I decided to go with Touch N Go because of the fantastic reviews online and I couldn't have made a better decision! Chris and his team are fantastic, kind people that really care about you and your vehicle. I went to Touch N Go simply to have a small scratch repaired (which now looks like it never happened), but I have also been having issues with one of my tires not staying at the appropriate pressure. Chris re-inflated it for me while I was there, made sure that I was aware it was low, and tightened the bolts for me in the hopes that it would help it stay at it's appropriate pressure. I'm glad to see the only other review was under different mgmt because our experience was pretty great. No BS, straight to the point, and honest. I took Phil's car in for an estimate during their business hours...no appointment. Chris gave me the run down of the estimate and showed me what exactly to show Phil to explain it. After getting another estimate we chose to go here for repairs. We got an estimated date of completion. However, on day one once the bumper was removed, more damage was seen. Phil ran by after work to look it over with Chris and discover what could be left and what was necessary to fix. A new estimate was given. We were bummed at the new price, but sucked it up. Due to the new damage they had the car an extra day. We picked up the car today and Phil felt like Chris was very honest. He reviewed the cost and actually got a part cheaper than expected and gave a courtesy discount due to the car not be listed g ready by Thursday like originally planned. We weren't expecting that at all, and it technically is in the agreement that it may take up to a day longer than notes due to part and such. We will be back to have the back bumper completed by Chris and his guys in the near future. I highly recommend using these guys. They weren't out to get some lady who didn't know anything or just do an estimate with no explanation. read more

I was involved in a accident and looked at various reviews for collision repair shops. After reviewing several comments, I narrowed it down to 3 sites. I took my car in for an estimate at Touch N Go and met with Chris. After looking it over in great detail, he came up with an estimate and unfortunately said that it would be 2-3 months before he could fit me in! He wanted to make sure that the car was safe to drive and even put in a new turn signal light bulb that was broken without charging me! I couldn't wait that long and was pretty disappointed! After talking with him the next day, he said he would try and work me in more quickly. He was able to get my car in the next week and his shop did an absolute fantastic job! He worked with my insurance company and made sure that I got all the parts that were required (even though the insurance company was hesitant!) and the car looked pristine! I HIGHLY HIGHLY cannot say how thankful I am to have had his shop do the work!! The long wait may not work for you but that speaks volumes of the quality of the work! I took my car in to get repaired after someone hit me in an accident. When I took it in the paint was all messed up and the side of my driver door was dented in. These guys made my car look like brand new again. Not only that, but they cleaned the inside too and I don't think my car was even that clean when I bought it. These guys do it right! The owner looked at my car for me, said most of it could be buffed out, took me to the side of the building and did a professional buffing job in the area of concern over the next 20 min out of the goodness of his heart. Great experience! The estimate was ~$1,600 (an estimate from a nearby chain repair shop was ~2,300). After dropping it off, they called a few times throughout the week of repair with questions and updates. When we picked it up, there were a few areas that needed some touch up paint (chips not associated with the original repair) that Chris took care of without additional charge. My wife was happy with the repair, but thrilled at how clean the inside was. I don't believe that Touch 'N Go advertises detailing, but it certainly has the expertise. read more

