for this place if possible. Used to frequent this car wash but this is first time back since pandemic. The automated system is a kludge at best. A man working there came up and asked if I wanted the interior cleaned to which I said "of course" assuming it was part of the Silver Package wash I purchased...Nope. It's an extra $20 for the interior cleaning and you have to drive to another line to wait for the interior service. Amazingly lousy job on the interior. A man looked inside and informed me that they don't vacuum up dog hair and then did a quick pass on the carped with the vacuum. Only wiped down half of my dashboard, thereby living up to their name of Touch Less. For the price they charge, their attitude needs to improve. I'll never to this car wash. read more

The team got me in and out fast at opening time on a Saturday morning, but a mile down the road, i figured out how they did it. The exterior was cleaned OK, but the inside windows hadn't been touched. Not worth the $20+ I spent for their near top tier wash. I don't normally come here for a regular wash unless i happen to be near andy car needs washed, its a little far from where i live. But i do come here about every two or three months to get the express wax, they do an amazing job here. It takes about 45 minutes, ( a little longer if they are real busy) . But well worth the $49.95 for cars & $59.95 for suv's my vehicle always comes out looking great. They apply the wax by hand and & polish it off with a buffer machine, i have hear of someone years ago that said they left swirl marks on his car, he brought it back and they fixed it for no extra cost, and he kept coming back & never had an issue again. I have never had that problem, my car always cones out amazing. For months after i get the wax, when it rains the water just runs right off and it looks like i just washed it again ( if its parked, it doesn't get road dirt splashed on it) UPDATE: The price for the Express Wax has gone up $10 but i still come here and get it done every 2 to 3 months as i see the need. read more

I have to honestly say I've traveled all over and never have I had such terrible service on quality. The car still visibly had bugs all over the front end. They advertise as touch less (which it definitely is not touchless) and they BARELY vacuum/clean the car at all. I paid for the highest wash package at $30 and literally had to use the free vacuums (for those who get the cheaper wash)to clear my car and my own microfiber rag and cleaner to wipe down the dash and gauges. The service was fast but there's a reason why. As for the staff they're nice but, it does not make up for the quality. Save yourself the money and do it yourself or go somewhere that actually gives you a clean car. read more

NOT TOUCHLESS! First off, the machine they run your car through is not a TOUCHLESS machine (Strike one, but I let it pass). Next, it really doesn't clean your car very well. (okay fine, it's not a detailer) But they left TONS of spots with bird poop or marks on the paint. Then, the interior was barely touched while I got the highest wash. Nothing really even wiped down, just some vacuuming of the floor mats. Overall, not a great car wash. I got home and wiped the interior of the car and gave a quick look around, only to find that I now have scratches on the exterior of my car that were not there before I took. Have been going here for years, the price goes up and the quality goes down. I went there today and I was the first vehicle in line, when my vehicle entered the car wash they are spraying over top of my vehicle trying to get the brushes wet knocking off what little bit of soap you now get. Clearly they never prepped the car wash for the morning , When I asked the person playing manager to run my vehicle back through so I could get the car wash I just paid $21 for he refused and said he would rinse it off with a hose. My family members stopped going there several years ago and I now will never go back. Their new pricing is as expensive as their old pricing that included vacuuming your car. The difference is that the new pricing DOES NOT include vacuuming your car. THEY NOW CHARGE $20 TO VACUUM YOUR CAR. And for $20 the vacuum service is worse than it use to be. The back seat of my car was never vacuumed nor the floors. On a weekend, expect the line of cars to be washed to wrap around to Shady Grove Road. Don't bother upgrading your wash package. Just get the Basic Wash if you do decide to go here. Been here a couple times now and they always do a poor job wiping down the exterior/interior and, if you upgrade, your tires will still be dirty even though you paid extra money for them to be clean when you leave. I've been using this car wash for over 10 years and this is the first day that I have been there since they remodeled and increased their prices. The exterior was was fine but I paid $20 for an interior clean which took about 3 minutes and consisted of a vacuum only. My whole dashboard area is just as dusty as it was before the "wash". This place is good but can be a bit tricky getting in to the lot. The same can be said for exiting as well. But the service makes up for the minor inconveniences. The worker there are diligent and don't mess around. I even left a few extra dollar bills on the floor accidentally and they picked them up and put them in my cup holder for me when they came across them while vacuuming . It is rare to see that kind of honesty. The cost was no bargain, about $22 for rain x wash but they did a great job cleaning the interior and wheels. This place is the best in the area for a quick car wash. Yes, I could absolutely do it myself for less than $16, but let's be real: it's 30 degrees outside and pulling the vacuum and the hose out are just not worth the trouble. Anyway, I took my car in yesterday for the first time and I got the basic wash. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. My car is spotless--for the time being. The dog hair was vacuumed off the seats and the dog slobber was wiped off the windows. I was downright dumbstruck when I saw them take out my rubber floor mats and SCRUB them clean. After going there for several years, today's visit convinced me the tiered pricing concept (Basic / The Works / SuperWorks) is a complete scam. I normally get The Works simply for the Rain-X under-carriage wash, but today I had a coupon so went for SuperWorks. I watched my car go through the entire process. When it was under the hot wax machine toward the middle (exclusive to SuperWorks), it looked like nothing but water spewing down. Then my car went under the Rain-X section, and I was confused why they would be pouring anything over wax, if that actually had been wax before it. I was convinced my car had gotten The Works and NOT SuperWorks, which costs more money. Upon paying the cashier, I asked if the Rain-X wash was part of SuperWorks. First he said no. But when I told him what I had seen, he said that yes, Rain-X was "included in SuperWorks." I told him he had said the opposite when I first asked him, but he ignored me. Back out on the lot where my car was waiting, I confronted the manager who hands out the wash tickets and puts the corresponding stick on dashboard. I asked him whether Rain-X was part of SuperWorks, and he said no, that Rain-X is not included in SuperWorks. I told him what I had seen, and he said, "Maybe they pushed the wrong button," and then turned around and blew me off. Based on the responses from the cashier and manager, I would guess they make this "mistake" of providing a lower tiered wash on a routine basis. Back home I looked at my newly washed car, which clearly did NOT get the wax treatment. What a ripoff, and what horrible customer service. I'm not sure I'll ever go back, but if so, my videocam will be running as my car moves along the belt. The extra star is for the guys who work outside and rely on tips. read more

