As far as Town Fair Tire goes, this store is hands down the best I have been to so far. I was immediately greeted when I walked in by 2 sales men. After explaining my situation to one of them (Pasco is his name) I was told that my tire was just at the end of warranty but that he would see what he could do for me. Well he not only got my tire changed, he put it on thought warranty and saved me a bunch of money (as I was going to go to Firestone and pay full price for a tire replacement). This is a salesmen that was no B.S. and honest from the get go, not something you see too often these days. Instead of trying to sell me the store and increase their bottom line (and lose a customer in the process) Pasco treated me right and gained the store a long-term customer. If more stores and salespeople learned this simple fact they would see the bottom-line boom. Two years ago I had another Town Fair replace all 4 tires and rims on car (a major buy for me). After going back to the same store that put the tires on my car and getting a lot of hoop-la I decided to try the Warwick store as I had a good experience with them once in the past. Well, I am glad I did. The wait was a reasonable amount of time, the people were all helpful and good mannered and the coffee was always "made and waiting" lol...... I will be using Town Fair again in the future, and it will be the same store and hopefully the same people! read more

I called a few places yesterday to put some Snow tires on my car as the tires I had on it were Scary in the snow and they were only a year old... When I bought them I just went with the best Price I received when I called around.. PRICE is the Worst way to purchase tires as I found out this winter... Tires for my car are Kinda hard to find... Almost every place I called Did Not have them in stock but Town Fair Tire Not only had them in Stock but they had a Variety of them ... I Spoke with Marcus... He was Patient Took his time to Listen to what I was saying and gave me his Expert opinion on which tires would best suit the type of driving I do ALL year.. Instead of paying a Premium price for just 2 snow tires he Recommended 4 New All Season Radials.. The price was Excellent as the tires he recommended were on sale... I went there and Marcus lived up to Everything we spoke about on the Phone... He DID charge me 52 cents More than we had Spoken about!!!! heh...heh...heh... After a short wait my car was Done and I drove away in the Middle of a Big Snow storm... The tires Performed Better than I had Hoped... Marcus' Expertise Completely changed the Handling of my car... I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Town Fair Tire on Bald Hill Road! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, but Dave truly stood out. He took the time to listen to my concerns, which stemmed from an issue I had at Balise Toyota, and provided expert guidance. Not only did he explain all my options thoroughly, but his personal recommendation made me feel confident in my decision. Dave's knowledge and professionalism were top-notch, and I could tell he genuinely cared about finding the best solution for my vehicle, as well as the best value. Went in for an alignment and found out that I had a serious problem with the shocks/struts...I left against their advice and had it fixed by my mechanic..Went back in today (within 90-days/no follow-up charge) and they aligned the car with no problems...Quick, HONEST, pleasant salesmen...no matter who you talk too...although, today it was Joe, who originally gave me the bad news and took the time to explain why I shouldn't drive the car...he was also the person that delivered the completed car to me today ..When you have a problem with your tires or need new ones; this branch of Town Fair Tire is simply the best...I have had tremendous service from them each time with the various cars that I've had over the years.. They have been equally helpful with my daughter which is very comforting for a parent...Prices are always reasonable...they work with you and lucky for us; they are in our backyard (Route 2) and oh so close to Route 95. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly & more than accommodating. One employee litterally walked from behind the service counter to open the door for me after noticing that I was pushing a stroller. While another employee took it upon himself to come over to the waiting area and put cartoons on for daughter. I had a scheduled appointment yesterday to have four tires put on my Jeep. Unfortunately for me I was over a half hour late, which ultimately ended up increasing my wait time by well over an hour. So for future reference to anyone with a scheduled appointment, make sure you're there within a respectable time as They'll obviously have someone sitting there waiting for your spot. As for me, I chose to go out of my way today and write this review as a personal thank you to the staff over there at Town Fair Tire for going above & beyond my expectations of service shop. I was looking for a specific tire I had read about online and went to a number of tire dealers in the area but everywhere I went the sales people I dealt with either tried to manipulate me into another brand or they couldn't get the tires. I had heard about Town Fair from a friend who recommended them and was satisfied. I decided to give them a try. I don't know why I never tried them sooner! The salesman was great, he found that the tires I wanted were in stock in the warehouse and could be there as early as the next morning. Marc explained the tires were a good fit for my truck considering I generally do a lot of highway driving but would like to have a tire that could handle the snow. The tires look great and I'm very impressed with the overall service. It was painless and easy as opposed to the place I used to go to. The one thing that stood out to me is the friendly environment among everyone of the staff. Made me feel right at home. I will be back for tires on all my vehicles. Great job guys! read more

