Second vehicle that hit my car but hit plastic and didn't cause further damage to my car. Their car unknown as they left.

can't leave a review without leaving at least one star so here I am. I didn't use their service but employee 000168 driving black equinox with new york license plate LSH 5895 did. The valet driver hit my car with their car. Refused to wait until police arrived. I was told by valet manager & hospital security they would take car of it. Two weeks later I got email stating they are not responsible as I self parked...my parking didn't cause the damage and I have it on video them hitting my car not once but twice. would not suggest using their service or parking where their valets do unless you don't care about condition of your car. Funny thing is I am sure they didn't tell the other car's owner they hit a vehicle. The second vehicle they hit mine with was Massachusetts plate 1XWC47. Bet they didn't tell that person either. Absolutely ridiculous that you are trusted with people's possessions and don't respect your job or the business. In this case people ate in Boston for urgent medical care and you treat them this way, dispicable!

The attendant damaged the vehicle in downtown San Antonio, the supervisor filled out a report claiming that the vehicle was damaged in their care and I received an email about the procedure and method of repair, and I sent them an invoice, but I haven't heard from them for a month. My car has been damaged. It makes me so angry every time I see it.

5 star service from towne park valet!

"I attempted to access the payment portal multiple times when arriving and leaving the garage on the 7th without success. Before I left with my party, I also tried to find an attendant or ANYONE that could help prior to exiting. Again, no help was available. I was fully willing to pay the fee, but was deterred by multiple garage management systems. I frankly do not know how this is better for Annapolis denizens or visitors, seems more like a way for the Gott Company and the City to reduce labor costs again at the expense of the tax payer. The very next morning, my friend and I were again in Annapolis and parked in a garage further up West Street, she had to hit the portal over and over again to finally make a payment. We wasted 15 minutes dealing with the silly portal, do we get a refund for that time? Technology is great, IF it consistently works. I would hope that the City of Annapolis will collect the correct fee of $6.45 instead of attempting to extort a tax payer for $50.00 or more due to the City's poorly administered payment systems."

Because of this our card got cancelled and we were then notified by the garage that we didn't pay for parking! The car was running, and I remained with the vehicle the entire time. As soon as I saw the garage attendant approaching, I told him I was moving the car into the garage to park. Instead of responding or giving me the opportunity to comply, he immediately took photos, printed a $100 City parking citation, placed it on the windshield, and walked away. A $100 ticket for someone actively unloading equipment is excessive, especially when a simple request to move the vehicle would have accomplished the same goal. We weren't trying to avoid paying for parking--we were literally about to park in the garage. What makes this even more disappointing is learning that this is apparently a common experience. After speaking with other musicians and the venue, we were told that performers are frequently ticketed while unloading equipment and that even delivery drivers actively removing packages from their vehicles have received citations. That kind of enforcement doesn't support the local businesses that make downtown Annapolis unique. We are local musicians supporting locally owned restaurants and venues--not chain businesses. These small businesses depend on musicians, entertainers, and deliveries. The garage itself is not designed in a way that makes unloading large equipment practical, so a brief curbside stop is often necessary. I also think many people would be surprised to learn that someone who appears to be a garage attendant, rather than a clearly identifiable parking enforcement officer, can issue official City parking citations. Most people would expect a warning or the opportunity to move their vehicle when it's obvious they are actively unloading and not parking. I understand that parking rules need to be enforced, but enforcement should include common sense and reasonable discretion. This experience felt far more focused on issuing tickets than helping keep traffic moving. It left a very negative impression of Knighton Garage and the way parking is handled in downtown Annapolis. I hope management and the City will reconsider how situations like this are handled so they support, rather than discourage, the musicians, delivery drivers, and local businesses that make Annapolis such a special place.
