Then she repeats the same answer of why I have "some" flying around. They're ALL flying. I explained the gas would be more to drive there and return them, that I was now more concerned over the bad info she was pushing considering. She repeated the same untrue info on flightless fruit fly genetics. ?? Then she kept adding I'm not going to argue. My only concern for posting this is - what else do these workers push as qualified knowledgeable info to customers that is completely wrong?? She walked through all of my choices with utter patience, she managed to get an insane price match for me on a crate, handed me a ton of coupons (saved $142), and listened to me babble about my newest family member. Very nervous when I went in and really unsure about what I needed--this dog weighs 50 pounds more than our last rescue-- and didn't make me feel like an idiot. They even helped me load all of my stuff into the car. Can't say enough nice things about these folks. Customer for life.

I did see lots of empty storefronts as well, which seems to be a sign of the time for malls these days.
