I LOVE LOVE LOVE the crab cake. It has to be the best in Dallas. It is one half pound of pure crab meat, no filler. The price has gone up to $26.99 so it is not cheap, but it is outstanding quality. I used chocolate sprinkles as whiskers and now that I think about it, I don't think a lamb even has whiskers! :-) For the past couple of years I have gone to Cake Carousel for help in picking up the needed supplies to make a decent looking Easter lamb cake. My result has not been laughed at so, I'll take that as a win! Their tub of whipped buttercream is perfect! Not too sweet, reasonably priced and it spreads on great. They have precious candy flowers that instantly elevate your cake. The grandkids even had fun helping me decorate!
