Like the previous review I am also surprised at the negative reviews from this place. I was looking for four new tires for my car last November and called Town Fair Tire. I did not really have any idea what kind of tires to get, but they were very friendly on the phone and made me an appointment so if I bought tires they would be guaranteed to go on the car that day. When I arrived at the tire center the same person I spoke to on the phone greeted me, looked at my car, asked questions about my driving habits and made a number of suggestions. I looked at 4-5 different tires and peppered him with questions. He answered each one politely and clearly and never implied any pressure to hurry up and make a decision or say which tire to buy. When he priced to out he four tires and the alignment I excused myself and called my dealership for there price on the same tires. They beat Town Fair Tire by over $150 and reminded my they were offering $100 off any four tires. I went back into Town Fair and informed the salesman of the offer from the dealer. He went and spoke to his manager and agreed to beat the dealers price by 10%. Two hours later I had four new tires on my car and could not have been happier with the tires or the customer service. read more

I went here for the first time because I needed a tire repaired. I made an appointment and Ray was fantastic! I was so nervous thinking I was going be pushed into tons of extras and excessive sales tactics. But they took me right In on time and I was out in less than the time they gave me. They were all really nice and I would def come back here again. read more

I've been coming to Town Fair Tire for a couple of years now; my wife, son, brother and others all go to TFT anytime we need tires. Rob V (now managing another TFT) and Pascal are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I had my F-150's oil changed the other day, and I couldn't locate the wheel lock key. Since I purchased the wheels at TFT, I drove there to purchase a replacement. Pascal went into the back service bays and met me at my truck with a box of allen's wrenches to remove the center hub, and wheel lock keys. He said they normally would have to break off the lock and install new ones, but found the right key, handed it to me, shook my hand and said I was all set. There's no other place in RI that'll I'll go to for tires or wheels. read more

Went here when I had a flat tire, the wait is 3+ hours. The pricing aren't the best and the staff is rude when you ask them how much longer, they asked me if I wanted a refund when clearly I had no choice with a deflated tire. I would never go here for a service again. read more

Another amazing encounter with town fair tire on bald hill rd. Had an issue with it pulling right after I had new tires and an alignment done in Johnston Town Fair. Called and talked to Jack who told me to come right in and they would check it out. Got there Friday at 4:45.. 15 mins before they closed.. the cross rotated my tires and said see if it pulls right and if it does come back and get a re alignment of it pulls left it's the tire. Left that place and it was still pulling right got there yesterday on Saturday at 3:30 they close at 4 they had me out at 3:50 with my alignment done properly. I have nothing but good things to say about the people here there all awesome. I have never had a bad encounter here and honestly every other town-fair tire should go here for training to learn what customer service actually is. Because Johnston was horrible the three times we had to go back.. Warwick is the place to go it's pointless going any where else.. read more

!. Had vibrations after getting new tires mounted. Took it to my regular garage. The tires were balanced incorrectly. 2. Had a flat fixed and the tire was low a few days later. I brought it back. "Whoever fixed this did a lousy job." "That was you guys." "Oh." 3. Got an oil change today at another shop. They noticed a tire I had bought last November had been mounted with the inside on the outside. They are labeled on the sidewall as such. Town Fair remounted it, but come on, all they do is put on tires! No apology. 4. There have been similar incidents. Will not be back. read more

I had an appointment scheduled to get new tires at the Town Fair Tire in Warwick, Rhode Island today: (11/24/2018) I will say Ray was a great help scheduling my appt. and checking me in today, but I cannot say that about the other customer service representatives that I interacted with today after the issue I had. A different employee notified me that my car was ready and mentioned that one of my lugnuts fell off, but that "I didn't need to worry about it". I apologize for my ignorance, but I did not know that if you have lugnuts missing that this could become a SAFETY HAZARD. Not only was this unsafe for me to drive my car, but I later found out that my car would NOT have passed an INSPECTION with the lugnuts missing! Not only was I missing 1 lugnut, but I was missing 3 of them. This could have been resolved if they replaced them for me and just mentioned that they broke them, but unfortunately this was not how it was handled. I had to purchase the lugnuts elsewhere myself to replace the broken ones after paying $650.00 for Town Fair Tire to do this job for me. Not only did I need to spend additional money to fix something that was not broken when I arrived at Town Fair Tire, but this was an all day affair and MY TIME was wasted. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with the poor customer service. After speaking with Rich from corporate, he did mention that they would reimburse for me for the cost of the lugnuts and so I brought the receipt back to the store in Warwick, RI. The customer service representative that I spoke to when I returned back to the store that afternoon was not only rude, but just disregarded my concerns and gave me attitude stating that corporate would not reimburse me. After overhearing our conversation, another employee stated he heard the phone call and said that I would be getting reimbursed for the lugnuts. I do not feel that they even cared or wanted to satisy me as a customer for this inconvenience. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this location nor any Town Fair Tire and I WILL let everyone that mentions this location that I had a horrible experience here. read more

