    Well, first I must apologize to DCH TOYOTA, we were misled by the app. and published our review on the other Toyota city site! That being said, we would like to thank Jack and the staff of DCH Toyota for facilitating a fair, transparent and unassuming experience. Our Corolla gave us her best years, and collision free to boot; but it was time to trade her in for a roomier ride. We were extremely concerned about affordability and reliability during these uncertain economic times. My experiences in the past were comparable to playing blackjack, so, we were quite apprehensive. Jack and Mustafa were very patient. They provided options and explained the most ecomonically feasible route to take. It was definitely a win win for all. As a bonus, we won a gift card to Sedona! The restaurant, not the place in Arizona. See my review. Thank you guys and gals! Best of health to you all!

    Be wary of DCH Toyota City Service Center. I drove our car home from a routine service and, upon parking, found damage that was not there before. I called them and was told to bring it in the next day. I drove in and Mike refused to take responsibility for the damage. He insisted there was no way to know how it happened. When I explained that we had used the car just before the servicing and there was no damage, he said, "Well that's what YOU say." In addition, twice they have tried to charge me for work covered under my warranty, once to the tune of $2,700. Hopefully that is just incompetence and not deceit. I recommend finding another service center but if you must use them, be sure to document your car's condition when you drop it off, and do not let them charge you for covered service.

    I have had two fantastic experiences with the LaVigna Bros. They did great work, were very…read morethorough, and the pricing was fair and reasonable (and certainly lower than what I had been paying at the dealership). I brought the car in for its annual servicing and in addition to the excellent servicing, they outlined all the future red flags for my car, and then didn't try to sell me anything. It was just, "So you're aware, here's some stuff to keep an eye on that will probably need to happen eventually." I suspected my battery was in bad shape, which they confirmed (they had double checked it without me even mentioning it), and then gave me an estimate of how much longer I could go safely on the current battery. I do recommend making an appointment. They work quite fast, but they are very popular, for obvious reasons. Still, I told them I needed my car by 4 to pick up my son, and they had it done well before then. The guys are lovely to talk to, friendly and funny, and they do great work.

Everything they said about Lewis and the family are so true. Sam went above and beyond to locate my issue and get the car back as soon as possible. Other places wouldn't even touch it without leaving it and who knows how much they would charge. You can tell The LaVigna Broa heart is in this, it is great to have someone to trust with our family cars. We will never go anywhere else. I almost didn't want to post this to keep them a secret! Everyone deserves the peace of mind they bing.

    I have literally never written a yelp review before, I made an account just to warn people about…read morethis service center. I firmly believe that this business is the reason my car is now totaled. This past august, I brought my 2012 prius in because I was getting an overheating warning on the dashboard. I only brought it there because it was the closest repair shop that serviced hybrids to where I received the warning light. After keeping it for about a week, they called me to tell me that it was unsafe to drive and they needed to do a whole host of repairs on it which would add up to be 3500 dollars. Not really knowing what else to do, and not knowing a ton about cars, I took the hit and agreed to the work. After a few more days they gave me the car back and I started driving it again, but after a few weeks, the warning sign returned. I brought it back in and they said they would fix it for free / just for the cost of parts, since they didn't fix it the first time. However, after keeping my car for weeks and weeks, they eventually called me saying they couldn't recreate the problem, and that I should just keep driving it. A few weeks later the warning lights return and I bring it back to them, saying they need to fix it for free. They keep it for several more weeks, and eventually say that they need to replace the thermostat (meaning I have to pay for the part). I just want the whole saga to be over so I agree. I get the car back in another week or so, and yet again, after a month, the warning light returns. This pattern continued this entire year, with my car in and out of their shop, with them either not being able to replicate the problem, or doing an additional repair job, consistently telling me upon return that it is safe to drive, and with me consistently getting the overheating light within a month of getting the car back. Finally, the last time I brought it in, after keeping the car for weeks, they called me to inform me that my car had been so severely overheated for so long, that the engine had warped, and I would need an engine replacement for 15,000 dollars (!!). I told them that this was unacceptable, because the only reason my car had been overheating for so long was because THEY hadn't fixed it OVER AND OVER AND OVER and yet had continually given it back to me to drive. I told them that I deserved my money back from the previous jobs, and that honestly I felt they owed me more than that, since my car was now totaled because of their negligence. My service advisor said that, after talking to his manager, in order to "make things right" they could offer me a 55% discount on my engine replacement, meaning I would only have to pay them 8,000 ADDITIONAL DOLLARS for them to replace the engine that was broken BECAUSE OF THEM. Obviously, a 2012 prius isn't worth that much money, so we all knew this was an empty offer. This whole situation has been an enormous financial burden on me. I'm a young teacher without a ton of built-up savings. I've had to purchase a new car, and for the past nine months I have had to struggle with a combination of loaner vehicles, rental cars, and public transport to complete my hour+ commute, because my car was in repair shop purgatory for months. I was so immensely patient with this shop. Maybe I was being naive, but I honestly believed that they would fix my car for no additional charge, due to them being unable to fix it the first time. They had agreed to that initially, meaning they KNEW that it was their fault that the car was overheating, and they were claiming they would try to make things right. However, all that responsibility went out the window when I asked for my money back. I have never, in my entire life, felt this way about a business. I have never felt so scammed. I was consistently extremely understanding, forgiving and polite towards them for the last nine months. I have been repaid with a totaled car and a 4,000+ dollar cumulative bill. TLDR: Please, at all costs, DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE CENTER.

Sadly I went in today to change a tire on my Mercedes Benz E350. Everything was going well the receptionist was very nice I asked her to let the mechanics know to be careful with the rims. She wrote it down for them to see. I leave for an hour and come back and it was done. I paid and walked out to see almost half of my rim was scratched. I let the receptionist know and she was deeply disappointed because she told them to be careful with the rims. She lets JAKE MACHADO know and he walks out to see. Not a second passes by and he tries to avoid responsibility and points at me. Saying "they wouldn't do that" and he "doesn't know how that happened." He came off extremely disrespectful when my father tried to explain how it happened. But what JAKE MACHADO didn't know is I had pictures of my rims right before I came into the shop. The pictures before going in shows my rims clean as a whistle. Right when I showed him the pictures the narrative changed to "let me go speak to my manager" LOL Sadly!!! That's not where it ends. As I get in my car to leave. Dirt marks all over my white interior. Grease marks all over my white interior. Very sad how they treat peoples property here :( 500$ for a scratched rim and dirt marks in my interior. It's sad that you can work hard and pay your hard earned money for nice things and people like JAKE MACHADO like to treat your things like they don't matter and instead of being a man and taking responsibility you try to lie and get over on people and be disrespectful. It's sad because I really wanted to be a loyal customer to this shop and go here often to change my tires but it's seems like JAKE MACHADO doesn't care about treating customers with good quality service. Please if you cherish your car and rims be very very careful with this place. I would hate to see someone else go through this.
