My plants were green just not bright green, now they are very vibrant. My veggie were not very big, now they are huge, and I had a bad bug problem. Now I only see a few bugs around. Now my garden is huge and producing awesome amounts of veggie. Paul and his staff know what they are talking about. They have a wide range of products to help you with all of your needs. They were flexible with my schedule as my boyfriend couldn't get the time off work and we had to push out our meet & greet to Saturday (called on a Monday). The staff were very helpful there and introduced us to another dog in addition to the one we came to see. They know dog people when they see them, and trusted that our dog would be comfortable/safe meeting our new potential dog. All went well! The checkout/adoption process is easy. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and helpful. We couldn't believe the adoption fee was such a great deal, we definitely donated more. I have received several 25 pounds bags of Roudybush direct from the company, one large pellet and one medium sized pellet from the company and each time I received them the product was crumbled and in pieces. They absolutely do not respect or care that I have been a dedicated customer of their food for such a long time and the owner was rude and disrespectful to me and refused to replace my product or refund my money. One of my colleagues who has over 30 years in the parrot business says that she hates Roudybush pellets because they crumble and become crumbs much too easily. Although I am willing to overlook this flaw and this is true of the food, I expect that when I pay $100 for a product that the food is in tact, not in crumbles at the bottom of the bag.
