My mom and I were in Seattle for a short amount of time in January, and tried the Premier 3-Hour Seattle City Tour. It was an incredible summary of so many great places. If you don't have much time, you can see more than just your hotel. If you have more time, this will give you ideas for places to return. Fantastic views, wonderful guide (thank you, Andres!); highly recommend!

Our Mount Rainier tour was absolutely amazing! The bus picked us up right at the Museum of Pop Culture near the Space Needle, which was super convenient. About an hour into the drive we made a quick stop at a grocery store, then continued the journey. The whole experience was fantastic, we enjoyed it so much and got to see incredible views and waterfalls. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seattle!

We took a Seattle City tour that was fantastic! We got to see the highlights of the different areas of Seattle in a clean and comfortable vehicle, including several stops along the way. Our guide, Ken, was friendly and very knowledgeable of the area.

Took the Mt. Rainier tour on a recent weekday. The weather was in our favor with clear skies and temps in the 70's. We were picked up right on time at the designated spot. The bus holds 24, there were 14 in our group. John, our guide, provided a great tour. He's funny and knowledgeable and narrated just enough along the way to keep us interested without being overbearing. Lots of great information about the history of the area, of the mountain and some trivia about surrounding towns. Rather than trying to follow a tourbook on my own, it was nice to just be brought to the key attractions. A few of them were just off the road, without signage, so would never would have known to stop unless I had a guide. The tour timing is right - we spent just enough time at each location to see the sights but not be rushed, or bored. A nice touch is the stop at a supermarket enroute to the mountain so we could pick up lunch and snacks. An even nicer touch is the stop at the ice cream shop on the way back. It's all the about the food, eh? :-) Great communication from Tours Northwest. Booked online and received a confirmation immediately and a followup to clarify pickup point. Seamless and flawless. I would recommend the Mt. Rainier tour from Tours Northwest. Next time in Seattle, I'm booking the city tour!

We did the 10 hour tour to Mt. Ranier, it was outstanding!! It's a long day, but the majestic beauty is worth it!!! Our guide, Ken, was awesome...5 stars for him.

There is no better tour to take if you are in a big group. We had a large group of 21 with 2 that needed wheelchair assistance. This was a great tour to start our vacation while we were in Seattle a day before our Alaskan cruise. Andres our guide was amazing! He was so personable and great with the adults and 7 kids in our group. He was flexible with the schedule while still kept us on track for our Space Needle ticket time. Was able to see the city while staying dry and not having to walk the steep inclines! Andres was nice enough to drop some of our party off to Pike's Place on our way back to our hotel. Thank you Andres! You were amazing, our entire group appreciated your kindness, wit and positive vibes.

We're checking off all the national parks off our bucket list. We enlisted Tours Northwest for our tour at Mt. Rainer National park and they did not disappoint. Weather wasn't perfect but Ron our tour guide made the best of it and very knowledgeable about the park history which we really appreciated.

We took a day trip from Seattle to Mount Rainier national Park. Unfortunately, it was a cloudy and rainy day and we never actually saw the mountain because it was all fogged in. But despite this, our guide Ken made it a great day. We stopped and saw a number of waterfalls and old growth forest. He gave us a lot of interesting information. We had stops at a couple of the visitors centers and he allowed enough time to see the displays and shop, but never kept us somewhere so long that we got bored. He was prepared for the weather with umbrellas and he also had walking sticks available if you needed them. I myself did not do many longer walks because I'm dealing with an arthritic knee, but I still had a chance to see quite a bit. And for those who were ready for more, it was available. Overall, a good experience and I would highly recommend this tour

Has anyone been on the Mt. Rainier tour? How much hiking were you able to do? Were there different levels of trails available?

