As someone who has become pretty well-versed in plastic surgery (for better or worse!), I truly believe Dr. Westreich is the real deal. I originally found him through extensive online research and because he met a very specific set of criteria I had. I was looking for a facial plastic surgeon (not someone who also does body work), double board certified, with an elite educational background (I know that sounds a bit snobby, but it gave me peace of mind), an office in one of the more expensive Manhattan neighborhoods (sounds snobby again, I know!), a strong reputation for rhinoplasty (since it's one of the most technically challenging procedures), a professional and well-kept office, not cheap but not super expensive, and great bedside manner. Very few doctors checked all those boxes. I called each one, and ultimately chose Dr. Westreich--and I'm so glad I did. I'm extremely happy with all my procedures. A few things worth noting: Dr. Westreich's work is subtle and natural. If you're looking for something more dramatic or "snatched," you should be very clear about that during your consultation. He's also very comfortable saying "no" if he doesn't think a treatment is right for you. While that's what any ethical doctor should do, I felt Dr. Westreich was especially thoughtful about it. I even asked about a facelift, and he told me I wasn't there yet--something I think many other doctors would have been willing to do. He offers a same-day booking discount that requires a deposit, but you still have time to change your mind and receive a full refund.
