I am writing to convey my disappointment regarding a recent experience at New Rochelle Toyota…read more My husband and I scheduled an appointment via telephone for June 16th at 1pm with the explicit purpose of viewing and test-driving a Corolla hatchback. During this preliminary call, we were assured by the representative that this specific vehicle was readily available and in your inventory. My husband and I both left work early in order to make time for this visit. When we arrived, we were informed that the Corolla hatchback we were supposed to see was only in your computer system and not in stock. It makes no sense at all. This sequence of events was very frustrating to us. It showed a blatant communication breakdown. It is a waste of time, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Obviously, we never got a single apology. I would never recommend or go back. A terrible experience! There are plenty of trustworthy, honest dealerships in the area that are eager to assist you, so don't waste your time here.

I always feel welcome. Wonderful team! I've been coming for over 16 years and it's always been a pleasant experience. Today I brought my Audi A4 in for an oil service and service light reset. The approved invoice total was $394.78 for this basic maintenance service. When I inquired about the pricing I was offered financing as a solution - an option I found inappropriate for a routine oil change. For reference, I am currently looking at an active service promotion from Audi Hawthorne - a fellow authorized Audi dealership located approximately 12 miles from your location - offering a full synthetic oil and filter change with fluid top-offs and vehicle wash for $179.99, valid through May 31, 2026. That is a difference of $214.79 for a materially identical service on the same vehicle type at two Audi-certified locations. I am not suggesting that all dealerships must price identically. However, a variance of this magnitude for a standard maintenance item, with no clear justification provided, is difficult to reconcile as a customer who has consistently chosen your location for over a decade.

In my 50+ years I have bought many cars, whether for myself or navigating the process with family…read moreor friends. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had at a dealership; they are very, very dishonest! Bought a 2019 Honda from New Rochelle Toyota. During the test drive, I called out that the heater isn't working great and salesman promises to have it handled before we pick it up. Then report shows there's a recall for the Honda; why wouldn't New Rochelle Toyota not have the recall handled before they even advertise the vehicle? Keep in mind, they acquired the car in May 2025 AND New Rochelle Honda is sister dealership (same owner/parent company). Instead the salesman insinuates that sometimes the fix for recalls isn't available. After picking up the car on June 9th and driving home, I noticed that there's no sound from the radio when using FM. I called the salesman the next morning to report that. The salesman books me an appointment for Saturday June 14th to have radio and heater taken care of. On Friday June 13th, I called him to confirm that we're all good for Saturday June 14th. When I arrive on June 14th at 8:00AM on June 14th the service department gives me the runaround and nothing got done. I am offered another appointment for June 19th, the following week. Based on the above subpar experience, on June 16th I take the car to a Honda dealer near my home to get it looked over. I come to find out that recall fix has been widely available since Jan/Feb of this year. I also find out that the front brakes (pads and rotors) were in need of immediate replacement (down to 2 mm). I immediately contact New Rochelle Toyota and they told me to bring the car back and they will take care of things and they gave me a 9:00AM appointment for June 19th. On June 19th, I arrived at New Rochelle Toyota at 8:45AM and as planned, one of their staff members took the car to New Rochelle Honda (sister dealership). I was in their sitting room the entire day to 4:00PM; come to find out they did not address any of the issues even though I had an appointment on the books from the week prior. They did not even attempt to handle the recall. I was completely disappointed. No one wanted to take ownership and have the situation handled. They then asked me to bring it back on June 20th, without any assurance which items will be addressed. On the evening of 19th (9:00PM) New Rochelle Toyota sales manager leaves me a voicemail that the dealership will only take care of the recall. They disputed/refused to fix the radio, heater, and do the brakes stating that it passed NY inspection on a vehicle I just got from them the week prior. I would never transact with this dealership, even if they were the last dealership on this planet. I also would never recommend them to anyone! All i wanted was fair treatment and they failed to do that.

I turned in my lease and upgraded to a 2024, which I love. I started seeing an outstanding bill for my 2023. I immediately reached out to the dealership. I was told, it was an error and not to worry about. In October, I disputed the claim after talking to Wayne Inniss, the manager. He sat down with me and stated this was clearly an error. He shared they sold my car last year and there was no problem, so this made no sense. Wayne texted it let me know he was working on it back in October. I called regularly and went in to discuss the situation. I called for months and continued to go in. This account went into collections. I spoke to the collection agent with Wayne on the phone in Nissan. I NEVER received anything from Nissan stating I owed anything until I filed the dispute in October: I sat down with Wayne and he stated he spoke to Executive Manager, Michael Persico. The first time Wayne reached out to Michael he said he was on vacation, Wayne, stop returning my phones calls and when I go in he continues to state he still has no answers after eight months. Wayne has reached out to the collection agency once, but still has not handled the situation. This is my third Nissan, I am so frustrated that Wayne has handled this situation that does not make me feel like a valued customer. I would've appreciated it if he could not have resolved it that he just called me and let me know that but to ignore my phone calls and to make excuses and to say that his manager is never available is unacceptable. Currently, I have multiple disputes with no resolution as of yet.

I have had the car now for three months, and I LOVE it! The entire team at Larchmont Jeep was professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout the process. Leasing or buying a new vehicle can be a major--and often intimidating--decision, but their knowledge, honesty, and guidance made the experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you all. The Jeep Wagoneer S is a fantastic all-electric SUV with impressive performance, beautiful exterior, amazing cameras, a luxurious and comfortable interior, a great sound system, and practical cargo space--including a front "frunk" for small items. With about 300 miles of range, fast charging capability, and zero emissions, it's an outstanding vehicle. If you're looking for an honest dealership and a top-tier all-electric SUV, I highly recommend Larchmont Jeep and the 2025 Jeep Wagoneer S Ltd. You won't be disappointed!

