I am so thankful to everyone who works at Township Animal Hospital! We drive all the way from Rohnert Park so our Frenchie Milo can be taken care of by the best vet around. I did big research on the vets around here and I couldn't find a better place! They told me they have lots of years of experience taking care of flat-faced dogs ( it was very important to me ). They have very reasonable prices. Great customer service. Everybody is very nice and kind. They will always provide the best care for your fur little ( or big ) ones. Always a great experience! We have been with them since summer 2020 and I am grateful for their skilled help for my baby Milo. Highly recommend taking your fur babe here!

I couldn't wait to write this review. It is so well deserved. Dr.Capurro is truly an AMAZING soul. I was so impressed with her knowledge and her demeanor. She succeeded in diagnosing and treating my bulldog when the Veterinarian that I had been with for the past ten years failed. He was more concerned talking about his personal life than my dog. A week before the appointment, I wrote her a letter about my dog's issues. Not only did she read this letter, she was fully prepared and knew exactly what she had to do, which impressed me so much. I can't say enough about this lady and the staff at Township because my dog is so comfortable and happier now. I am so pleased

Mala and her lil brother Zeus.

Dr Capurro is such a kind caring person. Our Frenchie Zeus had some issues after his neuter from a kick or bite to his boy part area and she took him in right away and checked him over to assure me that his neuter was fine and it was just bruising. She went above and beyond to make sure our lil love was ok. They always greet Zeus and Mala kindly upon arrival and take good care of them. Thank you Township and staff for the kind care that you show our babies.

Thank you, Township Animal Hospital . I've had my run with vets and this one is by far the very best. If you are in the Windsor area, I highly recommend them. Not only do they get to the root of the problem, they actually give the care and attention to you and your pet, and follow up promptly. It's hard to find a great veterinary clinic, and we feel so grateful for Dr. Capurro and her staff.

Super great staff and the vet is amazing. She even called me herself after doing my little guy's teeth cleaning and extractions. I've called a few times with questions and they have all been very helpful and understanding. I have had all my questions answered in a timely manner and they are truly concerned about me and my pet. Love them.

Township has been taking care of James since he was on the Kitten plan 2 years ago. Last month he had developed an infection, which fortunately was resolved after a couple trips to check on blood and give him antibiotics. I really appreciated that the vet spent a good amount of time explaining the blood results and how the various indicators can change based on how the cats are fighting the virus.

Good communication, even though I couldn't go in with my dogs. I spoke on the phone with the Vet. I appreciate the Covid precautions.

I scheduled and canceled Ollie's euthanasia appointment four different times because I just wasn't ready, and they never once made me feel guilty or pressured. They even allowed me to arrive and then back out when I couldn't go through with it. That level of kindness and humanity is something I will never forget. When the time finally came, they gave Ollie such a peaceful, dignified passing, and gave me the space and support I needed. I also want pet owners to be aware that many veterinary clinics today are owned by VCA Animal Hospitals, which is part of Mars Corp. the same company behind well-known candy brands. Since that corporate takeover, many practices have become more expensive with vets and staff paid commissions on what procedures they sell! Wine Country Veterinary Hospital is independent and not owned by VCA/Mars, and it truly shows not only in their fair pricing, but in the genuine, heartfelt care they give. I am deeply grateful to have found a place that still puts compassion first. Thank you for helping me through one of the most painful moments of my life.

He knows intuitively when expensive measures are not necessary and when they are. When he went into semi-retirement, I was nervous about a new doctor. But I should have known he would choose someone so special to be his successor. Dr B is just as amazing and just as capable and the kindest human. I trust her completely. The empathy the staff has is unparalleled to any other Vet clinic I have been to. Thank you to all of you.

My brother in law brought his dog to UC Davis 5 years ago. He was diagnosed with mouth cancer. UC Davis cured him 5 years ago and they have never looked back. Dog is doing great now 5 years later. VCA would have just helped bring your dog to deaths door step. Not one good comment on here about the oncology program. That is because they ignore most call to the oncology department and never call you back. We need to get a group together and take legal matters on VCA. Message me if you have had a bad experience that made outcomes worse for your pet because of VCA. What they could improve? Have actual designated person to take calls and messages for the oncology department, also give more options than just pumping people pets full of drugs. UC Davis did a far better job. They did not just drug our pets so we wouldn't be able to tell there was something wrong.
