This place has everything you could ever need for a pet and surprisingly they have more things than your big pet supply stores and at the same prices too. I was kind of meandering around and someone asked me if I needed anything and we got to talking about my cat that wouldn't drink water and for the last three years I've talked to everybody about it and I've never been able to get her to drink water, she was a feral cat, most of her life. he commented that I should add some water to her dry food when I mentioned that it's so expensive for me at the moment to buy wet food as well as dry food. since I had been discussing the issue on and off for the past few years with other cat owners, I took the advice with a grain of salt because nothing had worked until now. But I got home and I tried it, and my cat ate the entire thing faster than I had ever seen my cat eat . This doubt just represents the level of care and customer service and local small town small shop service. You don't really get nowadays. I feel like an 80-year-old riding this, but I am a millennial and I just very much appreciate this Store what a hidden gem what a place to find I'm so happy that I did. They have everything! They even sell cigarettes at the front counter, which threw me off at first, but they are the cheapest cigarettes I have ever witnessed in this town. When I walked in I was greeted immediately. I was only there for maybe a minute because I was looking for a very specific thing, so I didn't browse the whole store. What I saw was as clean and organized as there other locations. The parking lot isn't very big and can be difficult to pull out of when traffic is bad.

It's presented as though "THEY" (Mini Pet Mart) appreciates your return business, so "THEY" reward you with a gift. The customer service is lacking. Makes me feel like Walmart has more intelligent employees at times. This would also be when you can find one walking around to help you. They kind of border on, get your shit and get out, while doing it with a smile. I've never been a huge fan of the store, it would get three stars at best. After going to the new Springfield store and comparing the two, it's barely a two star experience. The simple fact I can't give any specific example of them being terrible, is why it gets two stars.
