I'm giving tout suite a 3 star because I had a very mid experience there. I got here before the lunch rush- there were only 2 people in line but I literally had to wait over 15 minutes just to get my order taken. I'm not sure if they were severely understaffed, but me and the other guy just felt like we were waiting so long just to have someone finally acknowledge us. I ordered a soup and had a order pick up for 14 macarons. The soup was extremely extremely disappointing. The chicken pozole soup I ordered came out fridge cold. I was so confused, it seemed like they didn't even try to heat it up at all. I was kinda upset by this but the barista was able to heat it up for me in their microwave. Idk, when I got it back it was still half warm half room temp- very disappointed. The only reason this review isn't a 1 or 2 star is because the macarons were very yummy- light, creamy, and matched the exact flavor descriptors. The interior and ambiance of the establishment are also very good for studying, however there were not many outlets available in the downstairs portion. read more

Ordered food to go from Tout Suite and they did a great job! I had a Caesar Salad that was really good and have had good coffee and juice from there on previous visits. This is a good spot to meet for lunch with a friend or to do some work and hang out. Next time I visit I plan to try their pastries, they look pretty good! I did order chicken on the salad and didn't get any so I dropped a star for that, but overall the experience was really good and I would visit again. read more

I've ate here a few times. The food and coffee is decent but that is all. My most recent experiences, their system has been down for what seems like over a month now so it doesn't see any online orders. I go to pick up my food after about 30 mins. Im sitting at the coffee bar for about 30 mins and nobody says one word to me, not even a "may I help you". Four more people walk over there within those 30 mins and pick up their to-go orders (how is that possible if your system is down idk). So I just go ask for a refund. An employee tells me that it wont charge my card since the system is down. It in fact did charge and post to my account. A few days later I go back to once again try and get my refund. Another employee claimed he called a manager and that my refund would be issued. Still nothing. So safe to say I will not be going back. read more

