Animals Etc Pet Motel has been one the most affordable and most caring doggy hotels we have experienced for my dog. Their facility is a little old but they are experienced and have been in business for a long time. They worked with me at late hours and last minute! Toby seems to love it there and we are so grateful that they can work with my work schedule. Recently, my car broke down 5 minutes from their business and the owners picked Toby and I up in the middle of the road and gave us a ride. They checked up on us and offered to help with my truck. Extremely nice people and we can't wait to visit again. Highly recommend!!!

That was a complete lie. When I dropped my dog off there were dozens of dog all being worked on in a very cramped and unclean space. There is mold in the back half of the building and it is very apparent in both the scent and the air vents which are black. In regards to the grooming my dog received, I instructed the groomer to shave her hair short except for her ears. For the most part this was followed except for her head. They left a patch untouched on her head and her whiskers were also not trimmed. I also told them to clip her nails, they got some but not all. I will not be using this business again and I don't recommend them.