I wish my experience was a good as the other reviews. We basically picked this repair shop because of all the good reviews. I was involved in a accident in November of 2020, I was hit on the lower passenger side of my Dodge Ram truck. I went to Touch N Go to get and estimate. It was a Saturday, so evidently Chris the owner was not there, so we dealt with Larry. He appraised our damage, but we also had some rust damage on the driver side of the truck that we wanted fixed and told him we'd pay for it out of our pocket, and asked if it could get fixed at the same time. He said yeah, no problem. He gave us an estimate of $6200 for the passenger side and $1200 for the driver side. The time frame was 2-3 weeks. This was in December, but they couldn't get us in until January, which was fine. We dropped the truck off and the following week, Chris called a said once they started cutting into the truck , there was more work that needed done on both sides. He said the passenger side needed an additional $2000 worth of work/materials and the driver side need another $1000 or so. I told him I wasn't really concerned with the passenger side, the insurance was taking care of that, but I'd need to talk to my wife about the driver's side. After not hearing anything for 2 weeks, I called Chris for an update. He said he had to submit 2 more supplements to the insurance, he had to take my front and rear windows out and replace the roof. The damage from the accident was at the bottom of my truck no where near the roof, so I asked why he had to take it off, he said the way they had to blend in the new metal, they had to take the roof off and couldn't re-use the old one. I asked him about payment options, as we were paying for the driver side damage and we had the initial check from the insurance. He said I could pay with a credit card for the driver's side, and a check for the passenger side. After 2 MONTHS total Chris called on a Sunday out of the clear blue sky and said my truck was finished. Come to find out the cost for the damage for the passenger side came in at $12,000, double the initial estimate. I went there to pick it up and nothing had been done to the driver side. I asked him about it and he said I never called him back to confirm, I said what about when I asked you about payment and you never said anything then? He didn't have answer. I took the truck home and the first time it rained there was a leak. Also, there is wind coming in on the passenger side from somewhere, like the doors don't seat correctly. I called him and he said to bring it back. He asked if it had a leak from before, and I said no, you took my roof off and put on a new one. He supposedly fixed the leak, but the next time it rained, it leaked again and now we are having to take it back. There were some other little things as well: trim pieces that were not put back on, when they put my rear seats back in, they didn't put the seat belt connectors back through the seat, so we can't use the seat bets in the back and when they put the front windshield back in, they didn't have my windshield wipers set properly, so the don't go all the way down flat. I just feel like this was too big of a job for them and they rushed it at the end just to get my truck out the door. read more

I have never dealt with a business with more disdain for their customers! I called ahead when dropping my car off to let them know I was running late and I'd be arriving close to closing time. I arrived before closing time, however rather than wait, they had closed early and left. I filled out the drop off form, overlooking its terrible grammatical errors, and left my keys in the box. This was followed my a snarky phone call the following morning where they were put off that I asked for an estimate. They told me previously the insurance estimate was high, but I guess they assumed that extra cash was theirs. They emailed a new estimate. Having performed work on my car myself, I noted some of the labor was high but it wasn't worth arguing over. I told them I was happy to pay more for a quality job and that they could proceed. Their response was a passive aggressive email insinuating I was a liar, I didn't know what I was talking about, and my car was nothing special. I rescued my car the next day. If they were the best repair shop in earth I wouldn't want to do business with them. The next repair shop quoted the same work for less money with reasonable labor hours. read more

Really happy I found Touch 'n Go Collision Center they have great service and even better people. They were really helpful and did great work on our van. Was short on time and they did everything to work with it and get me in and out. Couldn't make it on one day but they squeezed me in the next morning no problem. Chris and the staff did great work and would highly recommend if you ever need body work done and other services. Very happy with the outcome and will comeback for any more work if needed. My experience with Touch N Go with Chris and the rest of the team was great. I was rear-ended in traffic and my Honda CRV gate (with the spare tire on the outside) was fatally damaged. Once the CRV was pulled apart, further damaged was discovered. Touch N Go dealt with the insured's insurance company and took that burden from me. I accidentally smashed the side of my car into my garage. I tore half of my bumper completely off, my fender was a mess and my lights were hanging off by the wires. My car is 15 years old, I was not going through insurance and was looking for a money saving repair, it didn't need to look perfect. My husband had gone to another repair shop that had given me a $2300 quote (they only did replacements and wouldn't repair anything). Touch n' go was able to give me options!!! They could replace everything and make it look as good as new, or offered to buy used parts, or repair the damage if possible. Their quote was less than half of the other. They walked me through what they were going to try and repair and how, and spent a lot of time explaining my options. As it turned out they were able to repair almost all the original car and cost me a fraction of their quote!!! They finished on time too, and kept me updated during the process.
