My brother and sister brought me here, and I'm glad they did. I've been to their sister location in Richardson. This one is the original, and it has a completely different vibe. When you walk in, you're greeted, and the atmosphere is great. It's a small, cozy spot, which I really like. They do get pretty busy on weekends, especially during dinner time, so it's a good idea to call and double-check. They also accept reservations. The food was excellent; everything came out perfectly and tasted delicious. My favorite was the bulgogi--it was nice and tender. I highly recommend this location if you're craving some good Korean BBQ.

This is a great hidden gem. I had lunch here on a Sunday afternoon and it was not as busy as I thought it would be. The service was very friendly and attentive. The sides are delicious I enjoyed the glass noodles and kimchi. The bulgogi was very tender but my favorite cut was the beef belly with the dark orange sauce they offer. This is a great example of do not judge a book by its cover because the inside is very cute/aesthetic. Overall this is a great AYCE kbbq spot, especially for $29. Parking: plenty of parking in front of the establishment.

Food was delicious, staff were helpful and service was perfect. Definitely recommend for a date night.

20% off check in on Yelp is no longer valid. 3/5 stars for overall, 4/5 stars for taste. $26 for Basic AYCE, $29 for Full AYCE which includes Basic AYCE AND LA Galbi, Beef Finger Meat, Shrimp, Spicy Shrimp, and Lemon Pepper Shrimp. We did the Full AYCE, which in my opinion was still missing a lot of other protein and side options offered at other KBBQ spots (I'm from California, so for this price and the limited options I was not impressed). The banchan (side dishes) included at the table are lettuce with a basic vinagrette, daikon radish thinly sliced, cucumber kimchi, kimchi, fish cake in a spicy sauce and japchae. All standard, nothing special. They don't offer any other hot sides such as potstickers, fries or even rice paper. With that being said, the proteins we ordered were of high quality and consistent which I appreciated. The beef belly was very good, dip it in the sesame oil and salt! Spicy pork belly was very delicious on its own as well as the hawaiian pork belly. LA galbi and beef finger meat was also delicious, you can't get kbbq without getting LA galbi so the Full AYCE option is the only way you should go to eat here. Half of my friends said the spicy shrimp was really good and the other half said it was too salty. Overall, the service was good and the meat was good quality, they also split the check for you if you ask! But for the price and limited proteins and sides I'd try a different spot before coming back here.

Phenomenal! Came just before the dinner rush on a Saturday and was seated right away. I've been to a few joints in Los Angeles...the so called "Korean BBQ capital" ....but this spot absolutely was the best I've had. I dont give 5-stars much. But Woo Me is a 5-star gem if there is one.

I've had so much KBBQ in my lifetime and this place is definitely up there. The price for AYCE is really good and the meat is even better, my favorite was the finger beef. Service was great too - they're very attentive. Maybe the only con is you need a reservation but it's not that big of the deal. Very cozy inside too.

THANK YOU TO JOEY for a great 1st experience at Woo Mee Ok! This is my friends' go to Kbbq spot, and so I was excited to try. They did not disappoint! We were seated in booths, and it's truly a homey vibe. Joey was our server, and he constantly kept refilling our sides, sauces, and drinks! We opted for the $26 option, and it was enough! We got brisket, beef belly, pork belly, squid, and hawaiian belly for our meats. All great! We also got steamed egg and seafood tofu soup. I really liked the Japchae here--it's not too oily or too sweet like most places. The seafood tofu soup was also good, not too spicy and balanced. Love this place! The service is amazing, and they do not skimp on sides and portions. Great price too! Highly recommend!

Was craving some Korean bbq and this one was closest to us while visiting Texas. The place doesn't look like much but the wait time was short and the service was excellent. Our waitress was super adorable and helped us with our orders and making sure our bowls of sides were always replenished as well as meat order. The food was delicious. The price was only $25 for all you can eat. An added bonus, they offer military discount too. Would recommend this place . Can't wait to come visit again.

