I am not one to review anything but restaurants unless I have a terrible experience. ... However my visit to this town fair tire shop was exceptional! A Far better experience then I have had in the past at any tire shop! (Including other town fairs ) I arrived early in the am hoping to beat the rush... Sadly others had the same plan it was already busy! The fella I worked with showed me a few different tires they had that would fit my truck. He explained the basics of size and tread I was worried about road noise but still wanted decent traction.. He had a tire in stock that he claimed fit both.. They had them on my truck way faster then I expected! (Even though they seemed quite busy) The waiting area was a bit better then most, a flat screen TV of decent size candy machine etc... The price for the tires were cheaper then the last time I put tires on my truck... The tires perform as promised good traction and not to loud! Really in the world of tire buying what more can you really ask for... They had a clean shop, friendly, honest service at a decent price and above all they were fast! read more

Came in first thing this morning as I needed new tires to get my inspection sticker. The employees were really friendly to me and did not treat me like "a dumb female".That was very refreshing from the automotive industry! The whole experience took about 1.5 hours they have coffee and WIFI!! I also got a pretty fair price on my tires after I compared it to prices I found online I am very happy would definitely come here again! read more

Dave, when I called you Saturday about a competitors offer, you said you could match it and beat it by 5%. I gave you the competitors name and phone number to verify. I also made an appt for Monday because you said the tires would be in. On Monday I arrive for my appt, but there is no record of it. My tires have not arrived. And instead I make another appt for Tuesday with Kory who explains to me the front end alignment is useless because I need a 4wheel alignment. So I pay a deposit of $50 on a deal.....but after some research is more expensive than the competitor. I call Kory on Tuesday to discuss the price, the conversation is rushed and he tells me basically, no worries we can beat their price. But when I arrive, Kory is gone and I deal with an older gentleman who seems "in charge." As he deals with me and another customer that had a complaint he then tells me, "I just can't go off the a number written on a business card." I explain the whole scenario, in a manner so quick and precise there is NO WAY anyone can make any of this up. So he struggles with researching prices on an iPad. I basically tell him, just give me my deposit back, I will go to the competitor and get the better price. Finally he calls the competitor, gets the price and gives me the deal that should have been confirmed by you, noted in the computer along with my appointment. I should have gotten the "deal" out of inconvenience alone. Not to mention the 20 minutes I stood at the counter waiting for nothing. read more

Ah, not good, but not the worst! Not many of the workers here are friendly and seem like they hate their job! The service here sucks, they take forever to do anything, especially when the place has no customers and a ton of workers! Unfortunately they didn't have the ones I wanted in stock, however they were able to give me a better deal for better tires and they turned out to be cheaper than the ones I wanted. NEVER REPEAT NEVER. GO. HERE. Worst service ever. My tires and alignment still aren't correct after over a year and a half. They try to charge me every time I come in for service as well. On top of that, they have ruined my rims by scratching them all up (after complaints so it seems intentional), they've driven my car (milage was logged in trip odometer and they denied it), been told directly from the rudest employee anywhere, Eric quote "how is any of this my problem" and even had my car dealership tell me their techs laugh at the horrid work done here. HORRIBLE, I had to walk out of this place , customer service there is terrible as they look for ways around price matching any other place. Was giving me a hard time about price matching Sears for $18 difference. Says tire not in stock at Sears as it was in warehouse... wasn't in stock at townfair either. I've given this location business in the past but NEVER again.. regardless of what they offer, NOT worth the hassle dealing with them. Sears was great,, in and out in a reasonable time ..not a 3 hour wait like a typical townfair deal. HAHA.. for $36 they lost business for 4 vehicles.. and hopefully others for whoever reads this. Would like to add to my review that I contacted Rich Allen at the corporate office to tell them of my experience just so this doesn't happen to someone that doesn't have the capabilities of fixing a tire themselves. Without me asking he refunded me the labor costs of the tires, $70. I am satisfied with this resolution. Rich was very understanding and has restored my faith in the company. I will continue to do business with them as a cash and carry customer as I now have access to a tire machine and balancer and hopefully for other customers this problem gets resolved which Rich told me would be happening. read more

