I was busy running around having fun, that I really didn't get many pictures other than the bunkers (about 4-5) he brought, set up and breaks down. He arrived early as he said he would, scoped out the area, made sure the areas that needed to be blocked off with caution tape were and had the laser tag guns ready. These were the highest quality that I have used. The site was accurate and you could tag each other up to 600ft. Everyone was raving about the party, my son was beaming the whole time and all the kids were exhausted (same for me) after the 2 hours. Tom runs the all the games and keeps them moving but also does not interfere. We had kids ranging from 6-10, so one minor note is he did talk to them more like they were teenagers, nothing I had to intervene on but just wanted to share for awareness. He is also very upfront about the laser guns being a bit heavy for the younger kids and 6yrs olds played a game or so and did say it was heavy for them but he incorporates them into the game as scouts which they had fun time doing. The older kids didn't seem to have as much problem with the weight. A few of the dads are now also looking schedule something with our friends in the future. Overall I recommend, especially if you need someone who comes to you and all you have to worry about is the cake, food, drinks, etc.

Booked a birthday party and they took forever to get set up…read more Even reserved a "VIP" section and they said the owner screws that up all the time and someone else was there for 45 minutes. Then they tried to cancel the entire party. 0/10 recommend. We were supposed to play from 3-6. They played from 4-6. Horrible operation. The owner should know management is blaming them for everything that goes wrong...which may or may not be right. clusterf**k is a one word description of this place. OMG - it got worse. We called the owner to advise what happened. He was nice about it and offered a makeup party. We scheduled it for 1/22/22. After not hearing about it, I texted him today to make sure it was good to go. He said no, they are booked and he can do it another day. I reminded him he agreed to this and sent him the text. He said he'll do it for 50% on that day, but not complimentary. When I sent him the text of him agreeing to this for this awful party in November, he called me and said, "You can take half off or leave it." and then called me "heartless" for wanting him to host the party he offered. Truly BIZARRE person. Steer clear of this place! It's too weird to believe so I saved screen shots of the initial texts with owner to share here, his offer, and then them saying "nah" today.

Amazing spot but managers need to train their employees better…read more There are two types of guns here: Gun A: fires narrow beam, but fully automatic Gun B: fires wider beam, but not fully automatic The employees had us all pick our guns and then started handing out..vests...and...headbands?! Folks, A comes with a vest where you can get hit on shoulders, chest, and back. B comes with a HEADBAND. A headband that many people will wear around their neck. What this means: folks with Gun A are very easy to hit. Folks with Gun B are very easy to hit. In our game, everyone with Gun B DOMINATED. I don't think these guns are equal, there needs to be more standardization. The games themselves though? An absolute blast. I played poorly every game but was still having an amazing time! You get a lot of excercise and it's genuinely thrilling. Bonus for the welcoming atmosphere for folks with all different cultura l and ethnic backgrounds, including gender neutral bathrooms!

Aside from the fun activities, my kids biggest praise was the staff, Sammy and Hayley made my kids feel like i paid extra for a special escort to ensure they had the most fun.
