At one point, Mike called me yelling and threatening to break the wheel locks off at my expense, refusing to listen while I tried to explain where the key was located in the vehicle. This call occurred while I was at the hospital with my terminally ill mother, which made the situation even more upsetting. When I finally got the Jeep back, it still had problems. Because Mike is so rude and hard to deal with, I took the vehicle to several other shops instead. I later learned that although he was paid for a new axle housing, he installed a used part, and the gears were incorrect, which was diagnosed at another shop. There was a three-way call with Mike and my insurance company where he said he would look at it, but he was also rude and unprofessional toward the insurance representative. I delayed bringing it back because: We don't have a backup vehicle for my daughter, and Mike is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The Jeep had to be towed back to his shop on 1/31/26 because the brakes lock up while driving. I also have a written diagnosis from another shop stating the vehicle needs a wheel bearing. On 2/18/26, Mike called and said he took the vehicle to his friend's shop, claimed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, and told me I am responsible for paying that shop. This charge was never discussed or authorized. He was supposed to be correcting the work he had already been paid to do. He should have contacted me before sending my vehicle anywhere that would result in additional charges. He then stated that he "doesn't do this type of work," which raises the question of why he accepted the job in the first place. The invoices don't match what he did . He told one shop that he put in a new front end and I was difficult to work with . The shop wanted to check other stuff that could be causing the brakes to lock up while driving and Warfel said no he doesn't care about that he only wanted the gears checked . If he had need honest work this mechanic he would have figured out what the problem is because I'm sure he knows it's his original work that is messed up and he doesn't went to back up his work. My daughter drives this jeep. How sad that he would risk the life of a customer to not back up his work. Shame on you Mr Mike . Just hope no one does that to your child's car . He is now refusing to release my vehicle unless I pay his friend's shop. Given the unresolved brake issue and conflicting diagnoses, I am questioning whether the vehicle was even taken elsewhere. Finally got my jeep back still broken . Mike demanded I pay cash and have a police officer . He called the police and I took cash. Another big ol boy in his office started saying rude stuff to me so the officer had to tell him to stop .Then Mr Mike didn't have change and the officer even said " really ". So not sure why he felt he needed the police ... he's the one that spoke to me rude. He also lied when he sent my jeep out to another shop so he didn't have to fix what he " fixed" to begin with . I found a good shop and I'm sure they wont be sending business his way since he spoke to that bad as well. He is a very angry aggressive man and talks horrible to women. I do not recommend this shop. The work was not properly backed up; unauthorized charges were incurred, and the customer service was unacceptable.

Diagnosis and parts delivery took awhile, 2 days to diagnose and 3 days for parts, not bad at all IMO. Tracy in service was great and the ladies at the counter were friendly and on the ball. I will trust my vehicle repairs to this crew any day.

First time I picked the car up the locking mechanism on my driver door didn't work. I had to immediately take it back after just picking it up. I then took the car home a second time only to find that they did a poor job of installing a trim on my door. The trim looked banged up like it was hammered in place. I took it back a second time and they replaced the trim. The trim still looks hammered even the second time around. It's a shame because my car is only 3 years old and was in perfect condition prior to this accident. Finally had to take it back a third time!! While I was out in California on a road trip my back driver side door started having issues. First the door sensor fell out- probably from them not screwing it in properly. The screw was gone so I couldn't fix it. On that same door I noticed a gap on my inside door panel and an inner trim that after 6 months was peeling off. When I got back to Oklahoma and once again had to take the car back. The first two times I took them the car I had to spend money on an Uber to get home. All together I had a horrible experience with them. The paint was poorly done and doesn't match either. I had my other car hit shortly after this one and had body work done at a different body shop. Even though that car was 7 years old they still managed to match the paint pretty perfectly and they didn't miss any details. Needless to say, I won't be coming back to this place. I much prefer the other body shop. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

The quality of work done on my car was poor, and when I brought it to the owner's attention, he suggested I take my review down so they could "rework" the job. Let me be clear: I was only offered a rework on the condition that I remove my honest review -- which is unacceptable and unprofessional. The owner also tried to blame my driving habits for the failure of the neon lights -- even though those same lights have been on my car for over three years without a single issue. He later backpedaled on that claim but still refused to take responsibility or rework the job unless I stayed silent. Based on other reviews, I fully expect the owner to respond to this by pretending he offered to fix the issue -- but again, the truth is that the offer was conditional on me removing my review. That is not real customer service. That is damage control. This seems to be a pattern: dismiss the customer, shift the blame, and avoid accountability. They're quick to take your money but don't stand by their work. I regret ever recommending this place and will be warning others. As someone active in OKC car community groups with over 20,000 members, I'll be letting others know to avoid this shop. Took 7 days to repair a 2 inch scratch on the rear passenger door of my new truck. Finally picked up the truck and they used dirty cloths to wash the tinted window and left hairline scratches in the tint.. Their answer to this was there were a few bubbles in the tint....WTH does that have to do with anything....They also said they'd have it cleaned up and washed and ready. It looked like they used a dirty wash rag to wash the truck with...Not very clean. Left polishing compound crusted in the door channel. While their prices are reasonable, you'll get what you pay for..... Received a call from the owner this morning and it was agreed that communication was a big problem in this minor repair. He offered to replace the scratched tint and apologized for the inconvenience. Very productive conversation. I hope they follow through with everything we talked about...

At the suggestion of a friend, I talked to Eric and Color Tech and took my Jeep in for a look; I am figuring $500 plus if I'm lucky. Quote was less than $230 for everything and when I took it in, they knocked it out in 30 min. crazy good!! Great job, very professional, efficient and side mirror looks awesome! Thank you!
