We arrived about 10 minutes early, so we were seated in the lovely waiting area, served mango tea, and we selected our aroma for the aromatherapy add-on portion of our package. By the way, our appointment was at their opening time, 10:00 AM, so they were well within their right to keep the door locked with the "Closed" sign on, but instead they were ready to go with smiles on their faces as soon as we walked in. Then, we were brought to our treatment room by our therapists, Claire and Nicky, and the room was quiet, beautiful, and clean. The therapy itself was heavenly. We were both so relaxed that we nearly fell asleep during our treatments. Claire and Nicky are amazing! Once we were finished, the ladies at the front desk, Amy and Aubrey, were so helpful and professional. They even gave my stepdaughter a cute little elephant keychain for her birthday. When I got there, I asked for a deep tissue full body massage.. I didn't get full body. The guy that was assigned to me. Did my upper back for 90 minutes straight and I'm guessing he forgot that I had asked for a full body? Because he did a half ass job on my legs and arms, he even picked my legs up and dropped it a couple of times like that was gonna do anything. Not to mention my arms weren't barely touched. And he used very little lotion and oil. I still tipped because I was super late from the time I called and told them I'd be by but the experience was still underwhelming. If I even go back I am gonna ask for someone else because I think it was also awkward that they would pair me with a male masseuse (and I am a woman)
