I hoped that this place would improve over time, but this place really seemed to have hit rock bottom. Whenever I tried to bring up issues regarding customer support and the overall messy appearance of the store to the manager, Sandy, she would give me attitude and the whole store looks like a pigsty whenever she's in charge. It's a pain to even try to track her down in the first place, since she always seems to be missing. The store manager, Chris, never seems to be available to help either. It's like he doesn't even care about the store. A certain employee, Neill, is never at the register where I assume he is stationed, based on what the other employees tell me when I'm waiting there. On the chance that he is there, he rings me out at an excruciatingly slow pace. It's like every new employee hired is worse than the last. I can't help but to acknowledge some of the workers who truly do their job and fill into the roles that their incompetent coworkers fail to live up to. Mikey and Logan were always attentive to me and others, and made the store seem more like an actual store rather than some dingy building. There were a few more employees that created a welcoming atmosphere, but I didn't catch their names, and they are scarce. If you think you're one of these competent workers, you're probably not. Needed to get some Tie Downs and found some online at Tractor Supply. Not a huge fan of the area this was located. Upon walking in, I felt like the place was a little, unorganized. I mean, it kind of reminded me of like a Big Lots but with more "manly stuff". I was able to find the Tie Downs without any assistance and went to check out. There was a surprisingly long wait. I've been shopping Trac Sup for years and the guys have ALWAYS been helpful and respectful. THE STORE IS GREAT and WELL STOCKED. Also on our way to Brownwood we lost 2 trailer tires on trip. They stayed open 40 minutes late to wait for us and helped us with the two trailer tires. Keep up the good work and you WHINERS need to JUMP OFF. read more

The store is extremely dirty, the floors and shelving is disgusting. Nothing is organized at opening and it's rather sad. This store needs a lot of work. There was no staff around to help even though there were loads of other customers around on a Sunday. Awful. read more

My dog and I went on a 600 mile drive from Dallas to El Paso and stopped at many Tractor Supply Co's on the way because they are dog friendly (most people don't know that!) and have a public restroom. This is probably the most neglected one we stopped at, but for all intents and purposes, the restroom was clean! We would stop here again. I used to love this store. Dell is a very helpful lady but no one is there to help her when she needs the help. The place is filthy now and seem to be short handed. Don't expect to get anyone in the back to load for you within 16 minutes or more because that's not happening. Today there was a man stocking dog food. He has a cold and never covered his mouth as he coughed. Instead he spit his green throat snot right in the floor. I saw him! How disgusting ! I won't be back in the store. Dread going here. But there is no where else close. The cashier today, Brooke, was very inconvenienced by our purchase. She obviously hates her job. Unpleasant and acted like I was a bother, not a customer. I wanted Horse feed but were no flatbeds so I went to the front to see if they could bring them up and load them. First, she did t know how to ring them up without the bag, so I let her know she could find the barcode in the book. So she doeS that but then didn't ask for my phone number so my purchase could be recorded. She seemed really annoyed that is asked her to do that. I told her I was sorry, but it allows us to create an invoice at the end of the year for taxes. She said it's only good for returns, which isn't true. Anyone with. Business knows keeping receipts that fade over time isn't good for accuracy. So she didn't know how to do that and had to ask the other cashier. She said she did it, but I'm not even sure becUse she didn't ask me For my phone number again. Not sure she remembered it after asking the other cashier what to do.
