WOW!!!! This place is amazing. It has something for everyone. No matter what you are looking for I…read moreguarantee you that you will find it here. Nike.... Huge. There are so many great things. And great prices. Old Navy. Amazing. Great deals. Lucky Brands. Great prices. I can go on and on. And then there is the Food Hall. Chefs Kiss. My favorite place was the Salad spot. The spicy chicken Cesar wrap was so good. Wear your best walking shoes. Stay hydrated and have a blast.

My partner decided to take me on a mini shopping spree for my birthday. We come here at least twice…read morea year, and this time we went to the On Clouds store (which honestly I didn't know they opened so I was pleasantly surprised, and excited to see all the merchandise in person). After circling around the parking lot for a few monies, we decided to park in the special gated area, and paid a few bucks for a spot. There is a parking garage, but my partner has a box on his SUV making it too high to enter. The lots outside the stores are PACKED. There is also a bigger lot behind the stores, but that requires a lot of walking. The store complex is huge and even has a name. We usually choose one section to go to and stay around there - we are not big shoppers as some people that go there. We just usually just make our rounds around our favorite stores, and whatever else we decide to check out. There are food stands spread around the complex where you can get sweets and beverages. A huge building with management office, guest services and various food chains stands somewhere in the complex. I got Jersey Mike's and Pink berry for dessert. My partner opted to try chicken and fries from the Melt Shop. Overall the food choices are solid, I'd say. Something for everyone. It is always a fun little escape to go to a mini town full of shops. Many are outlets - which means cheaper prices than you would find in a regular store. It is a dangerous adventure since we always drop a few hundreds when we go thus why we don't go often. There isn't much that surrounds Woodbury Commons to explore, so when you decide to go make sure you put aside at least half to a full day for just walking around.

Alright. I know there are major ethical issues with this behemoth, with how it undersells small,…read morelocal mom and pops and puts them out of business; how it's been found (at other locations) to have locked workers into stores at night; etc... But here, in New Milford, there don't seem to be many other places, which aren't also behemoths themselves, where you can pick up light bulbs, toilet paper, and mulch -- far less all three at the same time, at fair prices (along with Play-doh, Advantix, and gummy vitamins). The staff are almost all amazing, friendly, helpful, and reasonably diverse given the demographics of the area as a whole. We've been particularly impressed with customer service during the COVID-19 outbreak. Not only have folks been cheerful and kind in spite of high ambient tension levels, but have modeled tolerance and non-bigotry. This was one of the first places where toilet paper and cleaning products sold out in the area, it's true -- but it was also one of the earlier places to restock. When all area stores were out of thermometers and children's Tylenol, we found them here. We have some funny stories about how our kid, while attending an extremely chichi nursery school in NYC, was asked to write about his favorite place to visit in the world. Other kids wrote about private islands they visited on their parents' yachts. (OK, not really, but close.) Our kid wrote an ode to the toy department at Walmart. It is extensive. It's not en vogue to like this store, I know. But particularly in light of the wonderful staff, who stay wonderful through thick and thin, my family thinks this Walmart is the bomb diggity.

I asked 3 associates who were huddled in the underwear department to find a cami, they didn't speak English so they couldn't help. The cashier was nice enough, but then at the door the guy says oh isn't that an old version referencing the KitchenAid that I just purchased. So what if it is the old version keep your opinion to yourself. I was about to return it and buy it on Amazon.

