The clinic admitted the settings were too high, apologized, and offered to do more laser treatments "for free." I was pretty hesitant to do anything else after the last two made things worse, so I saw a dermatologist who recommended I stop laser treatments altogether. I asked for a refund since the treatments made my melasma significantly worse and I now need medical treatment to fix it, but they refused and said they have a strict no refund policy. Pretty crappy way to do business. Won't be returning here.

I was trying to pick a color when she walked up to me and asked what color I wanted, I told her a soft pink and she said ok come with me. She painted my toes white. After getting the pedicure (part of it is a 4 min shoulder rub which is why I picked this pedicure) we moved onto nails, I figured she would do the shoulder part at the end so didn't think anything of it. My nail shape and length looked great but there were chunks of dried gel on and around my nails she left on that left them looking not as manicured as I would like and then she said "you're all done" and walked to the front so I could pay which was a bummer becuase I wanted the other part of the pedicure, otherwise I wouldn't have spent so much on a pedicure. Overall, ok experience, not bad but not my favorite. There's also no online booking option, you have to call and as a new patron I don't know which techs are available so I can try someone new if I don't have a great experience with someone else. May try again soon, we'll see.

You may booked your reservation a month ago but you know what schedules change and sometimes people have to reschedule so Gina always confirms with her clients so her clients can reschedule or add or subtract any services that are needed. Also to let you know Doctors and Dentists do the same thing. Also, I have to laugh when you said if you cancel you pay a hefty fee yeah $20. There are places that charge more. I also know from my experience, Gina always saids that she will call and text the day before to confirm. Yes Gina asked for your name since she didn't know who you were. Also its clear you never returned or responded to Gina's texts or phone calls. Knowing Gina, I guarantee you she called and text you more then once. Bottom line you didnt confirm or return her calls/ texts so how was Gina suppose to know you were going to show up. In all fairness, that was very nice of Gina to give you a 30 minute massage especially putting you in front of her client. Gina also advise she would of given you the second half after she was done with her client. Gina could of charged you the $20 fee and told you to reschedule. Based on your reviews with other places sounds like you are a very difficult person to please. I dont think you just politely declined and left. I hope Groupon saw passed your lies and ignorance that they didnt refund your money but they may have because it sounds like you need it more then they do. If you are concerned about Gina's location or getting your business she has already taken care of that. Gina is in a great new location and I just booked full services and I had to book 6 weeks in advance.

And they definitely do not cut corners on their services. Everyone has been so nice and friendly here - I have two kids so I often can't make appointments and just need to pop in when I can so it's nice they are amenable to walk ins.
