I hate when I have to downgrade for service, when the food it great, but a few service things leave me salty. 1. Ambiance as expected, place is a local dive style bar, tight squeeze, definitely not handicap accessible in the entire facility, above average cleanliness for a divebar. 2. I tried to order their 20 chicken wing lot, asked if I could divide it between 2 or 3 sauces. Was told "we don't do that" so I ended up paying the 2x full price for 10 wings to get two different sauces across 20 wings. 3. Wings were great, well cooked, juicy, good amount of meat per bone. Food was everything the reviews suggested, 5 star wings. 4. Was confused over who was actually serving the bar patrons? Yes the place is small and there isn't a lot of space, but I saw at least 6 up to 8 different people behind the bar pouring drinks, but the service for me seemed slower. Even if it was shift change, still seemed like too many cooks in the kitchen (or bartends behind the bar?). 5. As I was about to ask for my check, another patron a few stools away order "20 wings to go, half one sauce, half another" & the bartender didn't pause or stop to explain and ordering policy, this patron had already eaten wings at the bar & then ordered more to go. While I didn't get to see that customers' receipt, I suspect they got the 20 wing order size pricing, despite 2 different sauces, which I was told "we don't do that" Overall, great chicken wings that I suggest you go get immediately, & I hope your service isn't muddy or flaky as mine was. read more

After a difficult doctor's visit, we decided to find a place we had never been before. Tracks lounge was it! It made me forget about everything I had just gone through at the doctor. What a delicious lunch! Yes, it is a dive bar, fine with me! Such a friendly staff. While waiting to order, someone stopped by and gave us a sample of their mac & cheese bites, something I would normally never order, but I will now. At least here. They were hot, creamy, and delicious. We shared a four piece chicken dinner which came with coleslaw. We also ordered the crunchy tots on the side, which were nothing amazing, we could've passed on those. As for the chicken, this is what it's all about, right? Absolutely hot, with a crunchy crust, moist on the inside, and perfectly cooked. The seasoning was slightly on the salty side, but enough to overlook. I am one who enjoys eating chicken skin with fried chicken. I 110% enjoyed eating this as well I couldn't get enough. I can't believe it's taken me this long to visit this place having lived just up the street from it for most of my life. Generally I prefer boneless wings (sue me) but after hearing such great things about Tracks' double dipped and charred wings, I gave it a go. I think they've ruined every other wing place for me honestly, that's how good these wings are. I generally opt for buffalo wings, but their mango habanero wings are excellent as well. And the waffle fries really complete the meal. Love to sit out on their patio and people watch, but can't say much for sitting inside. read more

They're known for their wings so we decided to just go all in and get 40 wings. We also got the loaded waffle fries. Everything was FIRE! For the wing sauces we got the hot Buffalo char buffed double dipped, sweet chili, garlic parmesan, and my personal favorite was the honey bbq. As a South Omaha kid (born and raised) ... and now a Southwest Omaha adult... (LOL) and forever lover of the OG Tracks Lounge... we were so excited that they decided to bring the 2nd location right down the road from us. We had about 20 of our closest friends out for my husbands birthday, last night... and WOW!!! The new location is modern, bright and beautiful! The service was beyond excellent and the food... just as amazing as always! They have out done themselves, for sure! They are busy (Which I am so happy to see) But be patient, there was just a 5-10 min wait for folks coming in. Talking to the manager (who is also amazing) They are waiting on their permanent tables and chairs (that will add about 7 more tables) and some more outside furniture. They are waiting to roll out online orders and take out until they fully open and settle in (to ensure they are good to the kitchen and establishment) which I really appreciate! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE GREAT FOOD. When they get busy, the takeout orders don't seem to matter to the staff and on top of that they add a $3.00 service fee FOR TAKEOUT. I usually don't mind especially when it's great service + food BUT I've had multiple experiences where they forget my ranch and it's a simple wing order and I STILL pay for extra ranches even though a complimentary one is given ( there's been occasions where I receive NONE) CHECK YOUR FOOD!! We were greeted by friendly bar staff who shared with us that it would be a solid 40 minute wait because of the lines of people ahead of us. We decided if there were that many people there waiting for their chicken it had to be worth it. It was no disappointment. Large portions, accompanied with coleslaw and a side of a potato selection. Such a good deal that We thought we had misread the menu! The restaurant is not fancy, but it is very clean, and has excellent service. went to the new tracks bar on 182nd and Q, there was 4 of us. i ordered 4 piece chicken dinner comes with fries or cole slaw, (i got fries) it was the worst chicken i have ever had anywhere. no one at our table liked there food. the table next to us had wings which looked like they may have been good. if your going for wings and a beer your probably ok. but for chicken dinner you be better going to kfc or popeyes for a third of the price. place is small and expensive. i will be surprised if the place is still open 9 months from now. read more

Came in & sat at the bar which had chicken crumbs on it. Bartender made no effort to clean it up, so I grabbed a napkin to brush it away. The bartender took our order then came back and used the paper napkin to go down the bar with it and brush the crumbs into the bar side. Then she went to the other end of the bar to eat & cleaned up her hands & arms with a bar rag. The food was fine, it's just that the place seemed quite dirty. I would say it was cooked perfectly and was some of the best fried (broasted) chicken I've ever had anywhere. The coleslaw was spot on as well-- it appeared to be made in house. One of the best parts is the atmosphere-- Tracks is a little neighborhood pub where it appeared as though there were many regulars. We sat up at the bar and enjoyed speedy service and friendly customers. Prices are reasonable & the beer is cold. If this place was located in Indianapolis, I'd come here often. Since I'm a newbie to the area, I didn't realize until driving back to our hotel that the name of the neighborhood where Tracks is located is Nebraska spelled backwards!! read more