This is our first time at Woo Mee OK Korean BBQ. We went around 7 on Sunday. It's connected to some other stores. Parking was actually really tight which kinda made me want to park kinda far away from others because it was a little tight . We were greeted instantly by the person at the front counter which was real cool. It was a packed house, but no line. They went to go set up our table which took like a solid minute. When we sat down, we had our side dishes, utensils, and grill set up. Aesthetics were nice. Our server was real cool. He explained every single side dish, and how the menu worked. That was real cool of him. He mainly refilled our drinks, our (3 at a time) meats, and side dishes. Another server helped changed our grill. He also said we could do a half order of meats because the full portion is actually a lot. Woo Mee doesn't have a huge selection of meats to choose from, but the best in the menu is definitely the bulgogi, LA Galbi, and beef fingers. The pork belly was alright. We usually never get the lemon pepper shrimp, but it was pretty good. The place has a real nice Asian aesthetic to it. The gas lines to the burner should have a form of cable management. The line was kind of sticky out from the table, so I felt like someone quit smack it, and then there would a complete disaster. Customer service 5/5. Food 4/5

The service is fast, the staff is friendly, and the vintage atmosphere gives the place a lot of character. My biggest tip is to get there right when they open at 10:00 AM, Wednesday through Friday. The line builds quickly, and you don't want to miss out on their best items. If you're looking for some of the best barbecue around, Cattleack is absolutely worth the trip!

My friend absolutely loved the burnt ends. He liked them so much that after we finished the first order, he went back and got a second one, plus some brisket and elote. I thought everything was good, but I will say the menu felt a little limited. This is definitely one of those places where I am glad I finally tried it because it is part of the local DFW BBQ experience, but it is probably not somewhere I would specifically seek out again. That said, if someone wanted to go, I would go again without complaint. I DO want to try the Burndt end bloody mary!

The vibe in this place is really great. The people are friendly. Downtown Plano is cool. The restaurant and bar area are clean, well-attended, and the food and drink are all good. So why only 3-stars? To be fair, I came here on a weeknight around 6:30pm, which is not the best way to judge a BBQ place. I will try to come back on a Friday at lunch time, and I hope things will be epic. Bottom line, I wasn't blown away by the meats! They were well cooked, but the flavor just didn't impress. The Sause (sorry, I'm a Rudy's loyalist) was tasty, but didn't blow my mind. A nice sweet + smoky flavor that worked better with the Spare Ribs than the Brisket. (Another minot note -- I know a lot of BBQ places eschew Baby Back Ribs for Spare Ribs. Lockhart only does Spare Ribs.) Would I come back? 100% Would I recommend that you go here? 100% I have to say the bartender was terrific, and the pit masters were super friendly, so no dis on the staff. I was just hoping for "oh my god" BBQ and didn't quite get there. Still a great visit.

The brisket and pork ribs were decent, but honestly pretty dry and lacking in flavor when compared to some other BBQ places in DFW. For the price, it's pretty similar to other BBQ in the area. The Texas Twinkie is a jalapeño stuffed with cream cheese and brisket and wrapped in bacon. It was my favorite item as the cream cheese and bacon balanced out the spiciness of the jalapeño. The mac n cheese was also delicious with the perfect amount of spice. The service was great too as they made a mistake on my order and quickly corrected it. I like that this place is open daily and for dinner too. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - I love the Dallas Farmer's Market, and Hurtado is the perfect restaurant to occupy this space. There is a line that steadily moves, nice outdoor and indoor seating, and if you walk towards the back you can see all the smokers. If you visit on a weekend, try to arrive before noon to avoid long lines. 1 Star. Service - You place your order, take a number, and your order is brought out to you. While you don't get to see the staff cut your meat in front of you, they are very fast and efficient. There are also Hurtado staff who will clear plates off your table. Great people here. 1 Star. Food - I came for the Birria tacos. Hurtado uses their smoked brisket, which shredded and paired will all things that make Hurtado special - Mexico flavors (cilantro, onions, and that beefy consommé). I also ordered a two-meat plate with brisket and bacon burnt ends. The brisket is great (and well represented in many Yelp reviews). On this visit, the bacon burnt ends stole the spotlight. A well-seasoned and smoked pork belly cube will melt in your mouth. I washed down my meal with the Tres Leches Banana Pudding and ended an incredible meal. One last very important note, Hurtado is a great value. My two tacos, 2 meat plate, and desert were $50. P.S. I split this meal with my son. I love food but I'm not a glutton. 2 Stars.
