It's hard to find a good cat groomer and they took such good care of my Persian and she looks awesome now and not like the homeless wreck when she went in. I will definitely continue to use them, Lulu is high maintenance! read more

I paid for a complete grooming package for my Yorkie: haircut, teeth cleaning, ear cleaning, and nail painting. I specifically mentioned that I didn't want her fur cut too short. When they handed her back to me, her fur was literally shaved down to the skin--and, as I immediately noticed, her nails hadn't been painted. I pointed this out to them, so they took her back inside to paint them; however, they did a truly terrible job. At home, I checked her over and found that her ears and teeth were still dirty, so I ended up having to clean them myself. I will not be returning to this place, and personally, I do not recommend it. read more

The cat groomer did such an excellent job with my Ragdoll, she has never had to have a lion cut before until now due to bad matting on both her hips and they did a wonderful job with her bath, ear cleaning, lion cut and all. My Babydoll loves her haircut... she prances around the house like a princess. Thank you. I highly recommend Woofs & Purrs Grooming. read more

I took my Australian Labradoodle to Woofs & Purrs Grooming on 3/14/25, they were able to squeeze me in due to a cancellation. They were very friendly and called as soon as he was done being groomed. He looked great! I will say they did a great job on him, but when I got home (an hour drive away) I was getting things out of my backseat and noticed blood all over the back seat where he had been laying/walking around. I immediately went back in the house to check on him, and he was dripping blood from his nail. I understand accidents happen, but the fact this was not brought to my attention when I picked him up infuriates me. I was going to let it go, and just not take him back there again, (he is still a puppy at barely 2 yrs old, so I know he may be a handful) but the next day it really bothered me when I saw his paw, still bloody, so I called and left a voicemail, just so they would be aware I did in fact find out they cut his nail and didn't tell me. I rec'd a missed call this morning and went to check the VM Sydney had left. She was laughing in her response that I would even say they would let a dog leave who was bleeding. The fact she thought it was comical is disgusting. I am attaching 2 photos, 1 to show that they did do a great job grooming, and 2 was the next day when we got up in the morning and there was still blood present, even after a bath the night before to wash all the blood off. read more