I have always always…read morefinanced with Chrysler Capitol Bank for our past leases and my family and I have been loyal customers, always dealing with Chrysler. We negotiated with a Larchmont salesman for a new Jeep and arrived at a leasing price before discussing which bank we'd finance through. I turned in my 2022 Compass at that dealership. I was notified that the vehicle had rim damage for which we were responsible to pay $125.00. I then received a notice from Chrysler saying that due to loyal customer status, they would wipe out the rim damage fee, however, we now had to pay a disposal fee of $395.00, because the financing was done through another bank. I was not made aware that the financing was made through another financial institution until I received the letter from Chrysler, requesting a disposal fee of $395.00. I have never paid a disposal fee for any of our leases, since we always banked with Chrysler Capitol Bank. I called the salesperson at Larchmont and he said he set us up with another bank for the lease because Chrsyler did not bank leases anymore and this new bank had better rates. I contacted Chrysler Capitol and learned that the information was incorrect, they still underwrite leases. The dealer tried to sidestep this false statement by again saying the new bank had better rates. We voiced our displeasure with our salesman and with the manager. The manager told us she will contact Chrysler Capitol about voiding the disposal fee and would contact us with the outcome. Days have passed with no return call. Yes it is in the contract about the disposal fee, which now in New York has been cancelled since Jan 2025, by not going to Chrysler Capitol for this lease,is the legal way for the dealer to get out of being responsible for the fee. We do not know if the new bank is now their preferred bank due to enhancements from the bank or not. We we were not informed until the pick up day about the bank change. We warn anyone who deals with Larchmont Jeep, to be leary of misleading information. I for one will never return and will voice my feelings to anyone who deals with this company.

I will start this absolutely horrific review by saying I previously had given Porsche of Larchmont…read morea negative review about my experience but had taken it down after what I first thought was a rush to judgement and the possibility of being incorrect in my assessment. I now know I wasn't even close in what I needed to put into writing for potential customers to see. My car had overheated on July 13th. I had it towed to Porsche of Larchmont as opposed to my usual service center at Porsche of Danbury because of the location of where it overheated. After the car had sat there for a short time...I was told the engine would need to be pulled so that they could further diagnose the "engine problem". the cost to pull the engine would be around 5,000.00 to just diagnose the issue according to them. I was then given a cost to repair the issue which would run me about 10,000.00 total for the engine being removed and repairs. After another several weeks of waiting and my repeated attempts at calling them and leaving messages (none of which were ever returned), I finally called and refused to leave a message and stayed on hold until Ryan, who initially spoke to me, got on the phone and said that they never really pulled the engine, even though they said they needed to, and quoted me for repairs including the engine having already been pulled to diagnose the problem. He then said they "would really have to pull the engine now" and the cost to repair the car could be around 27,000.00. I never had an engine light come on...the car overheated and now I was being quoted 27000.00 more for repairs. I told them to put the car back together and I would have it towed to Porsche of Danbury. After having the car brought to Porsche after 6 weeks of ineffective care at Porsche of Larchmont, the water pump was replaced, and I was told the car was good to go. I drove it off the lot but heard something strange and returned it. They said they would take another look. I was headed out of town for two weeks and told them there was no rush in getting the car repaired( I only offer this information because Porsche of Larchmont is questioning the length of time for Danbury to do repairs even though Larchmont Porsche never fixed the car or returned calls for 6 weeks). When I returned, they called me and said the problem was that the repair work done at the Larchmont Porsche was done improperly and parts were put into the engine in reverse and that once Danbury repaired and replaced a defective part installed by the Larchmont location, the car is now in perfect running order. I will post the email from Porsche of Danbury at the bottom of this review. When I spoke to the service manager at Porsche of Larchmont over the past week...he questioned whether Porsche of Danbury was being forthright and denying the faulty work done by his own mechanic...he even said that if the parts he put in the car were defective...that they should be covered under warranty...completely ignoring the fact that work needed to be done to reinstall the non-defective parts that were installed improperly by his mechanic...only questioning whether the Danbury Porsche dealer was being honest. I now will be taking the Porsche of Larchmont dealership to small claims court to recoup all of the money they charged me at their location and the additional money charged by Porsche of Danbury to correct the faulty work performed by Larchmont...DO NOT GO HERE! Btw...I posted this review on another site and they responded...what they said goes contrary to all the evidence presented...they had no photos they provided...and the issue with the Danbury Porsche work is all for labor for the improper installation by the Larchmont dealer, not to mention that there was never an engine light and they supposedly had one. They don't even mention their absurd estimates they gave or the fact they never removed the motor although tried to charge me for such before getting caught and admitting they never did so. I would have responded there but had limited space there. Here is the email from Porsche of Danbury... Hi Mr. S, Please see attached pictures of your 2008 911 Turbo repair as discussed. We confirmed both camshaft adjustment solenoids were replaced at Porsche Larchmont. During further diagnosing/disassembly based on the fault that we had we found the passenger side bank 2 camshaft solenoid was installed in the incorrect orientation (180 degrees off) causing oil starvation to the bank 2 camshaft adjuster. You'll see the "alignment pin" on the camshaft solenoid crushed due to the improper installation. If you have any further questions on this please let me know. Thank you
