I have received an initial text from someone who signs it "Nick T". My bike has a broken front fork which needs to be replaced. Since then, I've been texting this guy in good faith and trying to accommodate his time frame, and his (in)ability to find a replacement fork. I've done everything he's asked of me, but I have received nothing but words on a text from him. he can't find a decent replacement for work??? Apparently he's in the wrong business! What a runaround sham. Do not waste your time! Do not expect service or consideration! There are a lot of other vendors, who are willing and able to do repairs, and or sell you a good bike. Stay away from this place where you would waste a lot of time. STAY AWAY. CONTACT A REAL BICYCLE REPAIR AND SALES BUSINESS. PLENTY OUT THERE!

The last to times I was there he wasn't in even though it said open. He is very apologetic when this happens so that makes up for the fact. He helped me order panniers and racks. He custom fit my front rack and had to send back the panniers as the company had sent the wrong ones. He took it into his own hands to order everything for me and was a huge help. Not everyone who rides a road bike rides 10,000 miles, but a local shop owner should not make them feel inferior when they have supported them for so many years.

So I didn't ... and surely enough, despite my efforts to try and tidy up here and there, the mess built up. At first, I didn't really notice it, but then little by little, the place became unmanageable. It got to a point where I hated going home because I felt like I was walking into pigsty and it depressed me. After trying to ignore the issue, I reached a point where I decided I needed to do something because ignoring the problem was not going to fix it; and if I wanted to change the way I felt about my messy home, I needed to either spend the time cleaning or spend some money hiring a professional to help me. I'd never hired a professional cleaning service before and practically speaking, I initially had three concerns: (1) where do I find one? (2) can I even afford it? and; (3) can I find a trustworthy company where I feel safe entrusting them with my keys to come in and clean my place while I'm not home. As for my first question, I literally didn't know where to start. Eventually, I managed to find my way to Yelp and looked up services that are near me. I'm in Edgewater and based on my location, it recommended 4 places, so I requested a quote from all 4. Express Cleaning Team was the last to respond to my query but I'm really glad they did because it solved my second concern: cost. I originally had an idea of how much I wanted to spend but after receiving quotes from the first 3 services, I was left feeling disappointed because it was WAY beyond what I wanted to budget for a weekly appointment. It turned out that ECT's rates are so reasonable and affordable, my only regret is not having looked into this much sooner. All I had to do was to fill out their booking form on their website. Once I completed their dozen or so questions, I was quoted less than $100 a week to clean my two bedroom/one bathroom apartment. Now that I knew there was a service near my home that fit my budget, the only thing I had left to determine was whether I could trust them enough to give them a copy of my keys to clean the apartment when I'm at work. I wanted to make sure, so once I got an email confirmation from Jimmy, I asked him if it were possible to meet someone from the company on a weekend when I was home. Despite being outside of their business hours, his wife Fary graciously agreed to come by on Saturday to meet me and personally clean my apartment. I mean, how amazing and awesome is that?! It was her day off, but she still nonetheless took the time to come to my home just to meet me, give me the peace of mind, and did a truly AMAZING job. I didn't stay the entire time she was there but when I came home later that night, I was left speechless. I was so stunned and grateful for the care and attention that was clearly spent because everything was perfect. Honestly, it was like every little thing was carefully put in its place and every surface was expertly cleaned. You could easily tell how much care and attention was spent making sure I came home happy. If you're reading this review, you may be interested in hiring a cleaning service but have similar concerns about actually hiring one like I did. If so, I hope this helps in your calculus for reaching a decision. I was very pleased in my decision to hire ECT and I'm certain that going forward, I will actually want to come home instead on being depressed whenever I walk through my door.

In and out in 30-35 minutes. They have in-house watch specialists, truly professional folks, I asked a few questions about the tachometer and how to keep the batteries long-lasting and discussed a few topics. PS: They have their own parking.

He also was honest about what might / might not be able to be donated, which was refreshing. Interestingly, we were given their name by another NJ hauler that we've used in the past, and had an excellent experience with, but who didn't service this northern area. Rollin back down to tennessee with my new madone 7.9 fully decked out with DI2! If your buying a first ride for a couple hundred or a missle like mine for $13,000.00 the service is always top notch and the tech boys WILL NOT sell you something that isn't perfect for you!