Please stop and read this. Do not bring your vehicle here for tires or wheels. This is my fourth visit in 4 weeks to have them put wheels and tires on my vehicle. After 3 ordering errors by the team, they promised to get me in and out now that they finally had the order correct....4 hours later, they are finally getting to my vehicle....the time in the showroom has given me great insight into their inabilities....5 customers that did get their tires put on in a timely manner were never called as promised and 2 others that were promised a 2 hour turnaround, asked for their cars back after waiting 3 hours. This place is horrible....go anywhere else and you will get better service. read more

I have been to this establishment twice and have had terrible experiences both times. I am not sure if it is because I am a woman, but I suspect that is the case. WOMEN BEWARE. I ran over a nail this weekend and brought my tire to be repaired. The salesman told me he could not repair it and that I needed to purchase a new tire. I was smart enough to know this wasn't the case and brought my car to the Tire Pros in North Kingstown where my tire was repaired without a problem. A while back, I had a brand new Honda. It was less than a month old and I hit a pot hole and ended up with a bubble on my tire. I brought it to Town Fair Tire in Warwick where the salesman told me i needed four new tires! The car was BRAND NEW. Again, I brought it somewhere else and replaced only the bad tire. I will never bring my car to the Town Fair Tire in Warwick ever again. Please be advised... read more

Had the pleasure of using town fair's Internet price matching this past week. I found the tires we wanted on-line was excited to se a large location establishment would match the price for us. This was with shipping included but who could complain as the price was right. They provided a confirmation from the website indicating that they will back to you within 1 business day. Wow, quick! Not so fast, not only did I not hear from them but my phone call and email follow up went on def ears. Thanks but no thanks. You stink and need to work on what is important, the customer! read more

Well where to start. They didn't honor a warranty on a tire I had bought a month ago. Telling me it was used when I paid 120 for it and had to wait a day for them to get it from the warehouse. So I had to buy two new tires. By the way the tire they sold me prior had been the wrong size. Way to earn trust when you say "don't worry I'll take care of you" I don't recommend this place unless you have no other choice. read more

They took off the wrong tire. Despite the fact that I went outside with the associate and pointed to the tire. When I tried to get my good tire back, he told me that they had already gotten rid of it. When I asked to speak with the manager, he said he was the manager even though he signed in with another employees account. He offered to sell me another tire. I called corporate. Two months ago I posted a review on Town Fair Tire. It was all positive. This post is more informative than negative. If you go and buy a tire wheel package make sure to get all you need and don't leave anything out. I have a Jeep Wrangler and I bought 4 tires and was going to get the spare later. They said I would get the same price as the package. BEWARE: If you go back for the 5th tire, it's going to cost you about a 1/3 of the price the 4 tires cost. After all the things are added for the 1 tire, it comes to $400 and the 4 tires were $1149. read more

Was a really unsatisfactory visit...after waiting an hour for two tires, the tech who worked on my car damaged on of my wheel lugs! Are you kidding me?! I have a hard time believing that a 2013 fit would have a damaged stud...I was a mechanic for years and never once ruined a wheel stud! The only reason I went back here was to see if my road hazard was active...nope. I would've went somewhere else if not for having a spare tire on my car. read more

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. When I first called I was quotes $130 everything included. When I got there I was told there was an additional $30 in fees and taxes. But I have them the benefit if the doubt because it was still cheaper than other places I looked. When I got my car back I noticed that the sizable piece of crystal I keep on my dashboard was missing. I cleaned my car out to make sure it didn't get misplaced before calling them. Of course no one saw it *eye roll* and they have NO cameras. I've filed a complaint with their corporate who says they never get complaints about that location. I've also filed a complaint with the Warwick police department. Just thought I'd save others from losing valuable and sentimental items. read more

