Between the upselling scare tactics, the contradictions, and the clear lack of integrity, I will never come back here and I strongly recommend others steer clear. There are plenty of honest shops out there that won't try to take advantage of you -- this is not one of them.

Both when I called for the appointment and when I entered the shop, I was greeted by a very friendly woman who was glad to help. My oil change was all set within an hour and for what is probably the first time ever, no one was trying to sell me something I didn't need. I will be back!
