The parking lot holds about 12-15 MAYBE. I would suggest placing all valuables in the trunk prior to leaving your vehicle. One side of the sink was also stopped up and slowly SLOWLY let water out. The whole place has horrible, unclean, bottom-of-the-barrel vibes. Unfortunately, my family and I were unable to check it out prior and went off pics. It was for an untimely funeral repass and time was of the essence. The pics do the place justice because it shows it already decorated. However, the place looks abandoned, neglected, and barely standing prior to decorating. Evidently, according to her reviews, it is customary for her not to return deposits, as she did not return my Mom's and the place was left cleaner than we found it but she said it was left dirty. Should you decide to rent make sure you check it out beforehand. Make sure you check out the tables and chairs, they are all not useable. Make sure you pack a broom, your own mop, and plenty of Clorox, sanitizer, and other cleaning products because you will need to clean prior to and afterward. Take pictures of the way that you find it and the way it looks upon your departure.

However, the AC turns COMPLETELY OFF when the doors are open and takes forever to cool down the room even the least bit. We spent 4 hours in 80+ degree heat due to this dysfunction. If you are planning an event I would recommend you LEAVE THE DOORS LOCKED. Otherwise, beautiful venue, wish I didn't sweat for 4 hours in formal wear, or that this wasn't a venue in Texas.

We were assured in writing that the ceilings would be taken care of by the day of my wedding. I asked for updates all year and was told every time "they're not done yet, but don't worry, it will get done by your wedding day," Spoiler: that did not happen Ceilings aside, there were good and bad things about this experience. On the day of the rehearsal, my foot fell through a rotten plank of wood and they immediately remedied that which was amazing. Our advisor was very kind and helpful throughout the experience and answered our endless questions. The day of the wedding, however, our advisor was not scheduled to be working, so he was not there and the only staff who were there had not met us before and, due to a language barrier, had a very tough time communicating our needs. Several things went wrong the day-of like no electricity in the ceremony space, tables and chairs incorrectly laid out (several guests had nowhere to sit), and those ceilings were still unfinished (also wasps live in the insulation and attacked one of my bridesmaids). We brought up these concerns to our advisor and never received a response. Like, for weeks. We followed up. Nothing. Then, we get a check in the mail which IMO was not for enough money, but still no communication. It's like the customer service relationship immediately ends on the day of the wedding. Just bizarre. If they ever fix these ceilings, I'd say book it and ensure that your advisor will be working the day of your wedding.
