I had an extremely negative experience with JP Towing. The driver responsible was James, operating Truck #26, who clearly does not know how to properly tow a vehicle. When I called to address the situation, I was met with complete disrespect and was not taken seriously whatsoever. Their response was to accuse me of damaging my own car within five minutes of leaving their lot, which is absolutely absurd. When I asked for basic details about how my vehicle was towed and what equipment was used -- reasonable questions any customer has the right to ask -- I could hear the owner in the background instructing the employee to refuse to answer my questions and wrap up the call. I also requested footage from Truck #26 to get to the truth of what happened, and they flat out denied that request as well. This level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. The owner, Kyle Leapley, is among the most unprofessional individuals I have ever had to deal with, and I have heard similarly troubling things about his other business, JAL Services. I strongly caution anyone from using JP Towing -- this is a company that damages your property, denies responsibility, and treats people poorly.

The interior service was unacceptable! I asked to speak with an associate. This is an overview is the comments I made and the response of the employee. There was mediocre attempt to vacuum the weather tech floor mats were still dirty. We require extra payment to power wash the mats. I am a first time customer and this service was provided at other similar places. The vacuum service was subpar. Many places I could still see where they had not touched. The employee stated they could re-do the vacuum service. The arm rest had a coffee mark on it and was still there. No remark with a shoulder shrug. The seats still had crumbs in the creases. There also no attempt to wipe fingerprints off the center console where there is brushed chrome. And the outside was no better. There was no tire shine applied to my tires. And the rims were not cleaned and mud was still on the mud tire wells There was the offer of a redo of the vacuum. There should have been entire redo of the interior service. As a first time customer, this was a horrible experience. Not sure if this is the level of service that is typical or if the facility is poorly managed

We decided to take the car to a Chevrolet dealership, where they told us the hub bearing replacement was only $230 for the part and about 1.5 hours of labor. The total came to $410 (before taxes and shop fees), far less than what the other place was asking for. When I called to confront them about the inflated price, they didn't even care to explain -- they just said, "Take the job elsewhere if you don't like the price." It's clear this place is trying to rip people off, especially women, with inflated repair costs. I would never recommend them to anyone. Be cautious and do your research before trusting this place -- they'll try to scam you.

My experience with the service department this week did not go well. I began making calls for a 30K…read moreservice on my Miata beginning Monday around 10:00 a.m. The telephone tree seemed to be broken, because I had to punch the "2" key for service three different times before a human finally answered. I was immediately put on hold for 8.5 minutes then was disconnected. I called right back and went through the faulty telephone tree as before. This time instead of speaking to a person I was asked if I wanted a call back. I did. Two hours later, not having heard from the service department, I made another call. This again wound up with my being offered a call back. I again agreed and again received no call within a reasonable amount of time. A fourth call finally got me through to a service writer. An appointment was made for two days later at 8:15 a.m. I was told that the work would take 1.5-2.0 hours, so I elected to wait at the dealership for repairs. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told the wait would be a minimum of 3.5 hours. I called my wife to pick me up, disrupting both of our morning expectations. There's no excuse for that kind of stupidity. This service department doesn't appear to know what they're doing. When I finally retrieved the car, the bill was 150% more than what I was expecting. If I can find another Mazda dealer in the area, I doubt I'll be returning to Fitzgerald.