I called Town Fair Tire at 12:10 on a Monday morning and asked for a specific tire. I was told it was in stock. Jordan was very helpful and informed me that an appt would save me some time waiting. He offered me a 12:30, 1:00 and 1:30. I accepted the 1:30 appt and was happy to have a new tire and be out by 2:05. I found that Town Fair's prices were the most competitive in the local area. While waiting, I spoke with another customer of theirs who agreed that their prices "can't be beat" anywhere. Worst experience ever! I found myself on a Friday night with two flat tires. I had my car towed to Town Fair in Raynham as it was the closest Town Fair to where I had broken down and I had recently purchased tires from Town Fair so of course I was hoping they were covered under warranty. It was after hours so at opening the next morning I was there with my husband and children because we were now down to one car. After looking at my tires I was informed (of course) my tires were not covered under warranty and I would need to purchase two new tires. I informed the gentleman my car also died so the battery would need to be jumped. After two hours my car still wasn't being worked on and when my husband asked why he was informed they couldn't get the car started. (Guess no one felt the need to inform us just let us sit there with an antsy 3 yr old) So we take the battery and get a new one bring it back so they can finally begin working on my car. 7 hours later after dealing with a 3 yr old in a tire shop for most of the day I was finally on my way out of there. It should never take 7 hours to change two tires on a car. Just the worst experience and no one who worked there seemed the least bit concerned. Oh and to top it off they left the dusty spare tire in the back of my car not under the car where it goes. read more

Worst service I had in a long time. They kept giving me a timeframe that they'd be done and then making excuses for not meeting it. My car sat for hours till I finally lost my patience and asked for the manager. 1/2 hour later it got taken in and the alignment was done incorrectly. I have no idea how they stay in business. The workers look miserable, the customers were all complaining and the waiting room was filthy. I called corporate and got a full refund. The corp rep admitted that he'd had a lot of complaints about this particular location. Well, that certainly says something. Be warned. read more

Once the issue was found you should have been taken right back into the shop and the issue rectified. Got my tires here. Summer and studded winter. I drive a Toyota Prius so I like the extra traction with the studded tires. Always free change, you do have to pay for balancing like $15 for 4 tires. When I bought a pair of summer tires I should have gotten a front end alignment, didn't have the $$ at that time, would have been $49.99. So time goes by and I have $$ now so I call up tell them my story, they said ok we'll do it this one time for $49.99! Yeah for me! So I made the appointment, am getting them done now( free wifi, technology!!!) I'll let ya know how they turn out when their done. How it drives after and so on. So until later folks!......... Well... It only took 20 minutes. The car wasn't much out of align. Drove it home on the highway, went perfect. I am very pleased, with the work, the respectfulness of the guys, the deal they did for me, speed of completion. Just everything was wonderful. If you are thinking about getting tires anywhere else, don't just go down, or call. They will take care of everything for you. If your a woman they don't treat you like your stupid... Had an appointment at 8am for 4 tires. Nobody even touched my car until 9am. Them proceeded to wait 2+ more hours for a total of 3+ hour wait time even with an appointment. Only reason i am giving two stars and not one is they do have a wide selection of tires in stock and prices are good. No reason why my vehicle should not have been in there at 8.. And it should not take 2+ hours to mount and balance 4 tires! read more

This is by far the worst establishment you could possibly go. I had issues with my truck shaking and pulling to the left. Brought it in and bought a alignment, balance, and rotate package. After waiting a hour over the time they had told me. I get in my truck to realize they did not rotate my tires so I thought maybe it was for the best. Get on the highway and the issue is worse then before I brought it in. I scheduled another appointment and told them the issues were still happening. They said it must be something else then. I had them look at it again and it took them over 2 hours to only rotate my tires. The alignment specs where the same as before even though I told them there was still a issue. Needless to say my truck is worse then it has ever been I got scammed 100$ to make my problems that much worse. I highly recommend going else where with any tire issues you may have. read more

If it were possible to give negative stars i would. Completely screwed up ordering my tires. I ordered them on a Tuesday, and made an appointment for the following Monday to have them installed. I was told on the Monday that i didn't make an appointment, and my tires never arrived, even after i had paid in full and was told they would be there Thursday. Came back the following Wednesday to have them installed and i have currently been waiting 4 hours for four new tires and an alignment. I would not recommend this place to anybody, and will never purchase anything from here again. read more

