In keeping the faith, we have a brand new yard which cost a lot of mo way to get restored, and I'm trusting that the Zamzows product line will make this new investment thrive. I've interacted with a few of the staff, and I make no bones about being nervous of ensuring the yard will last. They've all been very helpful and understanding of my needs and concerns. I'm sure they get a lot of that from customers, and so they are experts in settling nerves like mine. Long live my yard

I needed to use the restroom while there. If the cleanliness of a restroom is any indication on how well the rest of the store is, I would have to come to the conclusion that this store wouldn't be a good place to take your pet for anything related to health and grooming!!!! I've seen outhouses cleaner than this restroom was! As we were checking out a couple of men emerged from the office area, I made a complaint with them before we left. Then proceeded to tell me a story about her friend from Washington and how when he moved here when he went to set up utilities that they told him that if he had said California that they wouldn't turn on his utilities!!! Which I assume was a joke. I get it Idaho people but I'm in your place of business spending money at local stores. You have no idea why I even moved here, so I shared with her that we honestly didn't have a choice. We lost out beautiful home on the October wildfires. Now I don't wish this on anyone and when everyone is under insured and the house prices along with building costs are so high, what does one do but have to move out of state. It's really quite sad to move to a new area not knowing hardly anyone and wanting to shop local that you experience such negativity. I will not go back to the Franklin store. Shes most definitely not a pure bred and has cost me thousands and thousands in medical bills. She has a condition that will require her to be on immunosuppressants for the rest of her life as well as prescription food. All of which costs me hundreds per month. I love her to death but I received zero support from Puppyland, they wouldn't even give me her breeders contact info so I could reach out for advice. It's the saddest thing in the world having a dog who is constantly struggling just to stay alive as a consequence of how they were bred. I've had her for almost 5 years now and this decision still haunts me but I also know that without my help she would probably be dead by now in the hands of a normal pet owner or someone who didn't have thousands of dollars to invest.
