I have received an initial text from someone who signs it "Nick T". My bike has a broken front fork which needs to be replaced. Since then, I've been texting this guy in good faith and trying to accommodate his time frame, and his (in)ability to find a replacement fork. I've done everything he's asked of me, but I have received nothing but words on a text from him. he can't find a decent replacement for work??? Apparently he's in the wrong business! What a runaround sham. Do not waste your time! Do not expect service or consideration! There are a lot of other vendors, who are willing and able to do repairs, and or sell you a good bike. Stay away from this place where you would waste a lot of time. STAY AWAY. CONTACT A REAL BICYCLE REPAIR AND SALES BUSINESS. PLENTY OUT THERE!

He is very good at repairs and won't give you and crap like most commercial shops will. The only problem is his hours, he's only open one day a week and sometimes he's not even there. The last to times I was there he wasn't in even though it said open. He is very apologetic when this happens so that makes up for the fact. Then, 10 min into the real maiden voyage, the right pedal flew off and I ate it. Also, noticed the brakes were squealing and ineffective. The lest pedal was not properly torqued. I took it back to Martys - despite the fact they put the pedals on they blamed it on the manufacturer (Trek) or me for "backpedaling" (which I didn't do). Couldn't possibly be anything Marty's did, right? And, they said my brakes need to be replaced because I stored it in the garage for 6 months. Again, not because Marty's stored it in their basement for months before selling it, right? Never again will I put safety in their hands.

Rude? Yes. When I shopped for bikes for my kids, I bypassed the place and bought mine in Ft Lee!
