I just came into your business today to look for RV products. I actually looked online first to ensure that you would have something available for my needs. Young man saw me wandering through the store and gave me assistance right to what I was looking for today. Then, as I was checking out another young adult was friendly and assisted me with signing up for discounts. And by surprised I was already in your system. But he still recommended when coming in to always use my phone number to get as many discounts that would be available for me. Tractor Supply needs to fix their system. Finds what you need online, order it, enter sensitive credit card info only to find out the order was cancelled when you arrive at the store. No notice. Very bad, unreliable, shop elsewhere if you need online ordering. read more

Employees here are nasty and rude. Worse than any place I have been in along time. I will never come to this location ever again.

If nothing else is going to get your attention, then I hope this will! When an employee got a job with your company, she was over the moon. Finally her first job, and she loved it! That is until she started being verbally abused by her manager! Things like "you're a terrible employee" or "if you don't get 15 people to sign up for credit cards, you will be fired" or calling her "stupid" because she asked a question or threatening to fire her and another employee because they won't work on their days off... and so much more! Then told them both on Halloween that they needed to stay hrs past their shift, and when they said no, he then continued calling them names, screaming at them, verbally abusing yet again because why? He had to work on his day off, because other employees called out so that makes it ok to treat them like that?! That day the employee put in her two week notice, and he told her to leave and not finish out her two weeks, after screaming at her because she was crying. We loved this store, and shopped there often. This kind of behavior is outrageous! She also told me that all the employees get treated like this, but are too afraid to speak up! Nobody should be treated this way in their place of work! When people complain about his behavior, he usually gets a slap on the hand... HOW IS THIS OK?! You will no longer get our service! This place seems to get some un-deserved bad ratings here on yelp. Some reviews claim that the staff may not always be the most knowledgeable, but in this day and age, you really have to be self informed as a buyer (unfortunately). Their low prices are the real reason you shop here. I had no problem getting all my questions answered, getting immediate help, and even follow up help from their friendly staff. I will definitely shop here again. Watch the papers/junk mail for their sales and you can pick up some really amazing deals. The dog food is cheaper here than any other place in town. I use Eukanuba and it's expensive so getting a good/cheap price means something to me. You pay more at Mendo Farm Supply and Rainbow Ag. ...If you're buying my kind of dog food that is, but isn't it worth it to go check? ;) read more

My boyfriend and I went into this store earlier looking to buy a few things, a new generator and some propane accessories. The first time we went in, my boyfriend asked for help with the propane supplies and they had to call 2 or 3 people before anyone even came over to talk to us. Given it's Black Friday, but the store was only mildly busy. Then, the guy who did come over (too bad I can't remember his name) seemingly just tried to grab anything off the shelf to get my boyfriend to stop asking questions so he could go away and go back to whatever he was doing. The stuff he grabbed wasn't even the right thing and was super expensive. Lame. My boyfriend was getting super frustrated at this point, so we decided to walk away from the propane accessories to go check out the generators in hopes that our luck would be better. No such luck. Their selection was small and depleted (but oddly looked exactly the same as it had the week before when we had gone in looking for a generator). There was one there we would have bought if they ever had them in stock any time we'd ever been in this store in the last few months of looking into it. We asked if they had any in the back possibly, they said no and suggested we go to Home Depot. So we went to Home Depot and discovered that their propane accessories were expensive, same with the generators, so we went back to this store to try again. Again, my boyfriend tried to ask for help, and again, they sent over some employee who basically just tried to convince my boyfriend to buy the most expensive shit they had. He decided to just try some things and thought he had it right. He decided to purchase them. While he was purchasing them, I had an idea and asked if they could possibly rain check the generator since they hadn't had any in stock either of the last few times we had been in there. They said they could but then couldn't figure out how to do it on the computer. Finally the manager came and showed him, and said it would be about 3 weeks before delivery! 3 weeks! Is that how often they get shipments?! Jeez. Then he made sure to let us know that it wouldn't be at the sale price either. We left at this point and ended up going back to Home Depot and having them order us one that was perfect that I found on their website. Score! We got home and discovered that the propane accessories were not the right ones after all, so tomorrow we have to drive all the way back to this awful store. Not looking forward to it. Almost would have preferred spending extra money at Home Depot for the propane accessories then to deal with their horrible customer service here. Probably will never ever set foot in this store again after that. Over it after this evening's events. read more

Aside from enjoying just looking around this place, they have the lowest price I've found in the area for 25 and 50 pound sacks of Nyjer seed. Even lower than mighty walmart down the street. I have developed a serious finch feeding habit and I think every wild finch in the valley has gotten the word. I hope no one from the store reads this as they will probably raise their prices lol. read more

This store is very well supplied and the prices are very good. The products they carry seem to be of good quality but again they keep the prices very low. I hope this store is supported by the community as it is a real asset. I have also noticed the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. This store sucks. Tried to purchase/hold a sale item with a credit card because I couldn't get to the store before the sale ended. Store refused. It seems funny to me that Tractor Supply spends all this money on advertising to sell merchandise and they refuse to sell something to a customer. Then they disconnected me off the phone! Surprised to see so many negative reviews. A bit concerning as I'm considering a large purchase.

Firstly, this is about Petvet services at Tractor Supply chain stores. I couldn't get Yelp to accept a review about Petvet, which is a mobile veterinary vaccination & microchip service that rents space from Tractor Supply for weekly clinics. TS is a great store, & I can get almost everything for my pet needs there. Petvet was affordable vaccines & convenient. Nice Vet doctor & staff. My complaint is that my puppy developed a 4"x3" lump on her left shoulder at the vaccination injection site. The vet, Dr. Drlica, obviously hit a "something", that drained blood and/or serum into the subcutaneous tissue. My sweetie pup was in serious pain, nauseous, & so confused & scared that she wouldn't come to me (even tho I enticed her with some turkey meat.)There is no follow-up treatment available from this business, & no matter the injury the Vet or staff causes, this company will not take responsibility for it. There is an 800 number one can call, but you're told, after they screen your call , if you're concerned to take your pet (victim) to a veterinarian of your choice for treatment. The 800 number is staffed by non-medical vet care operators, just asking questions from their computer program. The very young person I spoke with placed me on hold to confer with her supervisor to find out what to tell me. I asked if they offer to do anything or have a clinic for injuries their Veterinarian causes for care. They offer no follow-up treatment anywhere. For my puppy's health & safety, I'll not return just to save some money. I worked in the medical field for 20 years as a firefighter EMT & MA in OB/GYN & Dermatology plus 2 years as a RDA. I know that errors happen, but to have no follow-up plan for emergencies your staff causes is wrong. I should have been better informed. Take your precious family member elsewhere. read more

This is my go to store for dog food and pet supply's. There prices are fair and the selection good. I also love browsing the clothing and shoe department. I have gotten several work type shirts for my fiancé which are well constructed and high quality. Not to mention my favorite boots. Their employees are always helpful and knowledgable. I always have a good experience when I shop in Tractor Supply. Rob, the store manager is helpful to me whenever I need to find something whether it be dog food or a pocket knife or Carhartt clothing in my size. Really appreciative to shop somewhere that has such helpful and caring employees. The Ukiah Tractor Supply has also gotten involved with local dog adoption events which is really great to see! read more
