The mechanic working on my car showed me exactly what was wrong and showed me what exactly he was doing to get the job done. He explained to me what the parts were and how they worked on the vehicle. I don't know, maybe I've had poor customer service in the past, but having a mechanic show you what's wrong right there on your vehicle is excellent service. Its transparency with these sort of things that go a long way with keeping clientele. I reccomend these guys if you're local in the area.

The husband and wife who run this have found a customer for life. The wife handles the front with great customer service and looks out for her customers. The tow ITSELF was $400! $500 Recover fee for my wheel being popped off after the accident. $175 "admin fee" that they obviously couldn't give a clear answer for. $175 "yard fee", same explanation. $250 CLEANING FEE FOR BRAKE FLUID, $275/day to keep it in the tow yard, $180 in taxes, and some other charges I couldn't believe. I called expecting them to give no real answer as to why this pricing is absurdly high, likely because they'll just charge the insurance company who will then trickle it down to the driver. Bingo. Seems like it may be different if you go without insurance route (although his answer was "we wouldn't even tow it"), but I guarantee there's more ethical tows around, not hard to find.