Tout Suite is a cafe that has bakery items and meals, as well. The inside looks very cute and gives me industrial chic vibes. It's spacious and is a good place to bring friends. I would say it might be hard to study here, as the times I tried to, their internet was not stable. Regarding their baked goods, I got their macarons a few time, and I would say it's pretty consistent and good. They have a variety of flavors, and during the holidays, they have special shaped macarons, which are always a bonus! I also had their coffee a few times. I typically order lattes and tried both a vanilla and caramel latte here, and it has always been bland or tasted like water. My friends also said the same for their drinks on different occasions, and I would not order coffee here or at least any latte. I really like this place for a quick Internet cafe vibe. If you are looking for a place to work quickly or want to escape the office vibes, it's similar to brass tacks (which is often packed) There's food, cocktails, coffee , wine etc... free WiFi and plenty of space to work and charge devices. I have only ordered the patty melt and chicken tacos for here, neither were great for me, In comparison to brass tacks food, which is better.. in my opinion. Parking is onsite, on the street or. I asked for whipped cream and the canister was t working so while trying to get it to work my drink sat there getting cold and another should have been made. I'm not a big coffee shop kind of girl but I needed a place to work downtown to be close to an event that i needed to attend after work so I found tout suite. You can park either in front of the establishment or in the back parking lot. It's a pretty spacious coffee shop but there's music that plays over the speakers so if you're looking for a "quiet" work environment, this may not be the best option in my opinion. In order to access their Wi-Fi, you have to make a purchase and then a code will become available on the receipt. Also it only works for 2 hours at a time so you'll need to make another purchase if you need more than 2 hours of working time. I ordered the spaghetti bolognese for my lunch and i would rate it about a 3.5/5. It wasn't bad but of course it wasn't as good as an authentic Italian bolognese(not that I expected it to be that good lol) but it sufficed. When I needed to obtain a new Wi-Fi code, I went back and purchased a couple of crème brûlée macaroons and a mini Crème brûlée cheesecake and this was the dessert that I didn't know I needed in my life! It was soooooo good!!! So much so that i went back and bought 6 more macaroons and 2 more cheese cakes( and you know macaroons ARE NOT CHEAP!!)!! It really is a 5/5!!! My son and I were trying our Cidercade and when looking around there was not a lot for food...but Tout Suite answered the call! Really casual and cozy in an almost a food desert. Speaking of "dessert" they had a ton of unique options though we didn't try any. From special macaroons to cakes and huge cookies. Visited Tout Suite with my kid for a quick lunch before her dentist appointment. We had 45 mins to eat before we needed to leave. It wasn't very busy, yet it still took 15 mins for my kid's smoothie to come out and didn't get my iced coffee until 30 mins. I went up to the bar to ask them to please pack up my food because we were going to be running late at this point. Didn't get our order until it was time for us to leave (45 mins after placing our order). Tout Suite is your friendly, aesthetic neighborhood coffee shop on steroids. In addition to offering possibly the worlds tiniest key lime pie (I've confirmed that it's quite delicious), they have an extensive coffee program, tons of delicious baked goods (from breads to french desserts to macaroons), a fresh pressed juice & lemonade selection, full breakfast and lunch menu, free WiFi (that for the life of me I cannot navigate), alternative milk selection, Kambucha on tap and (mostly) friendly service, all in one aesthetic, 2 tier bright but industrial setting. Speaking to the setting and the food alone, I've yet to try a coffee or food item anything less than great. On the other hand, Tout Suite to me offers a healthy reminder of the realities of the city. After you settle into you seat, you'll notice couple's initials etched into the brick walls. Your ear will note hums of conversation, and laughter, swirled with the noise of that thing they use to make coffee, the baristas calling out orders, and background music. And amongst the melodic chaos, if you decide to take a look out of the window, on any given day you may see a homeless camp stationed under the bridge, or those in transition meandering the sidewalk outside of the shop. Tout suit is delicious, but more importantly it's real. Yes, they can be a bit expensive. Yes, the parking, outlet & limited WiFi can be a deterrent for long term visitors, but, if you want a transparent view of the city, great coffee and a reminder to be grateful, you'll find it here (in the best way). The vibes inside are great - it's a very open layout with lots of seating and natural light. Stopped by here for what we thought would be a quick bite before heading to a concert. The surrounding area is very shady. We stood in line to order for about 10 min even though there was only 2 people in front of us, it just took a very long time for the staff behind the counter to take people's orders because they were also running around trying to make drinks or check on things in the kitchen. The pastries on the counter weren't enclosed in any containers so there were a good amount of bugs kind of flying around and landing on some of the food which was off putting. The food took about 25 minutes to come out and we were on a time crunch. I've been coming to Toute Sweet for the last two years and noticed an increase in customer with a decrease in service. On this last particular visit I ordered chicken and waffles but requested all white meat. I would think this would be a simple ask considering the popularity of this order. Instead I was denied the substitution and had to purchase three orders in order to get the three wings requested. It's completely ridiculous I know but I do not like dark meat. The lady taking my order was rude and on top of that the Mimosa was terribly tiny. (See photo) Confused by the recent experience and I will not frequent here any further. I love coming here for themed macaroons. I was here a week or so ago, and grabbed a few pumpkin shaped macaroons. Boy, it was the delicious! Tout Suite is one of my favorite coffee shops in town. I am absolutely obsessed with the charcoal latte. Simply no words can describe what this drink means to me....a toxic craving, an unnecessary desire, an unhealthy obsession. The first time I had this drink was truly was a life-changing experience. It was love at first sight from the moment I met her and every experience thereafter made me fall in love with her all over again. It comes with oat milk (although you can probably substitute it with other milk types if that is a concern) and you can add espresso shots to it. I usually try to savor it for as long as possible so I would recommend ordering it with minimal ice. The Brussel sprouts are also one of my personal favorites. On the weekends, they have $3 mimosas during brunch hours. It is a great study spot on the weekdays and in the evenings on weekends (they don't have wifi available during the brunch hours of 11-3) and they close late which is always a plus for those that like to work outside of the home late. The only downside is that the wifi is limited to 2 hours per purchase. The menu items are on the pricier end but I still find myself coming back because Tout Suite is the food version of what retail therapy embodies. read more
