Unfortunately, I didn't have time on my trip to enjoy a lot of what makes Orlando unique and special. I flew on American Airlines and found myself flying in and out of Terminal B, Airside 3. It was easy to navigate between the gates, baggage claim, and shuttle pick-up area. Unlike friends who absolutely hate flying, I enjoy the travel experience, especially when using some helpful tools like CLEAR, Global Entry/TSA Pre-Check, airport lounge membership, and airline status, most of which I was able to enjoy during my Orlando visit. When checking in, I typically have been able to skip the check-in area if I didn't need to check bags (as I checked in online) though this time, I checked in at the priority area for assistance and checking bags. I then went to the Terminal B check-in and used Global Entry and CLEAR (or TSA Pre-Check Touchless) to skip most of the line at Security while keeping my shoes on (thanks to an American Express Platinum card which comes with credits for both). Orlando's Terminal B offers multiple airline lounges including The Club MCO, Delta Sky Club, United Club, and Admirals Club. While the AMEX Platinum (or Priority Pass) provide access for entry to The Club MCO (when flying any airline) and the Delta Sky Club (when flying Delta), they weren't near my gate, and I wasn't flying Delta. Rather, my gate was right next to the Admirals Club, which I also had access to. After a short wait, I was able to enjoy that lounge. I wrote a separate review about my experience there, which was quite positive. When I initially arrived to the Orlando TSA West Checkpoint, I couldn't tell it was the West Checkpoint until I asked someone. Though I knew where I was, I was easily able to tell the difference for the regular line, the TSA Pre-Check line, the CLEAR line, and the TSA Pre-Check Touchless line. The CLEAR and Touchless lines were moving the fastest with the Pre-Check line going rather quickly, and the regular line went at a steady pace but had many more people in it. The security were helpful and friendly, and the TSA agents were reasonable with what they allow to be in luggage without questioning items. Upon arriving and picking up my luggage, which had a bit of a wait, my colleague and I headed to Ground Transportation to take advantage of the Mears Shuttle to one of the hotels in the area. I then took rideshare to get back to the airport, and I was dropped off right outside of the check-in area for all of the Terminal B airlines. I also found the tram was easy to get on and off and to navigate between my gate and baggage claim. I have no idea when I plan to be back in Orlando again but I would certainly welcome the chance to fly through the Orlando International Airport again.

We used the Tram Station in the evening after watching Fantasmic! The trams were closed in Hollywood Studios for a few years but recently reopened in September 2023. It's nice to be able to sit on the Tram and not have to walk back to the parking lot after staying at Hollywood Studios all day. The driver will make announcements as to which parking lot each tram stop is! It was well organized and convenient.

So everything went very well until the very end when we were about to get off and there was an older lady trying to get down from the second floor we had to wait few seconds, so as we were going to exit the train, they put it in out of service mode in Debary and the door shut right on my mom's leg, which caused her a big bruise. My mom is 73 years old and obviously this is not good for an older lady. If it would've been the other lady, that was a lot smaller and fragile she would've gotten really hurt. Where is the security procedure in this train? you have 30 seconds to get off the train ???? You need to have some Saftey procedure before someone gets hurt.

Lucky for me, Gina answered the phone. She was a calming voice, who found a driver that had just dropped off another customer not far from the pickup address. She scheduled our pickup time for 11:00, with the driver, Daniel, arriving at 10:42. The trip took ~3 hours, but Daniel made the journey easy for my family members. They are very appreciative of his kindness (and so am I). Overall, Gina and Daniel made a great impression on all of us. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and expeditiousness during this stressful time. Should we need car service again in the future, Destination MCO will be my first call.

First time taking the SunRail from the Maitland station . It's very clean but kind of spooky at…read morenight if you're alone or with kids. The southbound side has woods and a neighborhood behind it as well as an apartment complex that shares the main parking area. Sitting with my back towards the woods with the kids was a little uneasy as no one was there until about 10-15 mins before the train when I saw an employee area across the track. We love taking the SunRail to visit family and friends as well as just for something to do after school. Adult tickets round trip are only $5.50 and kids under 7 ride free ( what a great deal )! We normally take the SunRail from the winter park location where we literally know all the staff lol as we've been taking it for over a year ! I will definitely stick with the WP location although this station is the same distance from us because they are busier and have a restroom near by with vending machines. This location did not have any amenities, BUT I did see the Lynx shuttle which is a perk for anyone needing to utilize a ride from the station. Now we just need the SunRail to run on weekends !!!! We didn't have to wait long at the resort to be picked up. The return ride back to the resort was just as efficient. It's also great that you can use this service to park hop quite easily. Again, never had a problem. Now, I can see that some people do wait at peak times of the day due to traffic. We usually leave the park before or after rush hour. We never leave at closing time when the lines are long. The driver does take a route onto Osceola Parkway, so the traffic may be crawling. If all of that is a concern, then maybe you should leave earlier. All the gates are clearly marked. There's no way you can get on the wrong bus. It's a good system with friendly professional service. It saves you time. You're not having to look for a parking space, or wait for a parking lot tram. It's that simple.
