She would freeze from fear if our other dog of the same breed (Papillon) was taken out of her line of sight. They are the smartest toy breed and London understood how to be Maddie's support dog, staying with her if allowed. But when the manager changed, the salon began to promise to keep them together and then as soon as I left would bathe one at a time even though the had two groomers just waiting on the bather. They may be better now. I don't know. I stopped bringing my long haired dogs there when they cut my dog London multiple times. Then they both passed at 14. Now we go to Amy's. It's a lot better if your dogs have any issues as it's a single client at a time. Petsmart may have advantages now though, I don't know.

Helpful, friendly, cooperative and most of all eager to please. It's so worth it to shop at Young's General Store than any big box store......by a country mile in fact. They're well stocked and if by chance they are low or out of something they can get it very quickly from their other store or at worst tell me when it's arriving from their supplier. The soaps are made from the milk they get from said goats. How awesome! The owner was very nice and her display was COVID compliant! The handmade soaps are stored behind the table away from touchy hands. If you want to smell the scent, she holds a bar behind a table fan and you get a whiff of the scent. So clever! 3 for $15 for 1 for $6. The size of the soaps are quite generous. I just used one this morning and I am totally hooked. The soap is very moisturizing and does not suds up crazy like some other handmade soaps which always makes me suspicious of how a soap that is supposedly loaded with so many oils and goat milk manage to suds up so much! They also sell shampoo bar which I also purchased and may write an update after testing it out. They also have doggy soaps! I so reget not getting it!! They do take online orders and offer free shipping for +$25 if you ever come across this vendor, definitely check them out.

So far I have tried the almond soap and the cucumber mint body/hoof butter. Everything smells heavenly. The soap lathers well, rinses clean, and is moisturizing. The body/hoof butter is not heavy at all. I would describe it as whipped. A luxury to put on dry skin. Support this local business!