I really want to support local Sullivan County businesses, even the chains, to help keep money…read morelocal. But they have to make an effort. This Walmart doesn't. First, appearance. Other nearby Walmart locations, including the smaller one in Napanoch, have clean, refreshed displays. This store got a few brand new black cardboard signs, but most of the store still looks like it's held toghether by duct tape and bubble gum. They've slowly removed things like vending machines in the entrances, so now there's more places for the homeless to congregate, and the store does next to nothing about that. The spot for a restaurant has been vacant for about a decade now; they've made no effort to replace it. Over the years they lost a McDonald's and a bank, and they've only just replaced the bank, nearly a decade later, with a cell phone accessory store that would usually be a kiosk in the mall. This Walmart is not the one-stop destination that others, like Middletown, is. They routinely have the majority of their self-service registers closed, even though they require minimal staffing, so there is always a line. On my most recent visit, only 3 of the 16 were open, all on the opposite side of the building from where I entered. The register I used had a broken barcode scan wand, which I needed for an oversized item, and the chip reader for credit cards was also broken. Does this mean the other 13 registers have worse equipment? When I order items from the website, they sometimes decide to fulfill my orders from this location rather than a warehouse. When that happens, items are usually shipped two days AFTER the guaranteed delivery date. Based on the stickers on the packages, they were packed on time and then left on the side, forgotten. As more and more stores open nearby, they are going to lose a few dollars here and there until we lose them for good. We need this Walmart here; I remember the days when we had to go down to Middletown for basic needs. We need this store here, but they shouldn't take us for granted -- they need to give a darn about us, also.

Store: 02531, Mohegan Lake, NY. Phone 914-526-1100. Walmart horror!…read more Thank you Carmen, Store manager for lying and saying you will come to talk too me. Raquette, Liar and ladies who got mad and kick me because I got her name for a complaint. And somehow I was harassing her, which by the way. She Came up too me first. With a store policy. Muba, the security guard or manager who told me to "get the fuck out of my store". Because I took pictures of him. By the way, he removed his name tagged and lied to my wife. On video everything was O.K. Matt, who tried to make me sign a form saying I was trespass. And the trooper, who while respectful. We're not there to help because Walmart called them. So Walmart employees basically lied to me. Changed policy on me, lied to my wife. And basically told me that I bring 13 kids to buy "Needuh". By the way, I only have 4 kids. And one of them is fully grown. A 17 year old with autism, that like the squishy toy. buys them with his own money, and funny enough, has already broken them. Two twins, where one was scared trying to tell the officer while we were kick out that, the man said we can stay. As I sadly told my son, the trooper are not here to help us. So lets give it up to Walmart, changes there policies. Not wanting kids to buy things at there store. And think they understand kids with autism because they have a niece or nephew like that. Yet are not the parent of a child like that most of the time. Let thank them for lying to use. And get mad because I told them I was going to make a corporate compliant. I had already went to customer service and made them aware I wanted to speak to the manager. And somehow there was no manager to talk to ever. Funny part, while talking to Walmart Corporate line. The said there wasn't a policy like that. So someone is lying but who. Thats know a one per family policy. That's fine, not mad at the rules if it was one per family. I put the other butter back. Angry that you included my kids, came up to me instead first. Items, that people bought a few already, are just one per family. Because you basically termed them as Pokémon scalpers. Something I don't buy there at all. I'm angry that you Lie, change polices, just because I asked a questions. They didn't like my kids I guess. And get mad because I complaint about them. And there manager, Carmen. Which I was told before hand she would not help me. Buy the staff, then Hide. After I was kick out, my wife literally spoke to Muba again, while I was on the phone with Walmart Ethic, who I know will never help. and he said he didn't know what was going on, and we were ok. So after I spoke to Walmarts Customer service line. Since they said we were ok, I ask again to speak with carmen for clarity. She came to me and said give me a minute. To wait here. Only to stall for the cops to come. Btw, like I said, thank for making my son freak out. And Matt, who wanted me to sign a form saying I was trespassing. I believe now, that all in my heart. Walmart is not a friendly company! Never has been. But, I don't think they're autistic friendly. But, it's ok! You can keep your needuhs, and your beyblades. You don't need there money, or people like us. Since you want to say, I bring 13 kids to the Walmart, just to buyout all your needuhs. I will post more. I have nothing to lose. But you included my kids. So I don't care.
