I'd say the back area with the small couch is more of a first-come, first-served spot. The couch could comfortably fit a group of 4-5 people you came with, or maybe just one couple. Otherwise, it might feel a little awkward sharing such a small space with people you don't know unless you're not socially awkward. They have a good variety of drinks on the menu, though they don't sell any food. My sister didn't like the drink she initially ordered because she had requested foam and salt, but the staff was kind enough to remake it to her liking, which we really appreciated. Good customer service makes such a difference, and they handled it very kindly. My drink came out great... good size, good flavor, and fairly priced. The machine they told me to use had already been **turned off for the night.** So I was told to order from a machine that wasn't even available AND took them just the same amount of time it would've taken to take my order to turn the machine on. At that point, I just left. I already knew exactly what I wanted, and taking my order would have taken maybe a minute. I guess that was asking for too much.
