Before driving out there, I called the front desk to ask about availability for walk-ins and the woman on the phone said it would be a 30 minute wait, however by the time I arrived to the salon, I was almost immediately sat at a booth. The man who took me made sure I got the color, shape and style I wanted before getting to work. He was super friendly, made friendly banter, and made sure I was getting what I wanted the entire time he worked on my nails. The overall process took about 1.5 hours, and my nails came out just the way I had hoped they would!! 20/10 would recommend trying this place out

Like most salons, the eyebrow wax was $12 which is good pricing. The employee was very nice. I have sensitive skin so naturally my skin gets very red and irritated whenever it's waxed -- but my eyebrows were way redder than normal. I don't think the wax they use is for sensitive skin, but it's fine, most places don't. Just something to keep in mind if you have plans later in the day or have sensitive skin like mine.

She also did an amazing job and made great recommendations based on what I needed. I usually only do a gel manicure but my nails were peeling and chipping like crazy. She recommended getting dip powder instead since it lasts longer, is more durable, and she even offered to fix them in the event that they did end up chipping on me. It's been almost 3 weeks since I've had my nails done and I've had no issues, besides the regular grow out. I will absolutely be back when it's time to get them done again!

She also kept complaining that the design I chose was too difficult for her and in the end it wound up looking horrible, she pretty much ignored my inspiration photo all together. Also left this gel cured under my natural nail somehow so it kept pressing into my skin. Went to a different salon to get it taken off and told she left "Rings of Fire" on my nails. Would not recommend going here if you care about your nail health

Went to this location and was greeted by one of the hair stylist who told me to have a seat next to…read morethe nail salon and that the there was only one nail tech and she would be with me shortly. I waited for an hour and a half sitting right by the door to the nail salon for the lady to be done with her client. She finished her client, takes a break to eat, comes back and takes the lady who just walked in. She apparently had an appointment. However, the nail tech walked by me several times. I smiled and spoke each time but was never addressed. When I brought it up to her She said she didn't know I was waiting on her and proceed to give me a business card which I decline. I waited for 1.5 hours to not be seen at all. What type of business Is being ran. Might I add that there was absolutely no way that the tech could have assumed that I was getting my hair done at the salon based on the style that my hair is in. The Salon tech would not have been able to do anything for me. If that was an assumption then she could have asked if I was being helped. I sat one inch from her door. This is unacceptable and just plain rude and inconsiderate of people's time.