I came here on a lunch break to get all of the winter crustiness cleaned off of my Honda. My car looked amazing when it rolled out of the car wash, and I was pleasantly surprised when they removed and hand scrubbed my floor mats. As a plus, somebody found my previously misplaced Bluetooth somewhere in the crevices of my car and sat it neatly on the seat for me to find. I think their prices are a little steep but I am happy with how my car looks. I am only deducting a star because they didn't wipe down all of the plastic parts (sticky cup holders, gear shift, etc.), but the dash board and wheel were wiped down nicely. It was the worst car wash I have ever used. They used to be better but I took the so called "Super Wash" which included cleaning the rim. Once it went inside for cleaning and came out, the rim was dirty as if it was never washed. Rain would have washed my car better. When I asked him about the rim, he says we need to a rim detailing for 25$ extra on top of the 20$ paid for so called super wash. Never go there. Sloppy!!! Went there to rinse off my car of the salt after the snow two days ago. While entering the car I noticed nasty food print on the carpet where the left food rest under the dashboard. I got the $15 wash and was expecting just a drive-thru experience like at the gas station. Nope, they vacuumed the interior and even cleaned out the cup holders (except the one that had stuff in it, which is likely because they didn't want to risk vacuuming something I needed/wanted), wiped down the car, sprayed and wiped all the windows, wet-brushed the floor mats, and shined my mirrors. Totally worth the fifteen bucks!! It sounds like some folks are upset that, when purchasing the more expensive option, the hand finishing was not any different than the cheapest option. I'm pretty sure that *most* of the more expensive options are for extras in the actual wash bay, like the RainX or the undercarriage work. I think there was a wheel clean by hand but I don't recall other hand finishes on the more expensive options. Regardless, this was an awesome $15 car wash and I will absolutely be back. read more

Paid $20 for the "supreme" wash or something like that. Interior and exterior wash and hand dry. Vacuuming and interior cleaning wasn't so great, the glass on the inside has streaks on the front windshield and the back window. And the interior wipe down was not that great - overall barely better than getting a gas station car wash and vacuum for $10. External wash was good. I'm used to better attention to detail from Montgomery village car wash on Mont. Village Ave and Centerway road. This is a great car wash. Usually busy but that's just a testament to how popular they are. The line goes all the way up shady grove road. Literally. They listen to what you want and they take care not to damage your car.
