While the choices were slim elsewhere, Colonial had multiple cars to choose from. The manager, Jack, was a pleasure to work with. When we did select a car, he was very accommodating letting us take it locally to have it checked out, even offering to have someone take it there. After passing the inspection, the purchase process was very easy. Jack told us that if there were issues afterward, he'd take care of them. True to his word, when we did have a few minor problems, he took care of them at no cost to us. Buying a used car is always such a tedious process. Working with Jack at Colonial made it much better!

It started as having broken arms for suspension a front end alignment the broken arms are part of the braking system and they were broken. Then about 8 months later I found d out that the frame was extremely rusted with 2 major holes in the frame where the tires are. A broken axel and a major leaking in the power steering. Took it to get aleast the leak fixed somewhere else (that I trust) and they told me that all of that is what is need to fix the truck. And it will cost over $7000 to fix it. That is what I basically paid for the truck. It's not worth getting it fixed. So now I have to get a new vehicle cause Buy a Ride will not deal with it. They sold a lemon and they knew it. When you have a used car dealerships you are to make sure the vehicles are in driving condition. They did not make sure of that. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. EXTREMELY SHADY. SND A SAD EXCUSE OF A USED CAR DEALERSHIPS.