I took it last year and really enjoyed it, but I would say maybe an hour max to hike. Really just one stop - at lunchtime - to hike Mt. Rainer. I spent about 30 minutes hiking and the other 30 eating lunch outside and enjoying the views. We did get… Read more

The bus was supposed to pick us up at Sea-Tac airport, take us to a Safeway so we could go shopping, and then drop us off at North Cascades National Park. There is a special area at the airport for buses which I was not familiar with, but Beeline provided very detailed instructions on what to do. Our bus showed up early which was really awesome because my group was ready to go early. Also, I'm pretty sure they upgraded us to a nicer bus. We had about 25 people and they sent a huge bus so we could really spread out and not have to fill every seat. Our bus had little screens (I think you could play a DVD or something), plenty of room for luggage underneath, and a little bathroom! When we stopped at Safeway, I talked to our driver a little bit while we waited for everyone to get back. He was a super cool guy and he knew all about the park we were going to. He was also a great driver which made the ride pleasant. At the end of our retreat, we also had a nice bus and a wonderful driver on the ride back to the airport. I highly recommend Beeline Tours!

I only write one star reviews for businesses that go out of their way to have awful customer service or no integrity or pride in their service. This business did just that. On THREE separate occasions during three separate years, their charter buses have completely broken down on us in the middle of the long, annual 4+ hour drive from Seattle to eastern Washington, each time with 45+ high school students on board with us. We should have learned our lesson after the first two times, but budget limitations kept us coming back as they are definitely the cheapest charter bus service and we just kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. Well, not anymore. This last time the bus broke down, we were stranded on the side of the interstate for more than two hours. Was I surprised? NO, because as the chaperone of this particular trip, I noticed as soon as I boarded the charter bus at our pick up location that the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON. I informed the driver and requested he call his manager to see if they could send another bus because I wasn't trying to deal with anything sus happening on this long, long overnight trip. However, the manager said that they wouldn't be sending a different bus and that it would be fine. Well, it was far from fine. After 2+ hours of waiting on the side of the road (the interior of the bus was extremely hot), everyone unloaded all the luggage and all of our supplies onto the new bus which took us to our destination only to find out that they had to transfer us to ANOTHER bus and go through the unloading and loading process again. Our itinerary for the trip was almost entirely ruined. Despite the circumstances we made the most of it, but then they had the audacity to say we needed to pay extra for the new driver!! And when I requested some sort of reimbursement for sending us off on a faulty bus despite me alerting them to the engine issue PRIOR TO LEAVING, they REFUSED and then ghosted us. They did not respond to ANY correspondence from my supervisor once I clearly had to get them involved. Terrible experience and really showed their true colors. Will go to extreme lengths to take your money, ask for more money, not repair their buses properly after years of them breaking down, not respect requests to properly inspect clear engine issues, send you broken buses to travel hundreds of miles in, and then ghost you when you ask for ANY sort of reimbursement??? Trash.

I was lucky to be at the right one, but I was 2 minutes from walking to the next address when I did not see the bus. 2. We left at 415pm from Crystal. We waited for other passengers. I don't mind waiting, but I thought it was unfair for those who returned to the bus on time. I recommend just changing the departure time to 430pm. Crystal closes at 415pm. Not to mention that we had to sit in traffic for an additional hour in the morning, so that was a total of 75 minutes that I missed on the snow. The bus is still very convenient if you don't have a car and it is only you for the day.

None of the outlets nor USB ports worked, nor did the fan controls overhead. The slight draft through the vent and the broken seal around the windows sufficed. Our bus carried only five passengers, we spaced ourselves apart, and fortunately nobody nuked a big one. Most of the window gaskets squeaked, annoyingly, and one showed a visible gap. I did think, a window could fall out, and thus would not reach Vancouver on schedule. They couldn't even properly adjust the large LED clock, still set on Standard Time and a few minutes late. Litter left and scattered from the previous trip tells me either nobody cleaned the bus in Seattle, where we originated, or they were given so little time or otherwise cleaned it poorly. I wouldn't have known about MTRWestern had Flixbus not contracted them for the codeshare to Vancouver. Nor would i have otherwise chosen them. They ran the worst, dirtiest, and least maintained bus i've ever ridden.
