The total came to $410 (before taxes and shop fees), far less than what the other place was asking for. When I called to confront them about the inflated price, they didn't even care to explain -- they just said, "Take the job elsewhere if you don't like the price." It's clear this place is trying to rip people off, especially women, with inflated repair costs. I would never recommend them to anyone. Be cautious and do your research before trusting this place -- they'll try to scam you.

I arrived a bit before the official opening time and I really appreciated that I was still warmly greeted. After turning my car over to the staff I was shown to the lounge and offered complementary beverages. When it was time to retrieve my car I like that a staff member ushered me to the enclosed garage where they worked on my car so I could inspect it before driving off. I walked around the car but didn't see anything that needed a touch up. I thought my car was relatively free of "stuff" before turning it over to the staff but apparently they found plenty of junk remaining which they gathered into a white trash bag during the cleaning process. I really liked this approach because it shows they moved the clutter to clean the nooks and crannies and it gave me the opportunity to sift through my car junk and to make a decision about what to keep and what to toss. The staff was very courtesy and customer-service oriented. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be much better about getting my car cleaned in the future.

Then we had the first snowstorm of the season and the weight of the snow was making the wheel mount which got hit in the accident worse, enough that my husband was like I should get this done. Lo and behold it wasn't till I called that Subway told me they had decided not to do the work. What??!! It would've been nice if they had told me. Their reasons were valid reasons but still IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY HAD TOLD ME. In fact, when I asked if they could recommend anyone else the person said something like just go down the street I'm sure you'll find someone. I went to Superior Autobody down the street where they treated me with respect and updated me every step of the way. You'd think because there are so many body shops on this street that treating customers well would be a priority. I guess Subway doesn't need my or my family's business. My car doesn't look like a Frankenstein car anymore and it was no thanks at all to Subway. I will have my son go to Superior next time.
