    Iced matcha

Recently moved into the neighbourhood and stopped by for an iced matcha with my roommate. We felt right at home! Friendly service, great drinks and the best sausage roll of my life.

Really nice staff working here, they're happy to talk about local events or anything at all, even with non-regulars (that's us!). They also have really great sausage rolls. Stuffed full of lots of sausage, it was very satisfying (and maybe a bit heavier than expected). Be sure to try one if you haven't yet! I don't drink coffee, but my friends who were with me said that the coffee was fantastic. I'm glad that we were staying near by. Wifi password is gordonhead

Township is a hidden gem in Gordon head, Victoria. With a relaxed atmosphere, this locally owned and operated coffee shop is manned by the owner Eric. They serve the best coffees in town using beans roasted locally from Fantatisco. They also served fresh baked goods everyday! A must for true coffee enthusiasts!!!

Thank goodness there is a spot for amazing coffee in Gordon Head. Erik, the owner, has learned the craft of espresso from Fantastico and keeps the passion alive with the most amazing and beautiful drinks. Not only that, they have Byron Fry's Bread for sale, fresh handmade sandwiches, baked goods and a selection of gluten free items. I'd totally recommend a visit to this new cafe (and maybe a hike on Mount Doug too!)

Iced Green Tea Matcha Latté! Extremely delicious! Matcha comes from Japan, Almond Milk from Oregon!

Ordered an Iced Matcha Green Tea Latté and Erik the owner told me the matcha was the one Jagasilk Teabar in Nootka Court uses.

This is right outside the Public Market and has plenty of street parking on and around the block. From the get go, amazing ambiance - bright, colorful infused with wooden interiors makes you take notice. A very innovative menu makes it hard to not try more than you planned on. Service is fast and the staff is friendly. We had the below items and can't wait to be back to try more on their menu. It seems they do refresh their menu quite a bit and the current menu is definitely bomb! 1. Hong Kong style Pork Sandwich - 12/10, amazing favors, very nicely done! 2. Savory Poptart - 10/10, light, flake, buttery, melt in the mouth 3. Mandarin Day Dream from their Signature Drinks - Drink of my dreams. I will dream of it until I can have it again and I hope they do not drop it from the menu until then. Such a innovative and well balanced drink - 20/10, must try!! We need you here in the U.S. Whoever is dishing out these creative menu items (signature drinks & the sandwiches) needs a raise!

The atmosphere here is that of being welcome- regardless of anything. I experience real, authentic human connection here every time. My kids absolutely love the trail cookies (which are made from scratch!) and I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to be able to have an array of treat choices made with clean ingredients and minimal processing. I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone in fact if I lived in Victoria on the weekend I might drive out to Sooke just to have a coffee and enjoy the fresh air.