I'm sure there are other places where you may pay a little more but receive better service. I called on a Monday and ordered 4 new tires and was given a quote for the tires and the alignment. The tires were scheduled to come in Wednesday. I called Wednesday to confirm that my tires came in and to let them know my car would be getting towed in by AAA. They were confused and weren't sure of the order I placed, so after some back and forth they figured it out. I was then re-quoted a price for the 4 tires and alignment and it was $50 more because the alignment was only free for the front wheels not the back, and I asked why this wasn't clearly communicated during the initial quote. After more back and forth I let it go because after all my car was already being towed to their location! My car was not completed until 5:55pm Wednesday however, where they close at 6pm so I was unable to pick my car up the same day since they don't take payments over the phone. I arrive the next day to get my car and I waited in the line with one person ahead of me. There were 4 employees standing behind the desk and no one asked if I needed up so I waited about 20 mins in line until finally one of the other employees behind the desk doing seemingly nothing asked if I was all set. He checked me out and didn't explain anything to me just handed me my keys. So I looked at him and asked him where my car was and he then thought to tell me it's parked around the side of the building. Fast forward a week later, two of the four NEW tires were flat! My husband made an appointment and brought my car back to get fixed. He waited 2.5 hours for them to fix the flats. Never again would I deal with them. read more

I brought my car there yesterday to have tire valves/sensors replaced. Had gone to the local Honda dealership and they had quoted me $900 as they said all four had slow leaks and needed replacement using Acura parts. I called Town Fair and they quoted $430 using after market parts. Dropped car off and Dave from Town Fair called saying only one needed replacement and they cleaned the other three and I was all set. A whopping total of $83! Happy to see that there are businesses that do the proper checks before just replacing parts because it is the because that is easiest and most profitable. read more

I called at 11am to get a nail out of a tire. I was told bring it in at 11:45. Arrived at 11:50am. Gave the key and waited and waited and waited. Finally after an hour I asked the Store manager Dave when will they get to my car. He said I was next. Well 1/2 hour later again approaching the manager after reading if you dont get 5 star service talk to me and I will make sure you get 5 star service. Finally the car was repaired. Im sure if I was spending $500 on new tires I would have been in quickly as I observed other customers who came in after me. As soon as the salesman saw the tire was covered under warranty policy I was pushed to the back of the line. Bottom Line dont go to this location. They offer free this and free that if you buy your tires from them but be prepared to wait for them to live up to the guarantees. read more

I went to the Raynham MA location on Saturday. I had them mount 4 brand new tires on 4 Brand new rims, that I had purchased for my sons vehicle, which were still on boxes. These rims were inspected 3 times by my husband. 1st when we went to pick up the rims and were inside to check to see if they are done, on video camera there was an employee sitting on the rims in the back, which was address and the employee got off the rim. Then when we went to go in the back to pick them up, my husband again did a thorough inspection and found a dent on one of the rims. When it was brought up to the tech who mounted the tires, he claims that it was there prior and took a picture. Never did I receive a call from Town Fair tire, stating that they noticed that the rim had a dent and if I wanted to still have the tire mounted or not. Nor did the tech mention anything to us when we picked them up. The only time he mention something is when he was approached. All the tells me is that he is guilty. My husband works in the car industry and knows exactly how things operate and every vehicle he works on, a visual inspection is done prior and if there is any damage on the vehicle the customer is notified immediately prior to working on the vehicle to make them aware. I never received a phone from anyone at Town Fair tire to acknowledge that there was a dent on the rim. That dent was caused by a tool and it did not come like that. Furth more the Manager had the audacity to claim that it was just superficial. When you pay over $225.00 per rim and the rims were dropped off in perfect condition, that is the condition I except them back. Then the manager Dave stated the best that he could do is a $68.00 credit and would not replace the Rim. I have reached out to Rich Allen at customer service who I was told to contact from Dave in Raynham and I sent an email in the morning, followed up with a phone call at lunch and again another email this afternoon and still nothing. I would never recommend anyone to go there again, this is the worse service that I have ever received. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau if I do not get a response. read more

Horrible! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Paid $650 for cheap tires and warranties that dont a cover anything, a little over a year ago. Within a few months, hit a pothole, sidewall not covered so needed to b replaced. They told me the tires had the sensor required by my car to make the tpms light go off but they were more expensive so I did it and when the light didnt go off, he told me i had to drive for 300 i miles b4 it would.then when it still didnt go off, he said it was because they had to be stock tires. When I researched the light online it had nothing to do with either of the reasons they gave me so they just lie about everything. They didn't do the alignment they charged me for or replace the stems so now all the stems are breaking off, last month i replaced my second tire from them. Their warrantee means theyll plug it if possible. They lie about everything to sell u tires then extremely rude to u when you call back to check to see if they will help. Basically, theyll plug ur tire which any gas station will do for a few bucks so not worth the expensive tires that suck with all the useless warrantees. Anybody that I have talked to that has gone there, has had the same experience. Same thing happened at Pep Boys except the tires lasted longr. Total assholes! read more
