I needed to transport my toolbox which weighed roughly 400 pounds and a tool cart to my house. I called Tow 4 Less and they were willing to tow my toolbox to my house. They provided a great price, showed up on time, and had a great attitude for the entire experience. I'd like to add that it was close to triple digits and both guys worked hard to make sure my toolbox and cart came delivered to my house without any damage or problems. Needed to tow my car about 30 miles and they quoted me $70 less than the next best pricing I was quoted. The best part is David and George were actually able to get my car started for me when they arrived, and was actually able to limp my car home which saved me a TON overall. I had a flat tire and a very stubborn wheel lock that was proving too difficult for me to break free. David came and tried with all his might to get that wheel off for me. His dedication paid off and I was able to put my spare tire on. Not only that, he gave me one of his lug wrench tools so I have what I need in the future. I was stranded in the middle of an intersection after damaging both my left-hand side tires on the center divider. I waited over 2hrs for triple A to respond and they couldn't find a single tow truck to tow my car 5 minutes to the tire shop. After getting frustrated with waiting, I found David online and he was able to come in 15 mins. Amazingly fast and friendly service. I would be stranded for hours if it wasn't for him. Best quick decision to call this company! Lost car key and that car refused to start in the middle of construction??? Yes, we did. Closest mechanics is days away and we have to make a room. In a bind, we called Derek and explained the situation. Derek is not only quick to respond, his work is outstanding and he makes sure job get done correctly. Although the move was.. ridiculous.. a few feet away in between other cars.. he went above and beyond to accomodate. If I could give zero stars I would. These guys quoted me a price to tow my car to which I agreed,…read moreand after ALEJANDRO loaded the car he said it would be more because I wasn't paying cash. Told him that's not a way to run a business not giving the full details up front and trying to up charge AFTER the car was on the flatbed thinking he's got you. He got SUPER AGGRESSIVE, dropped the car back down and after I took a picture of his truck he, and told him how f'd up that was he got back out of the truck and acted like he was going to get physical with me saying something about him being a "tough Mexican" (yet in a more vulgar way). I told him to have a good day and he finally backed down and drove away. I called his boss and he apologized saying he was sending another truck and would not up-charge me and that truck never came. I called a different service that was MUCH kinder to me. Wow. DO NOT USE THESE PHYSICALLY AGGRESSIVE SCAM ARTISTS BULLIES especially ALEJANDRO!
