I guess I can't figure out how this chain is in business. I suppose there is a niche market they serve. Forget about hardware, tools, etc. Go to one of the bigger box stores, or Harbor Freight, or even ACE. The prices at TSC are not competitive. For the Clinton Keith location specifically, the folks are friendly, but not terribly knowledgeable. The store conditions aren't great. I suspect management (at the store and above) are mostly to blame. Go elsewhere! read more

Love Tractor Supply! I've been to this location two or three times now. They processed an exchange on a defective poultry water fountain without hassle even without a receipt. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. It was hilarious to listen to one of the employees explain backyard chickens to a customer (the customer made a point of making sure everyone heard he was a lawyer); the lawyer just didn't have a clue! But the employee was patient with him, and for that I applaud him. Great prices, great selection, quality merchandise, and fantastic service. See you again soon! read more

I think that I want to be a farmer/rancher in my next life just so that I can have a legitimate reason for coming to Tractor Supply! I've been here a couple of times. They have an enormous selection of various kinds of feed (darn, I forgot to check for duck food yesterday!), various mechanical parts for just about anything that you can think of for a farm, ranch, tractor, etc. And they even have a decent selection of (mostly) work clothes and shoes. Picked up two pairs of jeans for $12/each! Wife has also found some fun clothing - lots of patriotic stuff. I am sort of surprised seeing so many of these places going in around here recently. I have never seen this one busy. Hope that they survive - it is a fun place to walk through, and you never know what you may find that you desperately need that you did not realize that you desperately needed! read more

I went to this store on Clinton Keith in Murrieta and they blatantly lied to me. I asked if they carry pet Antibiotics and canine vaccines and they told me California passed a bill making it illegal for them to sell pet products. I called Kahoos in down town Murrieta and The Roundup feed store in Wildomar and they both carry antibiotics and vaccines ( except rabies). Why lie to a customer? Plus a had my puppy vaccinated at their store and it cost $65.00! I could have done it myself for $7.00. read more

This store is the BEST! We originally went in to just check it out and boy I am glad we did. First off their customer service is OUTSTANDING, I mean truly, everyone is eager to help, answer any questions, and just so friendly. Nice change of pace compared to other stores. This is our go to for our dog food, better prices (also bigger bags!), and a really great selection to boot. They also got us all set up for our new chicks and despite growing up with chickens they had some great advice and tips I had never heard before. I made my first visit to this store because I happen to be in the area and needed feed for my animals...as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the manager and he immediately had an associate helping me find the goat feed and dog food I was looking for. The customer service I received was above and beyond expectations. I was so impressed I brought my mom and her dog back to look around later that day. They were so friendly to her and her dog, she loved it and was excited that there is a tractor supply company in Texas where she is moving. I will definitely make the drive to this store over 40 miles from now on and I know my mom will be a customer in Texas as well. 5 star customer service and great prices = my new feed store! I was happy to find they carry a nice selection of wild bird seed, and feeders! I was driving into Fallbrook for my seed, but Tractor Supply carries a really nice selection including black oil and niger in larger bags. They also have a Fruit and Nut mix that the wild Jays just love! and I might mention Dove and Safflower seed. So, now I can just go local to get my seed.The manager is really helpful too! Plus he loaded up my car for me without hesitation. Glad to see this type of store in our neighborhood. If you haven't been in here, at least visit the store and walk through. They have a great clothing section, books on various topics like canning, raising bees, raising chickens etc, great selection of bird feeders, toys for kids, seeds for your garden, pet food, crates, stock tanks for watering or home gardening planters.........oh yea.. and tractor supply stuff. We are heading up there today to pick up a stock tank for gardening and I read about a cleaning product that's only available there so what are you waiting for... give them a visit. This store is kind of out of the way - in the old "ORCHARD" building. I just went in there since I was at the Target next door. What a surprise! They have an outstanding selection of unique merchandise, and a good amount of it is pet oriented. I see things I have not seen anywhere else - and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. If you have someone on your list to buy for and you aren't sure what to get them - stop in here. Allow yourself some extra time for browsing - it's a big, well laid out store - and easy to navigate. read more

If the Murrieta location is any indication how Tractor Supply operates its other stores, then this company is in serious jeopardy. What a poorly run , pathetic excuse for a retail estab lishment. Merchandise assortment was about 85% at best. Dozens of missing price labels. Empty display boxes shrewn all over. Many of these being used as trash cans by customers indicating these are not a recent issue. Messy unkempt aisles, damaged merchandise everywhere. Leaking bags of feed littering the aisles. Empty pallets leaning against piles of plastic trash. The clearance area was a real joke. Nothing priced. A glaring lack of leadership everywhere. Two associates present. I asked one of them about an item I saw ad vertised, and he had ZERO knowledge about its whereabouts, or existance. A cluttered ignored and pathetic location. I realistically expect this horrible excuse for a retail store to be empty quite soon. What a waste of time and money this is to Tractor Supply. We walked out , never to return. Looks like Tractor Supply's foray into Southern California was a huge financial misstep. Note * I heard that the District Manager for this location is a young rude obnoxious boor with absolutely no sense of the customer. It really shows at this location. read more

They have a lot more than Tractor stuff... This is a really nice supply store! Easy access right off of the 215 freeway. The store is always stocked amd clean and the workers are very courteous and knowledgeable! There is one specific young man that works there that is awesome... he knows everything! We look for him when we need help or have questions! This review is regarding their website. I ordered a gift card and 5 days later it still hadn't shipped. I called to cancel the order since their status still said "processing". Even after speaking to a superviser they said they were unable to cancel the order, but would intercept it once it shipped and mail me a check in 2 weeks. I asked for it to be refunded to my credit card but was told that was not possible. Don't count on a gift card as a birthday gift unless you order it several weeks ahead of time. Obviously, they have problems in that department and I will not online shop with them again. read more
