The clerk walked out the store went to the right of the store which there's no propane tank there as I was sitting to the left of the store where the propane tank was he walked back into the store and nobody came out to tell me that they could not sell me propane. I called the store and the girl that answered the phone said sorry we're out of propane. Why did they not tell me that when I was in the store. So now they have lost a customer I will never come and get propane at the store again.

I walked in 20 min to close. I was immediately greeted with a smile. I was then assisted to find what I needed for my animals. I bought vaccines and was asked how far of a drive I had. When I answered, they dug an ice pack out for me and included it at no extra charge. The cost of everything here is very reasonable and good quality. The vaccines are the same manufacturer as the ones my vet uses.

I came here because I needed a Bernzomatic Brazing torch and this was the closest place I could get…read moreone. When I arrived, the place was rather packed with people. There were about 4 people in line and I headed to the shelves where my item was. There was one kit on the shelf and I was happy about that, until I picked up the box and noticed it had been opened. The items in the box were not packed as they would have been had the package not been open. I suspect it was a return. There weren't any others that I could get instead. I went and stood in line and there were 6 people in front of me. It took about 15 minutes to get up to the cashier and I overhead the cashier trying to get a customer to sign up for a credit card. Later, to another customer, she said she had asked for backup but no one came to help. It was a long wait. When I got to the front of the line, another person finally opened another register and I was next. I asked him, "Can you give me a discount on this? It's been opened?" He looked at it and said, "Well, it looks like the box just popped open. Otherwise if it looked like it was used, I would." I said, "It does look like everything is there," and he rung me up and off I went. Well, as I started repairing my A/C line brazing a new A/C fitting on it, the oxygen ran out. I had only run the torch for a total of 15 minutes at the most and the oxygen cylinder was out. I can only suspect that someone bought it, used it, possibly with a different torch, and then returned the cylinders half or less full. It's a disappointment because I ran out of gas half way through my repair and now I've got to go back to the store and get a replacement cylinder. Overall, I've definitely experienced better.

Just the small amount of time of being around this wonderful women I can tell she is a strong willed person. I have some mad respect for her cause even with her hand in constant pain she is still at work with a smile on her face and super sweet to the people she encounters at work. I know so many kids my age that would stay at home and find any reason to not be at work. The world needs more people like Sharon. You all have some beautiful hearted people working at your store and I can tell the employees take pride in their work there. Not enough people do that these days and it makes me respect the people that work like Sharon more and more. They make great examples for the kids my age to look up to and try to be more like. I picked up a couple of tanks, and she told me that they were out of propane, and to call the next day at 8am. I called at 8:05 am the next day, and was advised that they had propane. I showed up ten minutes later, and after waiting 45 minutes in line in 39 degree weather to fill up my tanks, I was a happy camper. I had good conversation with some of the other customers. The gentleman filling the tanks was very friendly, and didn't seem bother by the line that continued to grow. I am grateful for TSC and their staff for providing a much needed service!
