I literally don't know what I'd have done if I hadn't stumbled on the Yelp review for Leslie Cross at Town Square - most likely I'd be weeping on a corner somewhere in Pasadena. As a naive and ignorant newcomer to the housing market in that lovely city, I'd expected to be able to easily rent a nice apartment for my son, a college student who was putting in 20 hour days and had no time even to sleep. Without boring you with details of my friightening and apparenrly impossible quest before contacting Leslie, I can say she is 1) a fantastic real estate agent, and I've met many 2) a remarkable individual whom I now count as a friend 3) one of the most kind, efficient, professional and helpful people I've ever met. We had the pleasure of working with Leslie Cross again, this time having her represent us as a Buyer's agent. In March, we approached Leslie with our desire purchase a house. Leslie quickly set up an online portal where she could input properties on the MLS that met our needs and budget. She was quick to add properties to that portal as they went on the market, so we could 'jump' on anything that looked promising. And in fact, one of those properties was a short sale that was in the perfect location at a price we could afford. Because Leslie had her finger on the pulse, we were one of the first potential buyers to see the listing and were the first ones to put an offer in, with backups right behind us.
