Not only did they arrive within minutes but they also knew my vehicle and had sent a flatbed. I used to live here in Marin but have since moved to Nevada, but occasionally use a mechanic up in Bel Marin Keys when I'm back visiting my family. After loading up my truck and hitting the road for Bel Marin, I asked if by any chance they had a mechanic on duty on Saturdays. Repair: The driver was absolutely lovely, he got on the radio and found out that yes indeed their mechanic was in and could have a look at my truck in about an hour. So we turned around and took it into the shop at Redhill Towing. Seeing there were no fluids leaking from under my truck I was hopeful it was just electrical. While I waited I chatted with their dispatcher who was also lovely. Not only did their mechanic look at it but he fixed it! (22 year old coil had finally rusted and rotted out) in about an hour and had me on my way. These folks are Great!!! And I can't thank them enough for their expedience, experience and integrity !!!
