Trying to be at work at 6:00 A.M? You'll be late once a week. How hard could it be? My life is miserable because I must rely on this incompetent organization twice a day. Unfortunately, this is a subsided industry and there's no hope for change or improvement. I mean, really. What is the problem? Lynx gets a grade of D minus from me. Get your act together lynx.

I had the best experience with the I ride trolley yesterday. I accidentally left my phone on the…read morered line trolley and noticed right after getting dropped off at the stop to then pick up the green line trolley. I called the customer service phone number while I was waiting and they were able to help locate my phone and coordinate between both busses about my situation. When I was picked up by the green line, the driver told me that the red line driver was going to meet me at our final stop to give me my phone and I am happy to report, that's exactly what happened! Both drivers were kind and went above and beyond to help get me my phone. I had to catch a flight this morning so I don't know what I would have done without their help. Thank you, I ride for helping me and for turning a negative situation (brought on by me) and turning it into a positive experience! I really could feel that the company and staff have "people helping people" built into their values and culture.

This past Christmas our family of 10 used their sprinter van multiple times over our 3 week vacation. Every time George, the driver, was always on time and had the car seats installed ready to go. The bus system transportation, boat transportation, monorail…read moretransportation, and other on site Disney World provided transportation options are great opportunities to get around the park without having to deal with driving. It's great to go point to point with no worries about parking, etc. The buses are air-conditioned, the boats have air-conditioned areas on the inside and the monorails have air conditioning. Fun and cool ways to travel - the kids see them as a ride... And they are! And not to forget, there's also the skyliner which has been added to Disney in the last few years. It's not air conditioned, but it has slatted vents at the top of the car that offer good air movement as the car sails through the air.
