Some may say Molly Tea is overhyped, but I think the hype is very well deserved. Their jasmine matcha is my favorite drink and literal perfection. The matcha foam is strong without being bitter, and pairs so well with the floral jasmine notes in the milk tea. Plus, that tiny straw is a complete gamechanger and enhances all the flavors in every sip. It can get very busy, so i recommend ordering online ahead of time. Interior is cute and spacious, but not really a chill place to study due to the chaos and crowds at peak hours. Parking is the worst thing about this location. There is a lot but it's extremely small, so you'll have to find street parking, which thankfully isn't that difficult. Do not park at the Ace Hardware lot because they will tow you. I was looking for a boba shop with wifi where I could get some work done and my partner found this spot. We arrived around 1:30 on a Saturday. The parking lot was awful. It probably had 3 normal spots, a handicap spot, and two small spots. We did notice there was a bigger parking lot in the back for customer parking, but that probably had another 5-10 spots if you count the spots against the wall. When we entered, I saw there were two kiosks to order. While scanning the place, I also saw there was one open table (they probably had a total of 10), so I jumped on that since I was there to get some work done. My partner ordered me a Premium Jasmine Milk Tea with boba, and he got a mango smoothie. There is a sign above the employee's heads that show the status of each order and I saw that ours was a 4 minute wait. I really like that it showed the wait time, and quite frankly, it was accurate too! When the drinks came, they were good. My milk tea had a strong jasmine flavor (which I like and find impressive when you can taste that in a milk tea), and the boba was sweet and soft. Absolutely nothing wrong with the quality of the drinks, or the service here. My biggest gripe with the establishment was it was so hot in the business. I was sweating from just sitting there filling out paperwork. I also tried to connect to wifi and whenever I selected the Guest Wifi it wouldn't connect. My partner ended up using his hot spot. Because I was looking for a place to get work done, this place simply did not do it for me. This seemed to be more of a hangout and chill with friends type of spot. If I wanted to just grab and go, then maybe I'd come back. Outside has limited patio seating with a cute Molly cup statue. Please note parking is very limited at the front of the shop. There are some parking behind the building, but it looks like it's where the employees park because none of the cars were coming out while I was here. Anyway, there is street parking if you're lucky to find some... do read the signages. Now to the interior... WOW, it's quite spacious, bright, and clean! Love the simple and beautiful decor. Lots of inside seating along the windows and walls. Only one all gender restroom for customer use only. Lots of friendly staff behind the counter making drinks and passing them out. Two self-order kiosks available for use. I don't think they take orders at the counter though. Easy to manuever through the kiosk screens. Quite a unique selection of drinks. Prices are decent. Got 4 drinks total and they came out timely. Thought I try something different from last time. I took the recommended 70% sweetness on a couple drinks ... it wasn't a great idea unfortunately because there was no sweetness whatsoever. I'm going to stick with 100% sweetness at least for the 1st time trying a new drink and adjust there after. Just a tip. 1. Premium Jasmine Tea - Hands down amazing jasmine flavor! But due to the 70% sweetness, it was slightly bitter in taste. Need some sugar next time. 2. Snowy Jasmine - Didn't get the jasmine flavor like I did with the Premium Jasmine Tea. The snowy jasmine has been on my list forever. It's all over social media and I've been so excited to try it. Everything is via kiosk so very little interaction. There's plenty of tables inside--not ideal to study, more to catch up and hangout. The drink itself was so disappointing. It truly tasted like iced milk with extra whipped cream on top. Second time here and Molly seems to be the shop that's consistently busy. They do have a great jasmine milk tea and I tried their jasmine apple milk tea, and it tasted like a mix of jasmine tea and apple juice. Their packaging is so cute which is a big component to their popularity. I do wish they had a better pickup system for people ordering in. Like at least call out the numbers? People are just hovering and asking if their order is ready and guesstimating when they can pick up their drinks. They do send a text when the order is ready, but it's not accurate. I would take a drive back here just to order the white champaca again. It's just so different compared to other floral and tea forward milk teas. Between the Arcadia one and this one, the interior of this one is a lot bigger and more spacious. The menus appear to be the same and the drinks taste just as good. Compared to the Arcadia one, it's just as fragrant and delicious. The inside of this one is a bjt better for actually staying at inside the tea shop as there are seats and there are outlets if you want to use a laptop. There is also outdoor seating if you like that. My go to is always the Jasmine Milk Tea with Oat Milk and the consistency is there. Good and delicious as always. Pricing is similar to the Arcadia one but this one doesn't charge sales tax for whatever reason so it's slightly cheaper because of that. The only reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars is because it takes forever to get a drink. Sometimes it's even taken me an hour before I got a drink. Parking for this one is horrendous. There's maybe like 6 parking spots out front if you don't count the handicap spots and it's a really tight parking lot. Your best bet is to park on the street and just walk in. read more

There are very limited parking spots in their lot but there's plenty of street parking nearby which I recommend. Ordering is at the kiosks to the left when you enter and is very quick and easy. You're assigned a number when done and all that's left to do is wait. There are screens that show which orders are being prepared in the queue and which ones are ready. We went on a weekend and there is not much standing room when it gets busy. Most of the tables tend to be taken by people studying (?!) at the shop even though it was crazy packed and very loud/bustling. It's probably a lot more peaceful during the weekend. The drinks were on the expensive side - ~$8 for a regular size which to me was tiny. They seal your drink like most places but also place a multi use cap on the top so a boba straw can be used or you can sip from the cap. Pretty neat! The branding is a Sakura pink and reminiscent of LV's logo. If you order 3+ drinks you get an insulated bag. There's also some merch available for sale too. Overall I liked Molly Tea and would come again if I was in town, but wouldn't go out of my way due to the price point and value. read more

They host events like Furry Friend's Party on Saturdays and Sundays (bring your pets to the store and receive a free pet-friendly whipped cream with any purchase - one pet per cup & each customer may receive up to 2 cups per day, limited to 100 cups per day). There is one unisex restroom. [Ordering]: Customers place their orders through one of two kiosks and customers can also purchase Molly Tea souvenirs. Once an order is placed, customers can monitor the screen at the pickup counter to track their order number.