I know it's weird to love, but I love coming to Town Fair Tire in Warwick. Braulio has been such an amazing serviceman. He was able to beat the price on a new alloy wheel for my car by $150. I hate having to stop and fill the air in the tires, so he even had all four beaded for me. Not only helpful, but Braulio is so polite and treats you with such respect (he throws around ma'am and sir like he invented the words!!). He even took the time to explain some tire concepts to me (alignment, air gauge that had corroded). He's amazing. Go visit and see why I can say I love a tire place. read more

I would not recommend this location. I just had my front tires done today and they snapped off one of the center wheel caps (all the tabs were broken so it couldn't be put back on). When I asked about it, I was told it just happens sometimes. Of all the cars and tires I've ever had done in my life I've never had one snapped off like this. I'm not sure how all the tabs could snap off at the same time because of age or some natural occurrence. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for tire service. read more

I'm not sure why this TFT is getting poor reviews but I found the service, staff and cost to be pretty damn good. I was driving, hit a pothole and the closest place to me was TFT. I was losing air fast. I drove in, explained the situation, a member if the staff came out, looked at the tire and told me that they could most likely plug the leak. After About 45 minutes and a whopping $4.66 later I was on my way. read more

Recently I bought a very expensive set of tires from Town Fair Tire in Warwick. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and was treated to the usual attempt to sell me the bargain no-name tires off their stockroom floor. I reiterated what I wanted and was finally sold the tires I chose, which are a specific V-tread design that needs to be rotated/aligned/balanced faithfully ensure the tires wear evenly over their lifespan. When I bought the tires the salesman even reminded me to have them rotated etc. although more or less hinted I should bring them somewhere else. (Red flag) Fast forward 5,000 miles and I come in for my FREE tire rotation which they blab all over their commercials about offering. What they don't tell you is when you come in for that tire rotation they basically treat you like a bottom-feeder grubbing for a freebie...even though they specifically advertise and recommend it. The manager Pascal basically hard sold me on an alignment and also had the nerve to say "Well, you might as well get the alignment instead of just coming in for the "free stuff". I'm not coming in for "free stuff" I'm coming in for the service advertised and recommended for my tires. So after telling me it would be at least a 3 hour wait I decided to get the alignment thinking it might move me into a more priority spot. Nope. I was there for over five hours anyway. So my advice would be if you want to be treated like a weasel and lose an entire day, go in for their "free" tire rotation, otherwise go pay any mechanic 30$ to do it in five minutes. Or better yet avoid this place entirely. I'd rather buy my tires from Satan than go here again. read more

Thank you to Jack from Town Fair Warwick! I stopped in only because my tires needed air and I was having trouble doing it myself. He joked about my "only needing air" but asked me to pull around back and he would take care of it for me. Within 10 minutes, I had my air pressure adjusted in all 4 tires and I was on my way! As we live in Cumberland, we go to the Town Faire in Woonsocket and have never had need to go to the one in Warwick. But as I was only lunch break at work, I figured I would go to the Warwick one. Awful and rude. If I could leave no stars I would. After plugging my tire then rotating them I went back a month later bc the plug wasn't working and they told me they didn't do that to that tire. They wouldn't honor the warranty and despite complaints they don't keep record of what tire goes where when they rotate. Also when they did rotate I had to go back 2x bc it wasn't aligned at all. They have the worst customer service and we no longer buy anything from them. Other locations in other states were never a problem it's this particular one in Warwick but due to the worst customer service ever we stopped using them after 10 loyal years of use in Massachusetts locations. read more

Attention all FARMERS....DO NOT purchase tires from any TOWN Fair establishments....they do not honor your tax exempt status, they sent me a copy of the law, which they have interpreted incorrectly....Spoke with the State of RI Division of Taxation, as well as the Attorney Generals Office,, forwarded all information to them, they are going to look into this matter further.......side note the State of RI Division of Taxation will be reimbursing me the taxes I paid.... read more

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Went here for 2 new tires, they prommmised me they would do an alignment and check other tires....2 days later driving home from work, my back tire blows out!!! Go back in with the tire to show them, they weren't even apologetic and didn't even replace the tire at no cost! THEN they have me wait OVER AN HOUR to get a new tire from the back for me.
