Of course, being in the city makes everything harder. Finding a tire shop out here is nothing like Brooklyn, where there are ten shops within five miles. Frankly I have zero trust it was done correctly or that the tires were ever even balanced the way that they were supposed to be. I'm going on a very long drive up to New Hampshire and back this week and when I called their complaint line was told that someone would get back to me in 48 hours - but I need to have this actually addressed so I can have the tires that another location removed and balanced and put on properly by Monday morning. No promises are being made to me that this will be done in time or how that leaves me if I am driving long distances on tires not properly installed or that they will take any responsibility for shortened tire lifespan. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

I think it helps if you take advantage of their computerized system and order your repairs on the website, then call ahead in the morning to make sure they have the parts, before you go there. I've had only good experiences at Pep Boys.