My car was towed to Town Fair Tire in Warwick just as they were closing. I needed my flat repaired today as tomorrow they are closed and I have plans to use my car. I pleaded with the employee locking the door as he was leaving and he told me to see one of the tire pros still working. Meanwhile AAA was still waiting with my car on his flatbed. I found Marcus in the back and begged him to fix my flat. He agreed without any further coaxing on my part. I then learned my tire had a puncture too close to the sidewall to be repaired. Fortunately, the road hazard warranty I purchased with the tire had paid off. I was given a brand new tire and only had to pay for disposal and the new warranty. I had just sat down from finishing the paperwork when Kyle, the serviceman came out to let me know my tire was installed and I was good to go. Kudos to these guys for going above and beyond to help me out. Once again they've confirmed my decision to make Town Fair the only place I go for tires. read more

I had a great experience at the Warwick Town Fair Tire. I live over a half hour away, but was in Warwick for my son's baseball practice and had a couple of hours to kill, so I decided to get my truck's front end aligned. I needed it but had been putting it off. I walked in at 5pm and they got my truck right in. Gave me a computer alignment for $79 bucks, plus free balancing and also rotated my tires at no extra cost. What I really appreciated was the fact that they didn't try to sell me a bunch of other stuff (i.e. new tires, front end work, etc.) I can't remember the name of the sales person or the service technician, but they were both very professional and personable. I was out of there by 6pm and cruising down the highway at 70 mph with no shimmies or shakes. I am a very satisfied customer and I will probably travel out of my way to buy my next set of tires there because they were honest, had good prices, good service, and no BS. read more

they won't stick you with the bill. ask for Pascal he is a very friendly and helpful sales rep. we brought our jeep in for new tires and a bolt snapped when they was doing alignment for lower control arm Pascal told me how sorry he was and spent alot of time on the phone to get us a rental, tow to garage, and get the parts and labor covered at garage. i would highly recommend this place because they wont stick you with the bill i hate to imagine what would of happen if i went to some cut rate tire place for cut rate service. i am sure 98% of the places out there wouldn't of gotten our part fixed and foot the bill for that the tow and a rental till its done. they are losing money on this deal but it shows that they are an honorable place of business thank you Pascal and town fair tire read more

Exceptional service! I went in for a repair to a tire that had been a problem for over a week now. My Husband and I are going away to Maine and we didn't want to have any problems due to tire failure. The sales person Marcos was very nice, assured me that Town Fair will find the problem and solve it. He told me they had a number of procedures they would run through to diagnose the issue. After about 20 minutes, they found the problem was with the sensors. We've had an issue with the tpm before an spent over 100 dollars at Honda. These guys were able to repair the sensor, and it cost less than a value meal,lol. I spent about a half hour there, they solved my problem, took away my anxiety, and didn't break my pocket book. My experience with Town Fair Tire was perfect. I asked for specific 35 inch tires for my jeep which were ready the next day and installed. The employee Pascal was incredibly helpful in making sure they were the lowest price for me. I also retuned to the store a month later because I forgot the wheel lock at the store and needed to get the spare tire off the tire carrier on my jeep. Again, I spoke with Pascal, and he went out of his way to get the wheel off the tire carrier and dismounted the tire from the wheel. I needed the tire off the wheel within a few hours and Pascal took time out of his day to make sure I was taken care off. I was on my way to Vermont and noticed I had a nail in my tire. I went to this place for the first time, I usually go to sears for my service. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Marcus who came out and checked my vehicle. He noticed a nail in my tread but also noted that the tires were bald. I have two young children and we're traveling on some icy roads up north. He suggested two tires and gave me a great deal on bf Goodrich tires. I was blown away at how fast he got me in and how nice he was trying to make sure I didn't lose my cool seeing I had to get on my way before it got too late. i arrived at my appointment a half hour early. When I saw the volume of customers in the waiting area I thought I was screwed! I was wrong.... They took me immediately! I was impressed with my Salesman ( Matt Medeiros). He was very knowledgeable....he talked about tires and situations I never would have thought to ask. I blew a tire out on a curb and had to have 1 replaced. I went in and Pasco took care of me. He was very polite and professional and had me on my way in no time. This store was very busy and they handled it very well. All the staff I encountered there were also polite. I went into the store by myself and felt comfortable with the information that was given to me about the tire status. I find that being a woman, dealing with some individuals about cars is often a "you don't know a thing" experience and I never got that impression at all. I had a blow out on my truck and I went to another tire shop that was closest to where I was located. They tried to sell me some bogus brand I never heard of and they didn't even do alignments. So I called a buddy a mine who owns a tow company cause my spare was junk. I got towed over and Markus was excellent from start to finish. He went out of his way to make me feel like I was a top priority and that's Aplus service in my opinion. Fast and efficient! These guys don't play around. I was in and out in about an hour for 4 tires and an alignment on a Ford Explorer. They even checked my brakes and gave me a diagnoses of some bad parts I needed repaired. If I get the parts fixed I can return and get the truck re aligned for free.
